Three points I didn't like...
I could have done without minis.
I could have done without the women's match
And when I saw the trenchcoat, I thought "Sting" and marked out...and was HORRIBLY disappointed with Savage

Sounded okay, but is Jarrett ever going to drop that belt? (yes I realize he's only going to drop it when he feels like it, but still)

on this board sometimes people complain about how short title reigns are and sometimes they complain about how long they are jarrett has successfully kept his title whether it has been through cheating or just plain winning fairly and he has become a great heel when he finally does lose his title it will be a big deal and jarrett having the outsiders behind him will only help to make him an even greater heel

They need to let Raven and Abyss have more wild brawls like they did tonight.

Well I have two points: 1. I am for a pretty good title reign length, but you sometimes have to let the faces win. This was the perfect chance as it was their first major PPV. But they decided to stay with status quo.
2. Sometimes you have to mix things up, including occasionally having a new top heel. I know Jarrett's daddy's running the promotion and Jeff's booking, but still you sometimes have to put your massive ego aside for the best of your federation. It will be hard to become competitive if no one is going to believe stuff. (And Jarrett is simply lacking in believability as a godlike champion)

1. Last night was not the time to let the faces win, if he face in question is Jeff Hardy. "Charismatic Enigma" my sweet bippy.
2. Jarrett needed to step back when Raven was going for the belt, not Hardy. Monty Brown has something to bring to the table, so maybe he'll get it. I dunno...but getting it off of Jarrett isn't as important as getting it onto the right guy.

He is no Sting, but I was pretty glad to see him. he pay per view was really good with or without Savage, Hall or Nash. I am so glad to finally be able to watch a wrestling pay-per-view. It feels like old times. That Canadian Destroyer move was awesome. The Montser's Ball match was unreal. The tacks and then the Spear thru the table, man! AJ Styles always has awesome moves.

He will be really good with all of those X guys. Monty Brown and Raven are two possiblities. Styles, Truth Killings guy and Sonny Siaki. I always wondered why they keep Siaki in the X division.

The Canadian Destroyer move IS awesome...
Though the problem will be how many opponants have the agility to pull it off safely?
Could Nash? (LOL) Jarrett? Raven?

I paid 30 bucks to watch this thing. I judge the PPV's on how much of my $ I think it was worth, and I'd have to say about $20 was well spent. I really liked the opening video.
The X-Division Battle Royal (Rumble) was a great way to open the PPV, getting the fans excited with some high-flying action.
I fell asleep during the next match (I'm not knocking it...I really just fell asleep for a few minutes)
The mini's match was okay. I think TNA was just trying to add something different to the mix of matches.
Tag title match was too short
Piper's Pit was a big letdown. After seeing Snuka on RAW earlier this year, I'm getting the impression that he'll do anything for a dollar (although I'm not knocking his legend status in any way). These legends need to support one fed or the other, not BOTH!
Jaqueline was a nice surprise, but did anyone really care?
The Monster's Ball match was great, but it was WAY too short. Also, Abyss looks more and more like a Mankind ripoff every day.
I was pulling for Styles to win, as I'm sure many were, but it's good that TNA is pushing Petey Williams. Great ending with the Canadian Destroyer off the turnbuckle.
The Last Team Standing match was an absolute joke! One-On-One LMS matches last at least over 30 minutes, and this thing, involving FOUR people, ends in about 10 minutes. What a piece of crap!
I'm so glad that Jarrett kept the belt. Nash turning on Hardy was no surprise to anyone, but with Savage showing up, I'm dissapointed with TNA. It's like just when they finally make a huge breakthrough with this PPV, they have to resort to pulling in the seniors tour to attract more fans to the product. THEY WERE DOING OKAY!! Slowly but surely, the product was improving.
Pretty good PPV though. I'm glad I watched it.

Humorously enough, I was DREADING Piper's Pit, and wound up marking out for the whole segment.
As far Abyss goes, I describe him to new fans as the illegitimate love child of Mankind and Kane...=)
AMW-Triple X had problems beyond their control...one being PPV runtime, two being Skipper's concussion and three being that Storm's grandma had died and he was in Tennessee that morning for the funeral and in Florida for the PPV that night. Here's hoping they redeem themselves at Turning Point.

So, this was disappointing, but I will not let it deter me me from watching them in the future.
