Here's an interesting one.. "TNA Wrestling"is listed as the co-sponsor of Hermie Sadler's 00 car. Unfortunately, he didn't qualify this week (49th out of 49 no less)
Anyone know if this is an ongoing arrangement? If it was a one shot deal, its too bad they blew money for nothing.. its a great idea marketing wise if they hook onto to a minor team that's at the bottom of the top 35 so they can be sure to get a bit of TV time.

TNA's been hooked up with Nascar for quite some time. I think since their first few shows.
I've never cared for these tactics...The Nascar thing, the football one (I forget who that was off hand), and now the White Sox thing. It just comes off...silly.
It's like when UFC or WWE freak out about some-random-celeb in crowd. It just comes off as them going "LOOK WHO LIKES US LIKE US TOO!"

Yeah, maybe it's just because I'm from Oklahoma, but the whole White Sox angle just makes me fast forward every time it comes up.
I could not possibly care less about baseball...so what do I care about baseball players being involved in a wrestling angle?

Yeah, TNA and baseball doesn't mix. It gets them coverage on ESPN which is what they want but I doubt it is bringing up the ratings. TNA and NASCAR seems to make more sense. The audiences are at least similar.

If they were really thinking about it, they'd cross promote with the UFC shows that are their lead in. Shamrock v Tito in a worked match as part of a TNA PPV would be money.

Actually Swarm, spelling "Karma" wrong, whether inadvertantly or not, is bad Karma...Don't play with Karma, Karma hurts... Thanks for your support of TNA....

I've found it silly since WCW was doing it every week.

Nice F-U to TNA...doing their White Sox angles...and WE shows the White Sox manager in their crowd on Raw.
