2 stars quit TNA before tonight's TV tapings
Ron Killings and Konnan both quit TNA tonight before the TV tapings in Orlando. Both will be working for AAA in Mexico.

Killings is a loss but Konnan who cares. Won't be long before more quits IMO.

Oh well. Konnan made the LAX so that gimmick will really go down the tubes now if they want to keep the team.

Yeah, LAX is done...TNA seems to refuse to push them without Konnan.

I wouldn't call Ron Killings a star. Konnan is definitely awesome, and he is a big loss. Title should be changed to a star and a complete waste of space quit TNA before tonight's TV tapings

I see this as a plus. They both suck.

Konnan and LAX was the best team in TNA, we'll see what happens there... Killings fell off the charts with TNA and so I won't miss him, he'll still be wresting and who knows he could be headed to the WWE someday.

Killings is a loss but Konnan who cares. I think the opposite. Konnan they actually gave mic time to. Killings is just another guy who'll never do anything now that the WWE & WCW castoffs are there.

Konnan hurts TNA, cause he's the mouth piece for their best tag team LAX...Killins is NO loss at all.

Killings...he could be headed to the WWE someday. Lets hope not. I can't imagine him going back to WWE, he was barely a jobber there last time, and he probably wouldn't be any higher if he went back

Konnan is outstanding on the mic, and a loss to TNA....whatever value Killings had was snuffed out long ago. He hasn't even been around lately. So, I'd say a moderate loss on one, a no harm done on the other.

I feel bad for Homicide and Hernandez because it seems like they won't do anything with them without Konan. TNA should just let Homicide talk and he can get himself over

I would hope that TNA would at least attempt to keep LAX going. I really think it was the best thing in TNA for quite some time. Homicide is pretty good on the mic so maybe they could give him a shot. I wouldn't mind seeing another member or two. Maybe the Havana Pitbulls or B-Boy.

Bummer about Konnan. He was great as the spokesman for LAX. I hope this doesn't hurt LAX in the long run. I think they're one of the most entertaining tag teams in the business.
Killings has been buried for a while. They came out with a series of vignettes a while back for him that ranged from mildly humorous to extremely craptaculous. Other than that, I don't think he's been on the show for at least a couple of months.
I'd expect more quittings, firings, etc. in the near future too as TNA attempts to clear up some funds for the recent WWE castaways. I guess the question is how many TNA layoffs will it take to buy an RVD?
The world may never know...

Good luck to Killings but I never bought into him. I was never even sure why they put the NWA title on him in the first place. I never thought he brought much to the table.

Health issues being the question, Konnan could be a very effective heel manager in the WWE. He still is great on the mic. But who knows how he's holding up.
As for K-Kwik....well, I suppose a mid to low carder with a bit of talent never hurts. He and The Miz could form a tag-team.

This is going to cripple the LAX, gimmick, IMO. I think that gimmick worked in large part because of Konnan as a mouthpiece for the two of them, freeing them up to focus on their mannerisms during his promos and their work in the ring.
