Excerpt from an interview with a New Zealand website www.NZPWI.co.nz from a few days ago, posted in the W365 newsletter. On Christian borrowing his wardrobe: "...At first I get a little angry with them, sort of thinking well gosh, you can't do it yourself, so you depend on me to make sure you look good. But then again, you've got to do what you've got to do to stay in wrestling and to keep people looking at you. I have seen Christian with the hood and everything like that; I don't know about the moves or whatever, but what am I going to do about it? So I'll just keep doing my thing and let people keep copying me, and I'll take it as a compliment." Christian is copying you because he wears a hood on his ring attire? How far exactly is AJ up his own @$$? I am at least 100% sure AJ's not the first wrestler to wear a hood to the ring. Jeez.

Maybe AJ did take the hood thing a little worse than he should, but considering how much more talent he has compared to 80% of the WWE roster(Christian included) Mr. Styles can do and say whatever he wants.
P.S. Christian should copy AJ, he's had a much better career than Christian

Well I have to agree with Tommy here. I guess AJ Styles never watched boxing before. Or Rocky...
As far as he can do what he wants because he is so good...there was a time when Mike Tyson (clearly capable of kicking anyone's ass in the world) tried this theory out and I don't remember it working out for him too well.
A Lot of you won't like this, but if AJ had a brain in his head, he would do as little as possible to piss off Vince, get into the WWE, job out to whoever Vince wants and make more money than he ever could or ever will anywhere else.

I do agree with AJ Styles to a degree. He does not just wear a hood. It is a rather specific looking hood and even I thought that Christians hood at times looks like AJs. But he should have just kept his mouth shut on this one and just pretended that it never happened because he has alot of career ahead of him and you never know who you are going to meet down the line. Plus it isn't really a very big deal. At least not as big as Jimmy Rave stealing the Styles Clash I would think

The "much better career" is highly debatable. Both men have had many Match of the Year candidates. Both men have won countless titles. Sure, Styles can wrestle at a breakneck pace that Christian has probably never reached...
...but if Styles could cut a promo like Christian, they wouldn't have to have Jeff Jarrett of all people carrying the prematch promos, and resorting to hype videos.
For my money, I'd rather have Christian working for me than Styles, because Christian can bring it in the ring, on the mic, and can work a crowd.
Styles...can do amazing things in the ring.

I don't think it's just the hood... but the way he lifts the hood just a little so he can look the the crowd that's copied... the slapping of his heart and pointing too the crowd that's copied.
I like both of these guys and think being upset about this is a litle too much.

P.S. Christian should copy AJ, he's had a much better career than Christian No idea how you came to this conclusion. Chistian has made more money, is more well known to a majority of fans, and has wrestled in some high-profile matches on the biggest stage in wrestling. Aj may have some good moves, but can't compare to Christian on the mic, and thats where a career can be made these days.
