PWInsider.com are repoting that Scott Steiner suffered a neck injury over the weekend at the TNA house show in Puerto Rico. The injury is claimed to be to Steiner's trachea and he's scheduled to undergo surgery. Steiner was scheduled to reunite with his brother Rick Steiner to challenge TNA Tag Team champions Team 3D.

Scotty injured ?! That's never happened before. Atleast not in the last month or so. I was one who wanted an alternative to WWE but now I think TNA should just die.

Atleast not in the last month or so. I was one who wanted an alternative to WWE but now I think TNA should just die. I think TNA let it slip through their fingers. About two years (or so ago), the WWE seemed to be on a bit of decline. With their (WWE) strong ratings and PPVs numbers, I think TNA's bid is about over. Unfortunate because wrestling fans need two competitors, thus making more competition between the two promotions.

Well, I never like it when anyone gets injured, especially when it is this serious. The idea of Steiners vs 3-D would have been cool... like 5 years ago. Seriously, I hope Steiner is okay, and if he has one last horah with his brother and then he retires, it will be okay with me.

The Steiner's are definately over the hill, and may be 3-D is too.

The Steiner's are definately over the hill, and may be 3-D is too. I think 3D are after seeing them in TNA. If I never heard of them again after they were fired from WWE I would remember them fondly.

I think that now they will have Team 3D win the "dream match", but will get a reshot once Scotty is 100%. I wish Scott the best on a full recovery.
