As the ring announcer entered the ring and signaled for the bell to ring, a voice came over the loud speaker, “Hold it, hold it…HOLD IT!!!” The perplexed crowd turned to see a seething Buddy Rogers making his way to the ring with mic in hand. It was obvious the “Nature Boy” had something to say and was going to say it tonight!

“Before we even get this show off the ground, did anyone see the last show? Once again, I remain undefeated as it was Gorgeous George being pinned by Bobo Brazil in the Triple Threat Match. So here I am looking on the outside again. But that is something I’m not standing for. George had his chance and was pinned. I lost my title on an injury and have yet to be pinned and have earned my shot, one on one, against Bobo Brazil !”

As the crowd jeered against the arrogant Rogers , it quickly turned to cheers as LWF Champ Bobo Brazil made his way to the ring and stood face to face with Rogers .

“Buddy, you’ve been in the ring with me one many occasions and when did you ever know me to back down from any challenge? I’d say never. I have no doubt you deserve a rematch and this is a match up the fans in the LWF would love to see. So tonight, you have your rematch, one on one, with me with the LWF Title on the line.”

Rogers chuckled a few times before answering, “Bobo, just like a good little “boy”, I knew you’d see it my way…” Rogers then gave Brazil a swift slap to the face before quickly rolling out of the ring before Brazil knew what hit him. Brazil simply shook his head as looked towards the entrance way as Rogers made a few more taunts towards the popular LWF Champion.

Johnny Valentine came to the ring and made a challenge to Killer Kowalski

“Kowalski, I took a look at the recent rankings and neither of us was there. I look at the won-loss records and we are both sub .500. I’m no friend of yours, but I know, and admire, your style in the ring. And I know a win over you will start propelling me to a title shot.”

Kowalski answered, “Valentine, so you are looking at me as a stepping stone? I think that’s a grave mistake my friend.”

1) Killer Kowalski beat Johnny Valentine with the CLAW HOLD

Kowalski refused to release his CLAW HOLD until Valentine’s face was running with a crimson mask.

2) The Road Warriors beat The Valiants when Hawk pinned Johnny Valiant following the DOOMSDAY DEVICE

“Wellllllllllllllll,” screamed Hawk after the match, “I say putting those two punks away puts us in the driver’s seat for a shot at the LWF Tag Titles (crowd cheers). It’s been too long before the Warriors have had gold around our waist, so tonight we are going to be keeping a close eye out on the LWF Tag matchup.”

“That’s right brother,” Animal continued, “You can only duck the greatest team in the history of pro wrestling for so long. So it doesn’t matter if it’s Sheik and Volkoff or Destroyer and Baba…I personally don’t think either of you is a match up that can compete with us! So boys, suck it up and enjoy your final days as tag champs!”

“OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, WHATTTTTAAAA RUUUUUSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!”


3) Jimmy Snuka pinned Harley Race with a powerslam

A ringside reporter ran up to Race after the match and asked, “Mr. Race, not to sound negative because you wouldn’t be an eight time NWA Champion if you weren’t a great competitor. But your recent losing streak has got to have you worried.

Race looked smugly at the reporter, “Boy, what is your name?” Before the reporter could even answer, Race slugged him with a quick left jab, sending the nosey scribe to the mat.

“Boy, until you step into the ring, never, ever, question my credentials. You think that left hook hurt? You keep it up and you’ll know what my PILEDRIVER feels like. There’s a reason why ever other wrestler in the LWF fears it.”

4) Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff beat The Destroyer & Giant Baba to win the LWF Tag Titles when Baba submitted to Sheik’s CAMEL CLUTCH

Sheik and Volkoff kept the attack on Destroyer and Baba until the Road Warriors ran in and made the save. Leaving the ring, Baba and Destroyer gave the Warriors a real look of disgust, which the Warriors dismissed as petty jealousy.

Ted DiBiase came out and asked Frank Gotch to come to the ring because he has an offer he can’t refuse.

A suspicious Gotch eventually came out and asked DiBiase, “Okay DiBiase, what’s your game tonight?”

“No game Gotch. I just want a title around my waist real bad because a man of my stature deserves it. But I’m not asking you to lie down and let me pin you. Let’s just make it easy. Name your price for the US Title.”

