- Rob Van Dam def. Balls Mahoney with a flying cross body after 3 Van Daminators and a 5-STAR FROG SPLASH couldn't keep Balls down!
- In a FIVE STAR MATCH, CM Punk def. Sabu with the ANACONDA VICE! In a 30-minute epic the two went at it like hardcore legends. (Punk kicked out of a +5 TRIPLE JUMP MOONSAULT with 6 fatigure tokens by rolling a 12!!! 16 tokens between the two!) The crowd gives them a standing ovation, as they lie hurting in the crimson-stained ring!
- Roadkill & Danny Doring def. Tommy Dreamer & The Sandman after Roadkill hits THE AMISH BOMB on Dreamer.
- Kurt Angle def. ECW TELEVISION CHAMPION Mike Knox in a non-title match with back-to-back ANGLE SLAMS.


July 23rd HOUSE SHOW - Kansas City, MO
- Test & the FBI def. Mike Knox, Danny Doring, and Roadkill when Tony Mamaluke finished Doring with the SICILIAN NECKTIE!
- CW Anderson pulled off a huge upset over Rob Van Dam when he KOed him with his trademark left hand!
- Tommy Dreamer nails his DREAMER DDT and DREAMER DRIVER repeatedly on Shannon Moore! Justin Credible comes to the ring and hands Dreamer a barbed-wire 2x4, and Dreamer cuts Moore open with a swing to the midsection! One more DREAMER DDT and Moore was out!
- In a non-title match, ECW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION The Big Show def. Justin Credible in a few minutes with a big boot.
- Al Snow & Stevie Richards def. CM Punk & Balls Mahoney when Snow nailed Punk with Head! CM Punk looked very good in the match despite the loss.
- Kurt Angle def. The Sandman in a Singapore Cane Match after an ANGLE SLAM!

July 25th, 2006 – Indianapolis, IN

JOEY STYLES welcomes everyone to another edition of ECW RIOT! With him as always, the unwavering TAZZ! They recap last week’s Riot, where a wild brawl broke out between CM PUNK’S STRAIGHT EDGE team and the strangely named HARDCORE LIQUOR team of ECW vets! Also Kurt Angle snaps Terry Funk’s leg in two with a vicious ANKLE LOCK! Mick Foley interrupts them and says he’s doing commentary with them tonight too! Styles objects at first, but Foley intimidates him and Tazz doesn’t seem to care either way as long as he’s not crowded!

Foleys says he’s going to crush Angle tonight as a dedication to Terry Funk and as an apology for not taking him out! Angle’s music hits and Angle comes out in street clothes! Angle says he knows they we’re scheduled for the main even tonight, but why not do it right now?! Foley meets Angle in the middle of the ramp and it’s on!

KURT ANGLE vs. MICK FOLEY

A wild brawl breaks out! Foley tries to go for the mandible claw repeatedly, but Angle breaks away with kicks to the stomach. They fight into the crowd and Angle gets control and piledrives Foley’s head into the concrete floor! Security scrambles to move fans out of the way, but have little luck. Out of nowhere Foley hits a DOUBLE ARM DDT that KOs Angle! He lifts him up and does it again! He lifts him up a third time and THE BIG SHOW’S music hits! Show comes out and tells Foley he wants Angle able to fight next week at HARDCORE HEAVEN! Foley tells The Big Show he can go screw himself and gets a Choke Slam onto the hard floor for his troubles! The Big Show throws Angle (who is bleeding from the head) over his shoulder and sets him down on his feet on the entrance ramp. Angle is stumbling, but manages to extend a hand. The Big Show extends his too, but lifts Angle up and down into the COBRA CLUTCH BACBKREAKER! He doesn’t hold it too long as to not injure his PPV opponent, but send a strong message to Angle!

winner: No Contest

Styles talks about HARDCORE HEAVEN and the tag team title tournament! 3 teams have been announced, with one mystery entrant! Paul E is keeping his mouth shut about who it is. Taz thinks Danny Doring and Roadkill have the best shot due to their experience together, while Styles thinks the mystery team has the edge. Speaking of tag teams in the tournament…

Al Snow and Stevie Richards are backstage, and Al is upset! They were supposed to fight together tonight in the elimination match as a warm up for the tournament. Stevie says he has more important things to worry about… like his shot at the ECW Heavyweight Champion! Al looks disgusted and starts to walk away when Stevie hits him with a STEVIE KICK to the back of the head! “I’ll find a new partner… someone who understands me” Richards gets a thoughtful look on his face… oh my!

