well, with the finalization of the PNW set, I've overhauled my fed and even though there's been several cards played between the last post and this one, I figured I'd just start where we're at and roll from here...
My PNW fed includes all 26 wrestlers from the initial PNW set; The Vachon's, The Flying Redheads, Bruiser Brody, Jimmy Snuka, Greg and Johny Valentine, Giant Baba, Don Leo Jonathan of actual LOW fame; and bootlegs from various creators of: Adrian Street, Bill Dundee, Tommy Rich, Buzz Sawyer, Jesse Ventura, Jumbo Tsuruta, Masa Hiro Chono and Toshiaki Kawada
SHOW #1 FROM THE PORTLAND SPORTS ARENA "THE HOUSE OF ACTION"
Don Owens opened the show by welcoming everyone back to the house of action... we have an action-packed show for you tonight and we'll get right to the action...
1)The Yakuza (Chono and Kawada accompanied by Baba and Tsuruta) def Bill Dundee and Tommy Rich via pinfall
2)The Grappler and Beetle Juice fought to a double Count Out: After both wrestlers brawled uncontrollably through the crowd, joined by the Bruise Brothers and the Southern Rockers, all 6 wrestlers were separated by security back in the dressing room area.
3)Moondog Lonnie Mayne and Dutch Savage def PNW Tag Champs The Vachons by D.Q. when the Butcher won't stop his chair swinging tactics against Savage outside the ring. All 4 wrestlers continue to brawl long after the bell and are finally separated by security and other wrestlers from both dressing rooms.
4)Billy Jack Haynes def Matt Bourne in a surprisingly quick squash with the Full Nelson
Don Owens announces he's sick of all this garbage with big brawls and disqualifications and people not listening to referees, So next week The Vachons will defend the PNW titles against Mayne and Savage in a Cage and the Grappler and the Bruise Brothers will battle BeetleJuice and the Southern Rockers in that very same cage the following week...
5)Roddy Piper beat Buddy Rose in a number one contender's match for a shot at the PNW title next week.
6)Bruiser Brody narrowly defeated Don Leo Jonathan in the "Battle of the Giants" when Jonathan missed a turnbuckle charge. Both men stared each other down for several minutes after the match...
7)In the main event of the evening, PNW Heavyweight Champ Johny Valentine def Rip Oliver in the 3rd and deciding fall with the Atomic Skullcrusher. The first fall went to Valentine when the Assassin interfered on behalf of Oliver (Assassin and Greg Valentine had both already been warned the next one to interfere would cost his man the match), Rip Oliver won the second fall with his well-timed "taped thumb"...
see you at the matches, GOD bless, weirdjerod
