TNA's Bound for Glory main event in jeopardy by Dave Meltzer
Dave@wrestlingobserver.com
Kevin Nash was rushed to the hospital about two hours ago in Orlando. We don't have any details other than he was feeling bad after the fan fest and called 911. At this point it is not clear what the problem is but the feeling at the moment is that it is likely he won't be able to appear for tomorrow's show.
At this point the company is working on a subtitute main event plan. The plan at this point is still not finalized both for Jeff Jarrett's new opponent or what to do with the match.

I would have guessed he tripped over that piece of string laying in the middle of the floor....

If Nash is unable to wrestle I am sure we will still get a title match but I would personally not like to see Raven yet. They are building up for Raven's rematch and putting him in now would ruin it. They could take Monty Brown out of his match with Lance Hoyt and put Hoyt against someone like Apolo or some other random wrestler.

They could make Hoyt vs Brown a #1 contender's match and have Brown beat Hoyt and Jarrett in one night. Probably what I'd do here.

It sounds as if he has a heart problem. Not a heart attack but something different. His wrestling future is in serious jeopardy right now. He may be completely done with wrestling. I would hope that we could see one last match out of him. I always like to see a retirement match when possible. It brings closure to a persons career.

I feel bad for his health problems...I don't feel bad about his career. Nash was quoted just days before BFG that he doesn't need wrestling.
Financially, neither does Flair (for instance)...but you can't tell me he doesn't still NEED it.

There has been a lot of comments that Flair does need wrestling financially.
Many have said that Flair lived the 'wheelin' dealin'' lifestyle outside the ring as well.

Nash has been one of my all time favorites, and it's a shame about his health. But the show did go on and it ended well. Rhino winning the belt was a great thing, he never got a solid push in the WWE just like Vader. TNA has handed Rhino the ball, may it be in transition... none the less he makes for a great face. Rhino has improved from the BFG PPV, he's looked so-so prior to BFG. In the end Bound for Glory and TNA performed well.

There has been a lot of comments that Flair does need wrestling financially. Many have said that Flair lived the 'wheelin' dealin'' lifestyle outside the ring as well. Graymar Considering the fact that he has never stopped working and is coming off a NY Times Bestseller, I find this hard to believe. Couple that with his God-like status throughout the Carolinas and Southern Atlantic Coast, the idea that he needs wrestling financially is ever harder to see.