ECW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
THE BIG SHOW (champion) vs. STEVIE RICHARDS (challenger)

Richards does well and almost wins with the Rat Trap again! Show smartens up and starts using his power to decimate the challenger before the COBRA CLUTCH BACKBREAKER ends Stevie’s dreams! Kurt Angle, seemingly out on his feet, stumbles down the ring entrance cursing at The Big Show! Show says bring it on, but security breaks thigns up before they can escalate. Angle is fuming, spit flying from his mouth! The Big Show just stares him down and smiles!

winner: THE BIG SHOW via submission (COBRA CLUTCH BACKBREAKER)

Mike Knox finds Danny Doring (his frequent punching bag), who is startled by Knox’s arrival. “You ready to do this favor for me, Danny?” asks Mike. “Yeah.. just don’t hit me. Roadkill’s already pissed I’m not part of team STRAIGHT EDGE tonight…” Doring cowers. “Thanks, pal,” Knox puts a hand on Doring’s shoulder. “I don’t know many people around here, and I need some backup. Test is out of town, but the FBI are going to pay now… I’ll get Test (and Kelly) back at HARDCORE HEAVEN.” He laughs as he shakes Doring around by his shoulder. Doring nervously joins in.

Rob Van Dam and Sabu talk about what ECW means to them, and how the Loser Leaves Town match at HARDCORE HEAVEN is the most important match of their lives! Both men are taking things very serious and have stayed home to rest up for the big event in Chicago! Sabu promises blood and RVD promises victory!

Unscheduled Tag Team Match
DANNY DORING & MIKE KNOX vs. FBI

Knox starts off the match destroying both Mamaluke and Guido! He dominates and lets them tag so he can hurt each equally. At one point Mamaluke has Knox in a headlock and Test storms the ring, Kelly at his side! Doring tries to help, but gets gorilla pressed outside the ring! Test hits Knox with the ECW Television Title belt, and he’s out cold. Mamaluke applies the SICILIAN NECKTIE, but he was out long before that. Kelly looks concerned for Knox, but leaves with Test anyways!

winners: The FBI via submission (Mamaluke applies the SICILIAN NECKTIE on Mike Knox)

Styles announced that just signed for ECW HARDCORE HEAVEN… MASATO TANAKA vs. MIKE AWESOME IN A TABLES MATCH!!!! Hardcore icon vs. hardcore icon! Will they stick around in ECW afterwards or is this a one-shot thing? Tazz mentions that both men should be eager to get back to the big time, and he thinks both will stick around!

Speaking of new faces, the Bashams come out to the ring! They say they aren’t going to be in the ECW Tag Team tournament, but they’ll be waiting for whoever is the champs. They promise to do whatever it takes to take the tag belts away. By any means necessary! Styles says they were just signed yesterday, so weren’t able to be including at HARDCORE HEAVEN, but they’ll be in attendance for sure… Tazz thought the Bashams were the mystery entrants… he’s fresh out of guesses! And with Stevie Richards dumping Al Snow as his partner, who will take Snow’s place?