A bewildered Gotch, obviously taken aback from DiBiase’s offer, told DiBiase, “Ted, I came from a time in wrestling where real men competed and would fight for hours at a time for a World Title. So you actually think I can be bought off? Here is my answer…Fat Chance!”

5) Ted DiBiase beat Frank Gotch to win the US Title

King Kong Bundy interfered, helping DiBiase to the win. DiBiase then ordered Bundy to attack Gotch, giving him several splashes after the match.

DiBiase grabbed the mic and told Gotch, “See, you could have made it easier couldn’t you. You could have walked out on your own two feet. But now you are leaving without your title, your pride AND not on your own two feet! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”

6) LWF Champ Bobo Brazil pinned Buddy Rogers following the COCO BUTT

Gorgeous George ran in after the match and sprayed Brazil in the eyes with some sort of foreign substance which left Brazil holding his eyes in agony.

While this was held after card 26, I always hold a super tournament with all of the new wrestlers that are introduced into the game.

This was Legends Rematch along with the LOWBootlegs of the Horsemen, Rhodes, TA, Windham, Ronnie Garvin, Strongbow, Putski, Ventura, Adonis and the Legends SE cards of Bagwell, Beefcake, Harker and Savage T

Harley Race, who had been in a major slump, literally piledrove the competition in winning the whole thing over Magnum TA. In four of his five wins, Race dominated with his piledriver

Magnum TA was dominate as well, with wins over Bockwinkel, Johnny Valentine and Dusty Rhodes in a semifinal match

While the results will be posted later, the final four went like this

our resident stars, Savage T and Harker Dirge didn't fare well.

Savage lost to Jimmy Valiant in the opening round and Harker was upset by Nikita Breznikov, although it was via countout.

1) Jimmy Snuka pinned Buddy Rose with a powerslam

As Snuka was leaving, the entire crowd chanted “Superfly…Superfly…Superfly”, obviously a bit disheartened they didn’t see Snuka bound off of the top turnbuckle onto a fallen Rose. Snuka, a bit startled by the chanting, began bobbing his head to the chants and pointed to the turnbuckle. The crowd gave Snuka their seal of approval with heightened chants of “SUPERFLY…SUPERFLY..SUPERFLY”

Snuka adjusted his knee pads, quickly climbed to the top and, almost a picturesque of beauty, flew off the top turnbuckle onto a helpless Rose who was still prone on the mat. A devastating impact, Rose screamed in agony, but was drowned out by the chants of “SUPERFLY”. Snuka acknowledged the crowd’s approval and left the ring.

Gorgeous George then came storming out crying, “Foul, foul!!! What is this crap last week. I get a rematch, me the greatest living LWF champion in the history of the federation, in a Triple Threat match?!?!? Then Rogers gets a singles rematch against Brazil!!? I cry foul and deserve (stomping his foot to put a bit of emphasis on his statement) a one on one, LWF Title match against Bobo Brazil.”

This brought out the champ who slowly made his way to the ring. “Didn’t we just go through the exact thing last week only with Buddy Rogers crying the same thing? (The crowd popped YES to Brazil’s question). George, I’ll tell you the same thing I told Rogers last week. I duck no one and am a fighting champion so you have your one on one match tonight.”

Looking to take a page out of Rogers’ playbook last week when Rogers slapped Brazil, George tried to one up the champ, but Brazil quickly ducked and delivered a COCO BUTT to George, which sent him flying over the top rope onto the arena floor. George threw a tantrum at ringside as his valet, Cheri Dupre, tried to console the gaudy former champion.

An irate Johnny Valentine came to the ring, “Kowalski last week you drew first blood (showing off his bandaged forehead as he spoke). I know your CLAW is a fearsome maneuver, but it can only draw blood. There’s a reason why they call this elbow the ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER…because it can crush your damn skull!!!”

2) Killer Kowalski beat Johnny Valentine with the CLAW HOLD after a cheap shot with a chain.

Greg Valentine then ran in and attacked Kowalski, sticking him in the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK as Johnny recovered enough to deliver an ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER before Ox Baker cleared the ring with a whip.

Frank Gotch came out last week, obviously irate the King Kong Bundy attacked him last week after his match up with Ted DiBiase.

