TNA Releases...

Doug Basham, Brother Runt, and Matt Bentley/Michael Shane/whatever his name was in Raven's Group. This is according to Mike Johnson and confirmed on Meltzer's site.

Also reportedly gone is Damaja (who supposedly no-showed the taping prior to the PPV) and Jerry Lynn (who reportedly asked to be released). This is also according to Mike Johnson.

In exchange, they were able to sign Pac Man, but he isn't allowed to wrestle, and his notoriety has, at least partially, led to Congress becoming interested in their drug-testing policies (which do not exist). And remember, all that maintstream publicity led to a DECREASE in Impact's rating last Thursday. And then there was that PPV last Sunday.

Such a shame such boneheads run the company and book it. I think Jon said they have some good talent who can put on some good matches, but it's the booking that is so bad...you can't overlook it.

Just a shame and TNA should be condemned for their bonehead management and booking moves