TAG TEAM ELIMINATION MATCH
STRAIGHT EDGE vs. HARDCORE LIQUOR (challenger)

CM Punk quickly eliminates Al Snow (still weary from the Stevie Kick earlier in the night) with the ANACONDA VICE. Dreamer steps in and CM Punk tags in Balls Mahoney to the delight of the crowd! Styles mentions these two are going to fight in a Sacffold Match next week and it could potentially be a career-ending match! Neither man would tag out until the other was eliminated! Finally Dreamer hit a table splash (ECWECWECWECWECWECW!!!!) and a DREAMER DDT to finish off Balls. Punk is back in, and Dreamer tags in The Sandman!!! The two stare each other down, but Punk runs off and tags in Moore! The crowd boos loudly! The two fight for a while with some great action. Sandman beats him early, but Moore fights back. Roadkill comes in but is met with two SINGAPORE CANES and he’s out!!! Punk tells Moore he has to get in. Reluctantly, he obeys.. and is met by a SINGAPORE CANE and HARDCORE DDT! That leaves Sandman, Credible and Dreamer against Punk! Punk controls and hits the Pepsi Twist to eliminate Sandman! Punk starts celebrating like he won the Super Bowl! Justin Credible comes in and is on fire! SINGAPRE CANES-a-plenty until Punk is down and out! Payback for Justin Credible for Punk shunning him! Balls comes out and starts brawling with Dreamer, then Sandman comes out and fights with Punk! Styles and Tazz tell us they’ll see us next week at HARDCORE HEAVEN!!!!

- Tommy Dreamer & The Sandman def. Danny Doring & Roadkill when Dreamer splashed through a table and pinned Roadkilll! Dreamer was insane during the match, using all sorts of weapons including a brutal barbed-wire 2x4 shot to Doring!
- Stevie Richards def. CM Punk with the STEVIE KICK after The Sandman distracted him at ringside!
- C.W. Anderson def. Test with the ANDERSON SPINEBUSTER! Kelly was at ringside and called out for Test! She started stripping for him, then Anderson took advantage and finished Test! Test controlled most of the match… he walked off with Kelly running after him!
- Rob Van Dam def. Kurt Angle, ECW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION The Big Show, and Sabu in a non-title four way dance when he nailed Sabu with the 5-STAR FROG SPLASH (+5)!

August 2nd, 2006 – LIVE in Chicago, Illinois

Joey Styles and Tazz welcome us to Chicago, Illinois for ECW’s 20th card and first big event since they crowned an ECW Champion at One Night Stand!

FATAL FOUR WAY - ECW TELEVISION TITLE #1 CONTENDERS MATCH
C.W. ANDERSON vs. SHANNON MOORE vs. JUSTIN CREDIBLE vs. AL SNOW

The match almost ends in an instant as C.W Anderson DRILLS Justin Credible straight into the mat with an ANDERSON SPINEBUSTER! Al Snow and Shannon Moore fought with one another, but Credible got a shoulder up at 2 ½! Snow and Moore fight, with Snow getting the upper hand and hitting the SNOW PLOW. The fight between Anderson and Credible spilled over and knocked Snow out of the ring, so no pin could be made! A brawl ensues among the three outside the ring until Snow grabs Head and takes out Credible and Anderson! Snow gets up onto a turnbuckle, but Shannon Moore has recovered and shoves him off! He goes face first into the ringside railing and is out cold! Moore then hits a corkscrew plancha on Anderson and Credible, taking everyone down!

No love lost between Moore and Credible, who recover first. They trade attacks until Moore tries for BOTTOMS UP and misses! Credible starts his attack and drives him into the mat with a DDT. Snow and Anderson are up and fighting outside the ring. Another DDT and Moore slides outside to the ground. C.W. Anderson all but eliminates Snow from the match with an Exploder suplex into the ring post! Anderson gets into the ring and stares down with Justin Credible!! After some back-and-forth, Credible surprises Anderson with a snap power bomb! He hits THAT’S INCREDIBLE! 1….2……KICK OUT! Credible can’t believe it! He goes over and grabs the referee by the collar, chewing him out! Anderson stands, wobbly! He swings Justin around and ANNIHILATES HIM with the ANDERSON SPINESBUSTER! Moore tries to stand, but is too hurt! 1….2…..3!!!!

