NWA-TNA TV Deal update

Despite an official announcement still not being made, NWA: TNA officials have begun preparations for the company’s upcoming television debut on Fox Sports Network scheduled for this June.
TNA officials have been contacting several different charter flight companies over the past week in order to seek price information concerning Thursday morning flights from Nashville, TN to Orlando, FL (the location where the weekly television shows will be taped). According to one industry source, the price quotes that they received were in the 20-30 thousand dollar range. At this point, TNA is hoping to get a lower rate by signing a six month contract with one of the flight companies.
The six month deal indicates that TNA’s deal with FSN is believed to be either a 26 week deal or a one year deal with a review period after six months. TNA has been having meetings amongst staff in order to get new duties together for the upcoming television shows. We should have more on this as it becomes available.
