Jeff Jarrett notified UFC officials in Las Vegas two weeks ago at the UFC 47 PPV in order to talk about a possible inter-promotional angle. During the meeting, he told them that NWA TNA’s television deal with Fox Sports Network has been finalized.
UFC’s Dana White passed on the inter-promotional idea and said that UFC did not think it would be a good idea to get associated with a professional wrestling company. Jarrett went on to tell White that TNA would start airing on FSN in June.
The latest word is that TNA will tape bi-weekly in Orlando, Florida for Fox Sports Net and they will be dropping their Wednesday night PPV in order to start having traditional once a month PPVs. This would mean that the talent would work the same number of dates that they are working now
