Maybe I'm wrestling Bi-Polar, because last week I was high on wrestling, probably due to the somewhat decent efforts from both major companies...but this week? I'm quite bitter.
Impact had two highlights from what I can remember. The opening fourway, but those are actually getting somewhat old to me, because their never going to amount to anything. Shelly bootleging his own match though was creative. The other was Abyss overcoming his fear of Barbwire.
The rest is just a blur of suckiness to me.
Raw on the other hand was sooo...sooo bad. That show also had two highlights: Maria's buttocks, and Boogieman, because Boogieman is gold no matter what he does.
I'm just...feeling kinda let down right now, and I dunno why.

You say "creative", but half the guys I wrestle with do the same thing, so I was kinda unfazed...just seemed like the indy thing to do....=)
Personally, I liked Maria's eloquent delivery more than I did her buttocks.

I know how you feel... felt the same way last week, not about Raw but about Impact. It's amazing how I can go from saying "Whoa, TNA is really improving!" to "Bleh, TNA isn't going to amount to much" in just one short week.

I just don't get it. It must be a crapload harder to run a wrestling promotion then it seems, because NO ONE in the US can do it right lately on a consistant basis. It seems fairly simple to me in regards to feuds. Wrestler A loses match to Wrestler B. He gets pissy, and attacks Wrestler B. They spar on microphone, or in matches. Feud ends when wrestler B wins feud, or one of them splits off into another feud. I mean, I can run one in TEW, why can't anyone run one right in the real world?! I mean, TNA could have a good Sabin/Petey feud going on if they had them wrestle a strong competitive match on Impact, and have either Petey cheat to win, or Sabin barely win, and Williams attacks him. Sure, I don't think either can speak, but they don't *HAVE TO* if they do it right. Instead...they aint got no feud, and no direction.

This is not trolling...this is a serious question. If you didn't watch Impact last night, watch it Monday. The fans didn't boo Jarrett violently...THEY CHANTED BORING...AT THE WORLD CHAMPION. How can anyone POSSIBLY say he should be World Heavyweight champion when HE'S THE ONLY GUY IN THE COMPANY THAT GETS A BORING CHANT?!?! Christian interrupts, to a huge reaction, and then what happens? Jarrett gets on the stick to another BORING chant. SERIOUSLY. JEEZ. Actually, Rick Scaia did a *very* good analysis on Jeff Jarrett in his Online Onslaught column this past Monday. The fans started cheering "boring" before he even spoke a word, which actually proves that he was generating heat. Now Scaia has never shown any love for TNA fans, but he writes that the "smart" TNA fans really actually showed how well Jarrett worked them into booing him, even if it meant booing him with a "smart" chant. Anyway, I probably just screwed it all up and didn't make a lick of sense so I'll just post the link. www.onlineonslaught.com/columns/oo/20051205.shtmlHe talks about TNA about three quarters of the way down, for those who don't want to read the rest of his column.
