PWInsider.com reports that TNA will be bring in Jushin "Thunder" Liger for the Bound for Glory PPV.
Liger first appeared on U.S PPV at the 1996 WCW Starrcade PPV where he faced Rey Mysterio. It appears right now that his likely opponents will be Christopher Daniels, AJ Styles, or Samoa Joe. He is considered one of the best Junior Heavyweight/X style competitors in the world.
We have tons of backstage details on this at our TNA news only website located at TNAWrestlingNews.com
TNA is also attempting to bring in Kevin Nash, Sting, and others to be a part of their Spike TV debut. They had been in talks with Mick Foley until he took the deal they offered him and put it in front of WWE and they gave him a deal he couldn't resist. We also know TNA would like to have the likes of Chris Jericho, Bill Goldberg, possibly Scott Hall, and others be a part of the big debut as well.
Also Gail Kim+Jackie Gayda signed with TNA and Charlie Haas is expected to sign soon as well

This sounds like TNA will attempt to have a solid start to it's SPIKE TV IMPACT Show. I'm hoping they will keep things on a great roll.

Liger was at Starrcade "91 and Superbrawl 2 in 1992, so that was his first US PPV appearances.
Looking forward to TNAs return, especially if Sting is there.

From what I have heard TNA are also in negotiations with Ultimo Dragon. To see guys like Liger and Ultimo going against some of the up and coming cruisers would be sweet.

Dunno how much Liger has left in him.(He's been wrestling for ages) but would be nice to see him in the U.S. again.

Color me crazy, but I don't want to see ANY of these fuys in TNA, except in the most limited of roles.
I'm the world's biggest Sting fan, and at this point, I'd rather remember him the way he was than to see him trying (and failing, badly) to keep up with the likes of AJ Styles.
So, I'm not saying I don't want to see any names at all....I just want them to be used much how Sting has been used in the past in TNA, to give other guys the rub. And guys like Nash and Goldberg don't like to give "rubs".

I have heard many times that Goldberg wants no part of TNA. He is really only in it for the fame and money and he feels like TNA is the little leagues. Nash will most likely come back for a couple months then disapear again. Sting, if used, would probably only be there for a few events and I am sure that he will be used to rub as previously said. I personally am really excited to see some of the recent WWE firees on TNA including the women. I am also very excited for Liger and Ultimo. Kevin Nash, as big a fan as I have always and will always be, I just kinda wish he would stick to making movies. If he comes back I will be forced to endlessly defend him on these boards once again. He seems to be the target of constant attack. The rest I could care less about. Hopefully the guys that have worked so hard to make TNA what it is will continue to be the focus.