Winner – C.W. Anderson via pinfall (ANDERSON SPINEBUSTER on Justin Credible)

Paul E. comes to the ring! He has a special announcement to make. Tonight, the official that was supposed to referee the ECW Heavyweight Championship Match tonight between The Big Show and Kurt Angle has fallen ill. Not to worry, Paul E. has found a certified replacement, who just so happened to be walking around backstage! The crowd seems not to trust Paul E. but he says not too worry… that this man has more experience than anyone and will call it right down the middle!

The FBI walks to the ring amidst jeering fans! They jaw at the fans and give them the little hand scraping the chin thing! The announcer then announces the mystery entrants into the ECW Tag Team Championship Tournament! The lights go completely out and there is silence for a moment. Then, sirens start blaring throughout the arena! Red lights circle around! A familiar song starts playing in front of a hard, hip-hop beat… “JOURNEY WITH ME INTO THE MIND OF A MANIAC”

JOEY STYLES: OH… MY… GOD!

NEW JACK AND MUSTAFA SAED – THE GANGSTAS strut out with trash cans full of weapons in their hands! The crowd goes beserk and The FBI quickly vacate the ring! New Jack and Saed slide into the ring and get up on opposite turnbuckles, feeding off the rabid crowd! The bell rings, but Mamaluke and Guido are reluctant to get into the ring!

ECW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT – ROUND ONE
FULL BLOODED ITALIANS vs. THE GANGSTAS

[/center]This match goes as one would expect. Mamaluke gets into the ring and is met immediately with a crutch to the head by New Jack! The crutch splinters and Tony rolls around the ring in agony! Then he pulls out a cheese grater, and Mamaluke’s head starts to bleed! Little Guido is bouncing up and down in horror! New Jack hits a splash! 1…2… Mamaluke kicks out! Saed comes in… 187! Guido tries to help but is slammed out of the ring by New Jack! 1…2… Mamaluke with a foot on the ropes! New Jack back into the ring! New Jack tosses him out of the ring and pounds him up to the entrance! Mamaluke tries to escape into the crowd, but Jack is on his trail. He fights back, but to no avail! New Jack piledrives him onto the concrete floor in front of a concession stand! Meanwhile Saed is demolishing Guido in the ring! New Jack climbs the stand and dives off!!!! New Jack continues the punishment until, after an OG Headbutt, he decides to make the pin. The referee is there outside the ring! 1…2….3! THE GANGSTAS MOVE ON! Their music hits and New Jack is joined by Saed! They talk some trash to the camera, then leave a bloody Tony Mamaluke a wreck on the ground![/center]Winners – The Gangtas (New Jack pins Tony Mamaluke)[/color][/center]

Sabu is backstage, sitting in the dark. Only the dim red light from the EXIT sign behind him provides illumination. Sabu rocks back in forth with a towel over his head, concentrating on the match to come… will it be his last?

Danny Doring and Roadkill are in the ring, waiting for their opponenets. Out comes Stevie Richards… with THE BLUE MEANIE! They’re in full bWo gear and look happy to be a team again! Doring and Roadkill breathe a sigh of relief!

ECW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT – ROUND ONE
BLUE WORLD ORDER vs. DANNY DORING & ROADKILL

[/center]Good match, with The Meanie holding his own! Doring fared well against The Meanie, but for some reason Roadkill couldn’t get a handle on the match… usually it’s the opposite! Pumped to be reunited with an old friend, Stevie Richards finishes Roadkill with a Stevie-T! Doring rushes to help but The Blue Meanie meets him halfway and pulls down Doring’s pants! Danny falls over and the ref counts the 1-2-3!

Winners – The Blue World Order (Stevie Richards pins Roadkill after a Stevie-T)

The cage begins to lower for the ECW Television Championship match as we cut backstage to Kurt Angle. He says that he doesn’t care who the special referee is! He’s going home the champion, and no one – Pau; E. Mick Foley, or The Big Show can stop him!