“A fat piece of trash is the only thing I can say nice about you King Kong Blimpy. You may have me outweighed by 200 pounds, but once I wear you out, I’ll slap my GOTCH TOEHOLD around that fat foot of yours…”

This brought out Bundy who grabbed the mic from Gotch, “Listen here little man, I ate a stack of pancakes bigger than you this morning. Hell, the dump I took after I ate ‘em was bigger than you. You can only run so much before I squash you like the little gnat…”

3) Frank Gotch beat King Kong Bundy with the crossface and armbar

Ted DiBiase snuck into the ring and walloped Gotch with his US Title. DiBiase then ordered Bundy to squash him. Bundy whipped Gotch into the turnbuckle several times, following up each visit with the ATLANTIC CITY AVALANCE. After the fifth one, Gotch fell to the mat in a crumpled ball.

DiBiase then grabbed the mic, “See what happens when you mess with anyone associated with the Million Dollar Man. Gotch didn’t have a price so he paid the price! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”

4) In a non title match, US Champ Ted DiBiase beat Giant Baba with the MILLION DOLALR SLEEPER.

Before leaving, DiBiase claimed, “As US Champ, and my won loss record, I consider myself the number one contender to the LWF Title and am demanding a title match next card!”

Harley Race came out and declared, “Last fight card, some little punk had the audacity to question my credentials, the greatest NWA Champion in history. But I’m not a dumb man and I know facing stiff’s like the Sandman, Buddy Rose and those guys won’t get me title shots. I know defeating one man will get me the title shot I crave so much. So Buddy Rogers, let’s see how much of a man you really are.”

Rogers strutted out and told Race, “Harley, you are actually looking to use me, ME!?!?, as a stepping stone?!?! I think you are sadly mistaken my friend that you think I can be used as a stepping stone because that’s what I plan on using you for.”

Race laughed off Rogers’ statement, “Ha, is that so boy?”

Rogers, looking eye to eye at Race, responded, “It sure is…”

Race then popped Rogers, starting the match


5) Buddy Rogers beat Harley Race with the FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE after it was determined Race passed out from the pain and the ref had no choice to call for the bell.

Rogers grabbed the mic, ‘No matter, this counts in the record books as a win for me and just another stone in the road to me regaining the LWF title.”

By this time, Race started to recover and crawled over until he was behind Rogers. Race wound up and delivered a sadistic low blow to Rogers. Not knowing what hit him, Rogers quickly fell to the mat, doubled over in pain. Race rolled out of the ring and grabbed a steel chair, positioning it in the center of the ring. Race then delivered his legendary PILEDRIVER to Rogers square on the chair.

6) LWF Tag Champs Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff beat The Road Warriors when Volkoff pinned Animal after Animal missed a turnbuckle charge.

Volkoff, ever the cunning foreigner, was sly enough to prop his feet on the ropes for added leverage as Nikita Breznikov held onto to his feet for even added leverage.

Breznikov told the Warriors, “Haha American musclemen, so simple to outsmart. There goes your title shot. Now there are other worthy contenders to face off against. Goodbye musclemen, that was your one and only title shot!”

7) LWF Champ Bobo Brazil pinned Gorgeous George when George missed a deathjump

Ted DiBiase then showed up at the entranceway. Holding up a piece of paper, DiBiase told Brazil, “Bobo, after some negotiations with Muchnick, it is signed for the next fight card. Myself versus you, champion versus champion! And may the best man win! HAHAHAHA!”

Ted DiBiase came out to open the show, grabbing the mic from the ring announcer, “You are now excused peon because the Million Dollar Man has something to say. You can see, around my waist, is the US Title a title that makes me the automatic number one contender to the LWF Title…a title I’ve dreamed of holding due to my status as the number one wrestler in the world. I was screwed out of the NWA Title. I was screwed out of the WWF Title. But I will not be screwed out of the LWF Title, a title more prestigious than any of the other two titles combined.”

Just then the crowd rose to their feet at the appearance of LWF Champion Bobo Brazil. “Man, are we going through this again? DiBiase, there is no reason to come out and bore these people with speeches about how great you are. Does anyone want to hear this? (Crowd jeers). See DiBiase. Like I’ve told Rogers, like I’ve told George, I’m a fighting champion who won’t back down from a challenge. If it’s a title match you want, I already signed it in the match with Muchnick. Now get back there, sign the contract and lets give these people a main event, a main event I’m walking out of a winner.”

