...still watch TNA? Do we even need this forum anymore? What about replacing it with an ROH forum?

I only remember about TNA whenever there's a PPV on, which I just found out is happening tonight. I don't get TNA Impact over here. Although I used to get the early bunch of monthly PPVS (back when TNA was great, minus the Jeff Jarett stuff) from the wrestling shop in my city.

I tried in the past...I tried again this last Thursday...I wound up watching some Mexican soap opera(I DONT SPEAK SPANISH) with some HOT chicks. ROH, TNA and to a large extent WWE could all be filed under "other" on this board.

I still watch TNA. It isn't the best but no wrestling on tv is so I watch what I enjoy. It is looking more and more like ROH will take over TNA's spot. ROH has done a much better job of building its own stars and having consistently good shows than both TNA and WWE.

Do we even need this forum anymore? Didn't I call for this a few months ago and get reamed for it? Not saying I don't agree with Swarm at this point (closing it for reasons of obsolescence seems nicer than doing it as a fire break). I sure don't watch TNA anymore. Even the guys I like can't even get me to watch (Lance Hoyt, Abyss and Shark Boy...you ROCK!). So as far as I care...shut it down. Big Time

I'm not so much calling for it's head I'm just pointing out that it seems pretty worthless at this point since Dennis Holmes and Tommy Brownell left the board. No one seems to care about it while ROH seems to be picking up some steam... I mean ROH is still a little indy fed that 1% of the world even knows about but it's still way better than TNA.

I don't even watch ROH and I will probably agree with you. TNA could have been a savior. Instead it's a sinking ship. I don't see it lasting the rest of this year. Oh and BTW... I still watch TNA. It isn't the best but no wrestling on tv is... Actually RAW is the best. Actually ECW has been really good lately, so I would say it is the best. And now that Edge is on Smackdown! I could see it improving again real soon. Big Time

I am pumped for SD. I will be a regular viewer again without reading spoilers first. Edge is awesome. Batista bored me to death...
RAW will always be number one because you can never substitute the feeling of watching a live show but I agree that ECW has been pretty sweet and SD is looking way up...
When Kennedy returns and feuds with Edge look for SD to get some serious attention.

Smackdown has been the best US wrestling show for the past year, at least.

I agree -- Smackdown is what got me back into watching wrestling regularly, early last year. I look forward to it every week and at least -try- to go spoiler-free so I can enjoy it surprises and all.
As far as TNA, I'll admit I still watch it every week....but there's little to nothing worth talking about. So I wouldn't weep if the TNA forum got morphed into something else. Which is sad, because 8-9 months ago, I was singing its praises.

Two guys that can work well in the ring and the promos they could cut and have already cut would be priceless.

I honestly think that if they run Edge/Kennedy at Summerslam, Edge drops the belt, Edge wins it back at Survivor Series, and then run Edge/Taker at WM they'd have a near yearlong run of awesomness on their hands.

I agree that Smackdown has been great lately- I got to see it last Friday but will probablyhave to set my DVD player/recorder for the next few Friday nights. In my LOW fed Major League Wrestling, I am seriously thinking of changing the name of my NITRO brand to Smackdown.