ECW TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
CAGE MATCH FOR KELLY
MIKE KNOX (c) vs. TEST

Knox gets on the mic before the match starts! He says that Test can KEEP Kelly! He doesn’t need that ‘slut’ any more! Test grabs the mic and says he doesn’t want her! Kelly weeps and runs to the back, never to be seen or heard from again. Knox attacks Test and the match is on! He controls early, but Test fights back and hits the TEST DRIVE! Knox kicks out, but is obviously hurt. The fight is on, and Test controls most of it. After a couple slams into the cage, Mike Knox’s face is bleeding from a cut on the brirdge of his nose! Test continues to use high impact moves to pick apart Knox. At one point Knox is whipped hard into the turnbuckle. He shows heart and bounces back as Test charges and the two clothesline each other down! The referee starts the count! 1…..2…..3……4…..5…..6… Test is up…..7… Knox is too! Knox takes Test out with a spinning sitout facebuster! It’s Knox’s turn to dish out some punishment! Test low blows Knox, hits a pumphandle slam, then slams Knox once more into the cage! The combination has Knox hurt bad and Test makes the pin. 1….2…3! It’s over! Both men are hurting, and after a bit are standing again. They stare at each other for a moment, then shake hands! All is well until Knox grabs Test and drops him with the SWINGING REVERSE STO!

Winner and NEW ECW TELEVISION CHAMPION – Test via pinfall (head slam into cage)

Rob Van Damn is backstage, warming up by punching and kicking a punching bag. Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman come in and wish RVD good luck tonight! He says he’s doesn’t need luck, because he’s Rob-Van-Dam… but thanks anyways.

TABLES MATCH
MASATO TANAKA vs. MIKE AWESOME

[/center]Brutal, stiff match! Tanaka comes out strong with powerbombs and DIAMOND DUSTs, but Awesome keeps coming! Awesome slips outside and manages control, smashing Tanaka head-first into a table, but it doesn’t break. Awesome sets up a table and after some stiff punches lays Tanaka down on it. Awesome gets up on the apron and hits an Awesome Splash through the table!!! Awesome tosses him into the ring, along with a new table! He sets up the table, picks up Tanaka, and delivers an areba-shaking AWESOME BOMB right through the table! 1…2…..3! Short, but sweet! Awesome over Tanaka! Awesome gets on the mic and announces he plans to stick with ECW here in America! Tanaka recovers and hits the ROARING ELBOW!!! He goes outside and grabs a steel chair! Rolling back into the ring, he starts going to work on Awesome until officials storm the ring to save Awesome’s life! Tanaka has gone berserk! He leaves after a while and medical personnel attend to Awesome!

Winner – Mike Awesome (AWESOME BOMB through table)

THE SANDMAN vs. CM PUNK

[/center]Punk controls early with superior wrestling skills. Suplexes and submission holds keep The Sandman off his feet, but he manages to come out clean every time. After a while The Sandman gets the fight to outside the ring and he takes control! Both me are cursing at each other as they hit their moves! The match wages on in fantastic fashion, both men giving it their all. The Sandman (back in the ring) has hurt Punk enough to where he can maintain control, but the young Punk won’t give up! Punk fights back with everything he has and screams “I’M STRAIGHT EDGE FOR LIFE!!!!” He hits the PEPSI PLUNGE (which he hasn’t used yet – a Pedigree off the top rope!) and then climbs the top rope once more! He pounds his chest and nails The Sandman with the Pespi Twist! The referee counts 1….2….3! PUNK WINS! CM Punk smiles and leaves The Sandman with the realization he can’t drink for 6 months… OR HE’S FIRED!!!!

Saed wipes out Stevie Richards and the two hit their tag 187 for the win! They are presented with the ECW TAG TEAM TITLES and celebrate in the ring with one other! They drape the titles over their shoulders and stand on either top turnbuckle, crossing their arms into “X”s! The crowd starts chanting “GANGSTAS! GANGSTAS!” when The BASHAMS (DOUG AND DANNY) rush the ring and start blasting New Jack and Saed!!! Danny grabs a crutch and Doug a guitar and they KO the new champs with tandem weapons shots! The Bashams take a moment to look at the tag titles before leaving the ring a bloody mess!

