FROM LORDS OF PAIN TNA superstar Kurt Angle suffered a concussion eight minutes into last night’s Iron Man Match against Samoa Joe at last night’s Final Resolution pay-per-view. Apparently the injury occurred when Angle caught a stiff boot to the head from Joe. Angle was said to be in a lot of pain following the match and spent a considerable amount of time on the ring apron before making his way backstage.
Angle told people last night that there are parts of the match that he doesn’t even remember, but began to improve later in the night.
Angle appeared on the syndicated NBC program iVillage this morning where he talked in detail about the injury and went on to plug TNA over WWE claiming that the talent in TNA in more athletic and active.

I never thought I'd say this but Kurt Angle sucks. Go home to your family and stop saying things that make you sound stupid.
Go away.

Again, why on earth do these guys have to go on and on about the WWE? TNA is NOT the WWE and never will be.....nor does it HAVE to be. I don't have a problem with TNA having "WWE rejects" in their roster.....but for heaven's sake, stop trying to force comparisons. Angle shooting his mouth off about WWE and Voodoo Kin Mafia doing their pathetic stuff -- it all needs to stop. Just wrestle and come up with your own angles (no pun intended).

TNA Kurt Angle=
Emmitt Smith- Arizona Cardinals Michael Jordan- Washington Wizards Eric Lindros- NY Rangers Sammy Sosa- Baltimore Orioles
Its only natural being the athlete they were to still have that drive, but its sad to see them now compared to what they once were.

TNA would be a whole lot better if they were more like ROH and let guys like Styles, Daniels, Joe and Senshi be the top guys vs. having old WWE and WCW guys always holding the belt. Not that everyone except TNA doesn't already know this...

Sounds to me like the same problem WCW had before they went out of business. They had the best midcarders in the business but they wouldn't let them run with the ball and instead gave it some guys who didn't want to give up their spot.

and where did they all end up?
that's right...
with Vince.
So maybe TNA sucking balls is really a blessing is disguise.

Not that everyone except TNA doesn't already know this... That is THE best idea TNA could go with. With the exception of Cage & Tomko. They could have an upside. Otherwise use the WWE/WCW rejects to put over the young lions. Then try it again using the ring to build storylines.

This is very reminiscent of the last days of WCW. I'm shocked that they think this is a good strategy.
But then again, we're talking about Vince Russo here.

TNA obviously is trying to use former WWE stars to give them some sort of recognition with the casual wrestling fan. Remember, in the early days of WCW they did the exact same thing and it worked for them...at least for a while. It became a problem when some of the older established talent gained too much backstage power and refused to put over the younger talent. TNA needs to pay careful attention and not allow this to happen.
I don't see how TNA being swallowed by Vince and co is a blessing in disguise. That would probably be one of the worst things that could happen to the wrestling industry at this point.
We (the fans) need alternatives and WWE needs competition.

well vince already messed up an good thing when he bought out WCW he should not made it known to the fans and kelt it WCW and ran with it.he also should of done that with ECW. and then with TNA on the sceen that could of been his ECW compatition.and everything could of been just fine. and ANGLE would be still hurt but he would also had an place to go to rest and get his neck back in shape and TNA would not be kissing up to WWE's hurt and has been squads.and ECW could keep bring in fresh talent from the north.thats what i would of done of the record
