Just a quick recap since it happened a few days back:
AMW vs Daniels & AJ: AMW wins with some interference form Gail Kim, whihc leads to the announcement of a rematch for sacrifice.
Senshi promo. Realy building up Low-Ki as a threeat.
Team Canada (Eric Young and Johnny Devine [with Scott D’Amore]) vs Team Mexico (Shocker and Magno): Interesting match as Team canada loses thanks to some inadvertant interference form Alex Shelly and his camera. Possible future feud with Team canada for Shelley? As a side note, Shocker is terrible. Awful. Ive seen some of his stuff on Telemundo, and I know he's considered charismatic for a luchador type fed, but he just blows.
Raven chases Zbysko around. Still wondering how long its going to take the writers to figure out that Raven feuding is a waste of time or that it might be a good idea to maybe let him cut a promo instead of just randomly showing up to chase after (but never catch!) an 82 year old man. It's Raven...they couldn't do segments where he stalks Larry in tha arena or jumps out of his backseat whilst Larry drives scary movie_style? The Raven character has literally endless possibi;lities and this is what they give us for his return?? Pathetic.
Mystery partner segment. Sting blathers. JJ refuses. Here comes Rick Steiner, the world's toughest real estate agent. Nice little pop form the crowd. Apparently Sting announces his partner next week.
Hilarious Kevin Nash interview. At least the man has a sense of humor about his career and reputation. Now I'll say a silent little prayer that he never steps foot in a TNA ring again.
Christian vs Shelley. Alex Shelley gets three segments on an hour long show!!1 TNA must love this kid, and I actually agree. Big things ahead for one of the few X-Division guys allowed to show a personality. Good matchh. Xtian wins. Show ends with Mitchell telling Christian that if he wants his title back, come get it!!1 BWAHAHAHAHAHAHaaaa [/evil villain]
Not a bad little show. On a side note, how quickly do you think Vince starting buying ad time for See No Evil during Impact?
Also, apparently the show did a 0.9, so no drop off, but no growth, so the big names may still not be doing anything for TNA at this points. And Liger will wrestle at sacrifice, against Petey Williams. The odds of Liger taking a Canadian Destroyer are 1000,000,0000:1 against.