SCAFFOLD MATCH
TOMMY DREAMER vs. BALLS MAHONEY

[/center]The weeks of tension have been building! Blood has been spilled, hospitals have been visited! Now, someone’s career could be ended! A 20-ft tall platform stretches over the ring. In the ring are STACKS of tables! Balls Mahoney is introduced first and carefully ascends the structure from a ladder connected to the scaffolding. He seems uneasy up so high as Tommy Dreamer is out next! He climbs up and Balls attacks immediately! Dreamer is on fire, though, and nails him with a DREAMER DDT and DREAMER DRIVER on top of the scaffolding! It shakes with each move and Dreamer is careful. Dreamer climbs to a rail on the side of one of the towers, but Balls stands!! Tommy can’t believe it!!! Balls clims up on the railing too and the two exchange fists until Dreamer is reeling! Balls does what seems impossible for a man of his size and hits a HUGE Frankensteiner, send Tommy back towards the platform and over the side… but Tommy holds on! Balls is exhausted and hurt, laying on the tower after the punishment he’s endured. Dreamer manages to CLIMB BACK UP slowly as Balls rises! Balls grabs Dreamer and CHOKESLAMS him down onto the platform!!!

Mahoney has a plan! He lifts Dreamer up and puts him in an airplane spin! After several rotations he sets Dreamer down, but Tommy drops straight to the mat! Balls looks disappointed his plan didn’t work, then starts walking around wobbly himself! He barely manages to maintain his balance before he goes after Dreamer again! A couple of short-arm clotheslines have Dreamer down again. Balls STUN GUNS Dreamer onto the tower’s steel railing! Dreamers rolls around in pain, but doesn’t fall off!! Balls is breathing heavy as he sets Dreamer up against the railing on the tower. Balls gives the ‘slit throat’ sign and CHARGES AT TOMMY! STYLES: “OH MY GOD HE’S GOING TO KILL THEM BOTH!” TAZZ: “DON’T DO IT BUDDY!!!!” Tommy Dreamer DUCKS and BACK DROPS BALLS OVER THE RAILING!!!! Tommy falls face-first onto the tower!!! TOMMY WINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!


No wait… we see a hand! Balls has held on!!! Mahoney climbs back up to WILD CHEERS from the fans!!!! “BALLS! BALLS! BALLS! BALLS!” Balls lifts Tommy up, but Tommy scoops Balls up and tries to throw him over the side!!! Balls shakes furiously and manages to avoid being thrown over! The crowd is very behind Balls now, and Tommy tells the crowd to “Shut your ****ing mouths!!!!!” Balls punches at Tommy, but Tommy hits a Rocker Dropper onto the platform stopping Balls’ momentum! Tommy climbs the railing again and attempts a moonsault!!! Balls moves and Tommy bounces off the platform and narrowly avoids falling over!

Ballbreaker from Mahoney! Piledriver from Mahoney! “BALLS! BALLS! BALLS! BALLS!” Dreamer with the low blow! Both men and hurt and tired, but won’t give up! They stand across from each other in the center of the platform now, exchanging right hands! Balls with a right… Tommy with a right…. Balls with a right!.... Tommy with a right!.... Balls rakes the eyes of Dreamer and looks at the crowd with an evil smile. He shrugs as if to say “What the hell?” and grabs Dreamer and JUMPS OFF THE PLATFORM THROUGH THE STACKS OF TABLES!!!!!! The crowd gasps as the two warriors disappear into a sea of tables! “ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW!” Medics come out, but are quickly pushed away! Balls and Dreamer stand slowly, bloody and severely broken, but they keep fighting! Balls levels Dreamer with a right hand and motons to the scaffolding! He climbs up and stands over the destroyed ring! Dreamer looks up, wipes blood from over his eyes and climbs a tower to get back up! Now the crowd alternates chants between Dreamer and Balls!

