I'm watching TNA for the first time in like three months, and the main event involves Jeff Jarrett vs. Jay Lethal. (Ironic, considering there were people complaining about seeing Jay Lethal every week.)
However, the stupid Impact Zone fans were doing the dueling chant thing for Jeff Jarrett too! WTF?
I could probably enjoy TNA more if it weren't for the Impact Zone fans.

I commented on this while we were watching TNA...There was also a short "Double J" chant too...
I believe my exact words were "Oh my God....People are so F***ing Stupid...."

In October TNA is coming to Detroit for a big PPV. I so wanna show up in my old ECW shirt and chant ECW instead of TNA when something awesome happens.

This is the problem with shooting all your shows in a studio environment like the IMPACT ZONE, same people and the same stupid reactions, they need to start touring IMPACT maybe not a lot but atleast some. The IMPACT fans are annoying and have no freaking clue!

It won't get any better elsewhere if they leave the south. If you think the Impact Zone fans are bad, indy fans are about 10x worse. This is normal behavior for wrestling fans now unfortunately.

As a company they are 4 years old. Its about time they started touring more. Not only will it help with bringing in new fans it will show the TNA bookers that not every fan is as brain dead as the TNA Impact Zone sheep. The bookers know anything they do will get a big pop from the crowd so they don't care. They bring their stuff to Detroit and try to pull that and the fans will let them know its stupid.

Indy fans are probably just as bad, but I think they're likely to not be as blindly loyal to TNA as the impact zone fans are.

TNA fans are hearded into the Impact Zone one by one, and if they don't chant for Jerrett when he comes out the show is cut short and they are all forced to go home without their "kool Aid".

Then you haven't met Ring of Honor fans who are bigger sheep than the ECW mutants ever were. TNA's been to Detroit and they drew over 3000 fans. They're actually touring with house shows now. You can buy the DVDs on High Spots. They've also done shows in India and Australia. They're actually pretty huge in India from what I've heard.

That's actually a very good point. The bookers work to only one audience. If they only read posts like this, they may realize that guys like Christian Cage are booked improperly. They also might know that they should put Daniels and AJ in higher profile matches. What else... Oh yeah, Ron "the kwick" Killing's character absolutely SUCKS!

Bah, send them to Canada, we'll Crucify the lot of them now that Team Canada is no more...Bobby Roode, Christian, and Petey Williams will get the Hogan treatment, the rest we'll pick and choose who we want to burn at the stake.... ;D

This is one of the few detraction arguments I can get behind. Impact Zone fans SUCK! As a long time ECW Mutant, I know that fans chanting wierd things durring matches is something that happens a lot. We were treated to "We Want Gangrel" during the Vampire's match and "Get in My Belly" during the Big Show's match when ECW was here in Huntsville. Of course I started a nice "Big F'N Show" chant myself, and the ever popular "Worse than Cena" made a round or two but I digress. The dualing chants during some matches is OK, like Chris Sabin v. Shark Boy. Both are wrestlers people like to see. BUt hearing some fans chanting for Jarrett just make me think they where being contrary just to be contrary. NO ONE should like Jarrett, let alone chant his name (unless "Go Home" is proceding it). Of course any show taped before the same audiance every week is likely to have this result. Big Time

I can't stand the impact zone fans. ROH fans are sheep too but they usually don't cheer every single person who walks through the curtain. They tend to cheer highspots and boo cheating or heelish moves. TNA needs fans that boo their heels and cheer their faces. I don't think they know how to make that happen.
TNA needs to be very careful about how quickly they start a full time travel schedule because it costs alot of money and they need to be sure that they can make that money back in the end. So far their house shows have been in association with UWF and Border City Wrestling. That way TNA doesn't have to take their entire crew around only their wrestlers that are needed on each event.