King Kong Bundy came out and told Snuka, “Hey brother, I saw what you did to Rose last fight card and, and I admit I had to laugh. I had to laugh because there is no chance in hell you can ever do that to me. I’m 446 pounds of steel (crowd starts with a chant of “Fatty fatty fatty). Hey, you shut your mouth…” The familiar chords of “Sup…Sup…SUPERFLY….” Then blared thru the speakers as the crowd rose to their feet.

1) Jimmy Snuka pinned King Kong Bundy with the SUPERFLY LEAP.

Snuka then stopped in mid motion as the crowd voiced their almost sickingly statement, “One more time, one more time, one more time!”

Almost in a trance, Snuka acknowledged the crowd’s rapid request and mounted the top turnbuckle. As Bundy stared at Snuka anxiously, knowing full well the impact he was about to absorb once again, simply tightened his body as Snuka magically flew thru the air, crashing down upon the great white behemoth.

Killer Kowalski and Ox Baker came out with Kowalski acting as spokesman of the group, “This message is to Johnny Valentine and that two bit piece of no show crap son of his Greg. You challenged me twice and twice I took you out with my CLAW, the most feared move in professional wrestling (Ox Baker nudged Kowalski, holding up his fist in obvious reference to his deathly HEARTPUNCH)…oh yes, next to the other most fearsome move in pro wrestling. So tonight, I needed a tag partner as tough as me and Ox Baker is that man. We are challenging you two to a tag match tonight!”

The Valentines appeared to a mix chorus of cheers and boos as the fans split their loyalty among the two usual rulebreaking teams.

2) Killer Kowalski & Ox Baker beat Johnny & Greg Valentine when Greg submitted to Kowalski’s CLAW HOLD

Kowalski then grabbed Johnny as he tended to a fallen Greg. Johnny made a brief comeback as he had the two colossal beings. Just as it looked as if Valentine would take control, Baker blindsided him with a chair shot. Kowalski picked up Valentine off the mat and held him tight as Baker wound up and delivered a lethal HEART PUNCH to Valentine. Kowalski let go as Valentine dropped to the mat limply.


3) The Destroyer beat Gorgeous George with the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK.

Cheri Dupre ran into the ring and began lecturing to Destroyer which Destroyer openly dismissed and gently pushed aside Dupre. But it seemed as if it was a ploy as George ran up behind him and sprayed something into Destroyer’s eyes. George then grabbed the mic, “I know this is something the entire world has waited for…to see what the mysterious Destroyer actually looks like. We, I’m going to give it to you.”

George then began violently ripping at the mask as Destroyer valiantly tried to keep it on. But an already injured Destroyer quickly succumbed to George’s determined task and George pompously held high Destroyer’s mask. Bobo Brazil and Giant Baba quickly ran to ringside with a towel to help protect Destroyer’s mysterious identity.

4) Harley Race pinned Giant Baba after the PILEDRIVER.

Race refused any post match interviews. As a photographer tried to snap a quick shot of Race, Race furiously grabbed the camera and slammed it to the ground. He then gave it one good stomp before leaving.

Nikita Breznikov came out with LWF Tag Champs Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff

“Us, as you American fans call “Anti Americans”, stated Breznikov, “us “bad guys” are in generous mood tonight and this will make all you Road Warrior fans happy. We are offering non title match tonight and if we win, they get no more shot at LWF Tag Titles.”

This brought out the Warriors as Hawk grabbed the mic from Breznikov, “Well you little puke, you actually think you got the better of the Road Warriors? You showed the only way you could defeat the Warriors is by your cheating ways…you pukes…”

“That’s right brother,” Animal shouted, “Ain’t no way any team beats the Warriors twice. So we’ll even up the stakes. If we don’t beat you two goofs, we’re gone from the LWF.”

Breznikov was literally drooling over this new stipulation, “You got a deal comrade!!!”

5) In a non title match, The Road Warriors beat LWF Tag Champs Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff when Hawk pinned Volkoff following the DOOMSDAY DEVICE.

6) LWF Champ Bobo Brazil pinned US Champion Ted DiBiase after a top rope ax handle.

An irate DiBiase yelled at Virgil to attack Brazil. The two began kicking at Brazil when DiBiase told Virgil to get the US Title. As DiBiase held Brazil, Virgil ran full steam at Brazil looking to wallop him with the title. But Brazil ducked as DiBiase took the full brunt of Virgil’s shot. The blow knocked DiBiase senseless as Brazil simply stood over his fallen opponents with this LWF Title held high.