Dreamer is all over Balls with an impossible fervor! He charges, but Balls lowers his head and delivers a HUGE back body drop! Dreamer manages to not fall off the side! Dreamer stands and Balls hits a SUPERKICK TO THE JAW! DREAMER GOES FLYING BACKWARDS AND BACK INTO THE SEA OF TABLES! Balls drops to his knees, blood dripping from his brow and onto his tattered shirt. He raises one hand to the crowd who ERUPTS into a 5-mintue long ECW CHANT! Balls’ music hits as medical personnel tend to Dreamer and get Balls to come back down! Balls tells the camera with the last words he can, for now, physically muster… “ECW CHAMPIONSHIP! I’M COMING FOR YOU!”

Backstage new ECW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS New Jack and Mustafa Saed hunt for the Bashams. They are going up to random backstage personnel and wrestlers and asking about them, but no one knows where they are!

Through a translator, Masato Tanaka tells ECW that he’s sticking around.. if only to end the career of Mike Awesome!

Paul E. comes out as the final bits of table are removed from the ring. He announces the challenger to the ECW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP – Kurt Angle! The crowd is really behind Angle, who comes out warily, staring down Paul E. He gets in the ring and awaits his challenger. The Paul E. announces The Big Show, who comes out with the ECW Heavyweight Title over his shoulder. Then, Paul E. announced the special referee for this evening….


TERRY FUNK!!!
The crowd boos heavily as Funk comes out with on crutches and with an evil grin on his face. A couple weeks ago on Riot Angle broke Funk’s ankle, and Funk has plotted for revenge… it seems he’s going to get it now, dressed as a referee! Angle attacks Paul E., btu The Big Show interrupts! Funk struggles to get into the ring, but does, and the bell rings!

ECW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP – SPECIAL REFEREE MATCH
THE BIG SHOW (c) vs. KURT ANGLE

[/center]The match is back and forth, with fast counts on all pinfall attempts by The Big Show and slow ones for Angle! Angle is fearless is his attack, but The Big Show’s strength is a great counter to courage! Angle doesn’t relent, but eventually his in caught in the COBRA CLUTCH BACKBREAKER! Angle quickly gets a foot to the ropes, but Funk won’t call for the break! Finally Angle reaches up an gouges the eyes of The Show! Then he grabs Terry Funk and gives him an ANGLE SLAM! Then, he lifts up the Show and hits him with an ANGLE SLAM! Angle continues his attack when Mick Foley comes to the ring! Angle meets Foley and pounds him out of the ring, giving The Big Show enough time to recover! The Big Show grabs Angle and once again applies the COBRA CLUCTH BACKBREAKER! Funk calls for the bell even though Angle doesn’t submit! Soon Angle is passed out and the deed is done! Angle was screwed! The fans litter the ring with trash as Funk and Paul E., Foley and The Big Show and celebrate their tainted victory!

New Champions were crowned…

(Test slams Mike Knox face-first into the wall of a steel cage and clutches the ECW Television Championship close to him, The Gangstas stand on opposite turnbuckles with the ECW Tag Team Titles in their hands, as a sea of fans chant their name!)

Wrestlers made their ECW re-debut…

(Masato Tanaka is slammed through a table by Mike Awesome, the Blue Meanie dances on his way to the ring besides Stevie Richards, and New Jack dives onto Tony Mamaluke from the top of the concession area.)

Two hardcore legends were immortalized…

(Tommy Dreamer and Balls Mahoney exchange right hands on top of the 20 foot scaffolding, then the two falls and shatter the tables set up in stacks beneath them. The crowd is on their feet as Balls is on his knees and alone atop the scaffolding, near unconscious from pain.)

And we said goodbye to a friend…

(Sabu shakes hands with Rob Van Dam then stands atop the turnbuckles one last time after losing to Van Dam.)

