Thanks Swarm...
Here are the main events...
Match #7: Nick Bockwinkel v. Johnny Valentine The heat for the Valentines just carries through from the last match. Valentine grinds Bockwinkel into the mat and dominates the slow paced match. The action picks up and spills to the floor and Bockwinkel takes control using a pair of BOCKWINKEL SLEEPERS. Both men exchange holds and Bockwinkel uses a figure four leg lock to down Valentine and then rocks Valentine with a piledriver for a 2 count. They exchange blows and Valentines strikes with a forearm hammer that puts down Bockwinkel. Bockwinkel comes back outside the ring nailing Valentine with a wicked chair shot busting him open and then traps Valentine in a BOCKWINKEL SLEEPER. Greg Valentine comes into the ring and starts a wild brawl with Bockwinkel. Johnny Valentine comes of the turnbuckle with a deathjump cross body block for the pin fall just before the 60 minute time limit expires. *****
Match #8: Harley Race v. Giant Baba The Japanese media covers the match from ringside and tape the match for broadcast in Japan. The two men exchange holds and counter holds to perfection. Baba picks up a pin attempt following a Russian Leg Sweep and Race stuns the fans with a pair of vertical suplexes for a ½ count. Baba bloodies Race at ringside and downs him with a NECK BREAKER DROP for a 1 ½ count. It is a counterwrestling clinic as the action goes in and out of the ring. Baba lands a series of Russian Leg Sweeps and a head butt for a 2 count. Race comes back at ringside ramming Baba into the ringside table. Race plants Baba in centre ring with a piledriver and covers Baba for the three count but the time expires first after 60 minutes of action. ****1/2

The LWF rolls into Atlantic City...
Saturday, January 8 Historic Atlantic City Convention Hall, Atlantic City, NJ Injuries: Gorgeous George 2; Bobo Brazil 3; Red Bastien 1 The Sandman stunned Ted DiBiase with a HARDCORE DDT after only five moves . . . Greg & Johnny Valentine over Jimmy & Johnny Valiant when Johnny Valentine pinned Jimmy Valiant with an ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER . . . Giant Baba defeated Harley Race in a thrilling contest with a NECKBREAKER DROP . . . Jimmy Snuka & Bobo Brazil beat Roadwarriors by count-out when Snuka flattens Hawk at ringside with a falling body block from the top of the buckles to the floor. After the bell, Animal attacks Snuka from behind hoisting Snuka onto his shoulders and ramming Snuka into the steel ring post. Hawk beats downs Brazil and Animal repeats the move on Snuka injuring him for 8 cards. A bloody Snuka is removed on a stretcher.
Notes: The World Title Tournament Semi-Final Match between Jimmy Snuka and Roadwarrior Animal scheduled for January 16 is in jeopardy after Animal’s vicious attack on Snuka tonight. Will the Superfly be recovered sufficiently to face Animal? Snuka certainly will not be 100%. What chance will he have against the Roadwarrior powerhouse? Great action tonight with plenty of clean finishes . . . The Sandman scored the upset of the night coming out of nowhere with his finisher to best the Million Dollar Man . . . Baba and Race continued their stunning series of matches with Baba going over after nearly 35 mintues of action.
