Despite their "BIG" ppv tonite and their new website update, Tommy's right when he says the management are more detrimental to this organization than any network or opponent could ever be.
I watched TNA faithfully when the SAT, Low- Ki, A.J> Styles, Sonny Siaki, Monty Brown, Christopher Daniels, Elix Skipper and AMW were running the show.
Then someone hit the "crap" button, and all of a sudden the 3Live Crew (pretty much over-the-hill retreadswho were "cooler" than they were ring-capable), Kevin Nash, Jeff Hardy, DDP and The Outlaw became the focus of most programs.
Worse, Dusty Rhodes took over and pretty much killed all the young talent's momentum. Finally, Jeff Jarrett decided that HE was the best thing for the promotion, and the rest is history (as was my interest in the show)
TNA wrestrling started looking a lot like I think WCW would've looked had they gone on one more year. I would be interested to see Samoa Joe because - as a fan of all wrestling - I think he's a figure of growing importance in the industry. However; I don't care enough to have to endure what is clearly going to be a mediocre show held by a broken promotion that doesn't have a clue. For the record, I'd porbably feel the same way if he debuted on WWE Smackdown in the middle of a Rochelle versus Heidenriech in a bra and Panties on a pole match.
It's all in the presentation . . . . and the guys in charge at TNA have no idea how to properly present anything.

Dudes...it wasn't any of that stuff that put TNA out of business.
It was darts.
darts...
apparently they're on the up and up.

Now I am not disagreeing with alot of the people here on some of the issues such as the poor management and some terrible signings and things like that but you have got to love the matches that have been put on. I have not seen Slammiversary yet but it sounds like TNA is heading in a good direction. Raven as champ. We all have been awaiting that haven't we. Now Tommy, obviously when I said that WWE wrestling was at an all time low I was not talking about Benoit (though I am not a big fan), Benjamin, or Angle. I am talking about the people like, thats right Swarm, Gene Snitsky, Matt Morgan, Heidenreich. These guys are all carbon copies of each other. Now we are forced to watch the diva search every monday night for the next few weeks to decide who the next "eye candy" is going to bore me until someone pours sun tan lotion in her bag (that is just kinda funny). Can someone tell me why before entering the WWE every single wrestler has to give up his style and decide to look like every single other wrestler in WWE. The only guys that stand out in WWE have been standing out for years. I would love to enjoy watching WWE, really, even if it gave me nothing to complain about on these boards but I just can't. I want to get excited for wrestling every Monday and Thursday like I used to when the NWO was running WCW but I can't. There is just nothing going on in WWE to get me excited and there hasn't been for quite a few years. Granted the draft is pretty exciting and is really mixing things up pretty well so far and the ECW thing was pretty exciting but ECW is done for a bit and the draft is really only 1/8th of every show and this Monday night Carlito (who does entertain me pretty well with the apple spitting and all) and he gets a match on his first night on Raw. The only exciting part of this match was Benjamin's tope over the top rope and he nearly killed himself. Now give it up for a minute and agree with me on some things. You know that I am right about some of it at least. Wrestling in general is just not exciting like it has been in the past.

Putting Gene Snitsky in the same category as Matt Morgan and Heindenreich is like putting Victoria in the same category as Christie and maria.
Just because they are all big doesn't make them carbon copies of each other.

I don't remember a "Perfect" dart game on WWF tv. Eventhough, I would'nt play Curt in any game. I hear he never lost a game!!!! After all, what do you expect from Mr. Perfect.