Anderson hits a brutal delayed suplex from the 2nd turnbuckle. Anderson goes for the pinfall, and Test tries to kick out, but Knox holds on to his legs outside the ring!! 1…2….3!!! Anderson is the new ECW Television Champion! Test’s reign doesn’t last through his first defense! Test is irate as Anderson leaves with the title over his shoulders! Knox walks away laughing, but Test is after him soon! Knox runs to the back and Test follows after.

CM Punk and Balls Mahoney are backstage. Punk asks Balls if he’s ready to become #1 contender tonight. Balls, wraps in bandages, says he’s had the week off and he’s ready to kick some a$$! “Have you been drinking?” Punk asks after sniffing the air. “Huh? Drinking?! You know I gave that up months ago, Punk!” Balls looks sad! “Oh, bro, I’m sorry. Dude, go out there and kick some butt tonight.” He slaps Balls on the shoulder and leaves. Balls waits until he’s out then produces a flask from his jeans! He takes a swig of something and sighs with relief!

Paul E. comes to the ring to personally announce The Bashams!! He calls them his “new security team”! Paul E. goes on: “The old ECW is dead, and the Bashams and Big Show represent the new breed of ECW star! The ones that will bring the brand into the future. The Gangstas are old news! They don’t have the talent! They don’t have the athleticism! They don’t have the…” Paul E. is interrupted by The Gangstas! “JOURNEY WITH ME INTO THE MIND OF A MANIAC!” New Jack and Mustafa Saed are wearing matching camo and the ECW Tag Team Titles around their waists! They storm the ring and attack Paul E. but are fought off by the Bashams!

NON-TITLE MATCH

The Gangstas vs. The Bashams[/center][/size][/b]The Bashams dominate The Gangstas early with great teamwork and coordination. New Jack is almost eliminated ealrly after DOUBLE BRAIN DAMAGE, but Saed makes the save! The Bashams start to toy with The Gangstas until New Jack (not the legal man) walks over to Doug Basham (standing outside in his corner) and levels him with El Kabong!!! Danny looks worried and Saed – int the ring – takes control and plants Danny on his head with a snap powerbomb! New Jack grabs a chair and the two hit 187 for the win! The crowd goes nuts until Paul E. tosses a STUN GUN to Doug! He takes out both Gangtas! Then the Bashams hit both men with DOUBLE BRAIN DAMAGE! Paul E. gets on the mic again and berates the old way of ECW! The crowd chants “You sold out! You sold out! You sold out!” as the three men (Paul and the Bashams) leave laughing like hyenas!

Foley promises the only way Angle is leaving the cage is on a stretcher!The camera cuts to the parking lot where Test finds Mike Knox! Test slams him around, punishing him then finally sending him through the windshield of a car!!! The alarm goes off and Test walks off with a sneer on his face! Miek Knox isn’t moving!

Kurt Angle vs. Mick Foley[/center][/size][/b]Complete domination from Angle! He humiliates Foley by not allowing him but the slightest bit of offense! Angle throws the bigger Foley around like a rag doll before latching on the ANKLE LOCK! Foley taps immediately, but the only way to lose is if the opponent escape! Angle eventually releases only to hoist Foley up on the top rope. He yells out and KOs Foley to the floor with a super ANGLE SLAM!!!! The crowd goes nuts! Angle climbs the cage and Foley lies unconscious in the ring! Paul E. comes out with The Big Show! Angle is on top of the cage staring them down! He hops off the cage and charges The Show! As soon as he charges THE BASHAMS come from either side of Angle and tackle him to the ground! Soon The Gangstas are out and a wild brawl erupts! It takes a ton of security to finally get things under control with no side really getting an upper hand in the brawl. Angle still emerges with a big win, putting Foley behind him and the ECW Heavyweight Championship in his sights!

RVD asks for a chair from a fan and crushes Balls three times with it! Finally Balls was leaning against a wall and RVD hit a flying kick that knocked Balls’ head violently against the wall and RVD got the 1-2-3! Balls name was chanted the whole time, the fans still hot from Hardcore Heaven! When he gets up he gets a round of applause and RVD raises his hand!
