After a video montage is shown, Lance Russell opens the show.

Russell: "Welcome fans to the inaugural edition of East Coast Wrestling on ESPN Quatro. I'm Lance Russell. We are a part of the re-formed National Wrestling Alliance and on todays show we will have 2 matches in the NWA Tag Team Title Tournament. The Vachons will take on Ray "Crippler" Stevens teaming with Ox Baker. And shortly we will see The Fabulous Kangaroos with manager "Wild" Red Berry facing off against The Impact Players, Chris Candido and Justin Credible, accompanied to the ring by Sunny. Our main event this evening will feature 2 guys who have fought numerous times over the years, The Destroyer taking on Gorgeous George with Ms. Dupri. Lets go to the ring."

NWA Tag Team Title Tournament
Fabulous Kangaroos W/Wild Red Berry vs. The New Impact Players, Candido and Credible:The New Impact Players could not over come the execution of the Kangaroos. Costello pinned Credible with a cross body in 5:36

Russell: "The Fabulous Kangaroos and Red Berry are heading over here to the announce area. Gentlemen; you are one of the favorites in the Tag Title Tournament. Your thoughts?"

Berry: "You ah lookin at the future of the tag division. The crisp tags, the teamwork. They can not be beat. And they will be the first Tag Champs."

The Kangaroos and Berry leave the set.

Russell: "Well there you have it folks. I'm sure some of the other teams think different. We will return from break with a huge match up between Frank Gotch and Killer Kowalski. Stay tuned."

Frank Gotch vs Killer Kowalski: Gotch tried a body slam but Kowalski used his power advantage to reverse it. Gotch was in trouble and left the ring. Kowalski went out after him but Gotch grabbed him and whipped him into the steel post. Gotch threw him back in the ring and applied the "GOTCH TOE HOLD" for the victory. 2:11

Russell: "Gotch with a victory here ths evening. Gotch is one of the favorites to win the ECW Championship. I have been told that the chase for the belt will not be held until next month after the wrestlers here have established themselves."

**Its me, its me.......its DDP**

Russell: "Diamond Dallas Page coming out here........."

Page: "You know Lance. I was thinking. Thinking that becoming the first ECW Champ would be a nice piece of jewlery. In just a few moments, Terrible Turk is going to go down for the 1-2-3. BANG!!"

DDP vs. Terrible Turk: DDP could not handle the power of Turk. Turk locked on a "neck wrencher". DDP was able to leave the ring for a breather when suddenly The New Impact Players, Candido and Credible, came out and wailed on DDP causing the DQ. DDP was busted open due to some cane shots by Credible. The Impact Players raised their arms in victory and headed over to the set.

Russell: "That was dispicable gentlemen."

Candido: "You can shut the hell up Lance. The Kangaroos got a fluke victory on us and we wanted to beat someone up. And it just so happens that DDP runs his mouth to damn much."

Credible: "You see that? (looking at his cane) Page accidently bled on my cane! HAHAHA!"

Candido: "This is just the beginning. Kangaroos, we want a rematch next week. Sign it if you dare."

Russell: "Fans; we'll be back."

NWA Tag Team Title Tourny
The Vachons vs. Ray Stevens and Ox Baker: Easy victory for the Vachons. Baker never made it in the ring. Butcher Vachon won after a backbreaker. 2:13

Russell: "The Vachons advance further in the tourny to decide the NWA Tag Team Champions."

Johnny Valentine vs Jim Londos: Londos had Valentine on the ropes early. Londos hit the "AIRPLANE SPIN" but Valentine kicked out. Londos locked on the "BOSTON CRAB" but Valentine would not tap. Londos went back to the "AIRPLANE SPIN". 1-2-NO! Valentine kicked out. Londos whipped Valentine to the turnbuckle but it was reversed and Johnny nailed him with a forearm smash. Valentine hit an "ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER" for a 2 count. He hit another finisher but Londos kicked out again. A 3rd "ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER" but Londos got his foot on the rope. Valentine started getting aggravated and hit another "ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER" and Londos was finally done. Hell of a match. 8:42

Harley Race vs. Steve Corino: Race had the advantage early. He hit a couple "diving headbutts" and "falling knee drops" to soften up Corino. Race threw Corino to the outside and rammed his head into the ring post. He kept him outside and tried the same move but Corino blocked Race and sent him into the post instead. Corino threw Race back in the ring and hit the "OLD SCHOOL EXPULSION" for the 1-2-NO!. Race kicked out. Corino nailed another "OLD SCHOOL EXPULSION" but Race got his foot on the ropes. Corino went outside and grabbed the ring bell and whacked Race over the head for the disqualification. 7:56. Corino was besides himself as he yelled at the ref for the DQ. Meanwhile Race recovered and sent Corino flying with a huge "headbutt". Corino scrambled to the back. Harley Race headed to Lance Russell.

Race: "That little ba***** wants to relive the memory of the old ECW. Then next week you little bi***, me and you in a hardcore match. I'm not going to be shown up by some little punk like you."

Race stormed off.

Russell: "Our main event is next fans. Destroyer vs Gorgeous George. Dont go away.

The Destroyer vs. Gorgeous George W/Cherie Dupre: These 2 proved their hatred for each other. Destroyer pounded on George for about 15 minutes solid but could not put him away. Or he didn't try would be better put. But George would get lucky a few times, moving out of the way at the right time of a few moves. The finish came when a desperate George tried a cross body but Destroyer rolled through and got the 3 count on George 25:32

Russell: "Those two proved once again that they can not stand each other. I'm sure we will see those 2 face each other very soon. We will be back next week with exciting East Coast Wrestling action. See ya then fans."

Sabu vs. Buff Bagwell: A match that went out of the ring several times. The finish came when Sabu hit the "slingshot legdrop" and then set up for the "TRIPLE JUMP MOONSAULT" but Bagwell was able to move. Buff then went to the top turnbuckle at nailed the "BUFF BLOCKBUSTER" for the pin. 7:53

Lance Russell: "What a victory for Buff Bagwell to start this evening. Hello fans, this is Lance Russell and on todays program you will be seeing 2 Quarterfinal matches in the NWA Tag Team Title Tourny as The Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff take on The Killer Bees in our main event. The Midnight Express with Jim Cornett go against The Vachon brothers. Several rematches from last week are also on the card. The Fabulous Kangaroos have answered the challenge laid out by The New Impact Players and will go this evening. Frank Gotch and Killer Kowalski will go again this week after Frank Gotch got the quick win last week. And Harley Race goes against Steve Corino after last weeks disqualification at the hands of Corino. But right now I want to bring in The Destroyer for a quick interview. Tonight Destroyer you go against Johnny Valentine."

The Destroyer: "Well Lance, right now we are all just trying to get into position for the eventual East Coast Championship to be decided in whatever format the committee chooses. And Valentine is a great competitor. I'm looking forward to facing him."

Lance Russell: "And we are certainly looking forward to it. Now wait a minute. What are you doing here?"

Gorgeous George walks out with Cherri Dupree. Ms. Dupree is spraying perfume everywhere. Destroyer puts his hands up for a fight.

Gorgeous George: "Now Destroyer. I'm not here to fight you. I'm here simply to warn you. Don't think for one moment that this is over between us. It hasn't even begun yet."

The Destroyer: "Look. You want some of me? The ring is right over there. Lets go!"

The Destroyer goes to the ring and gets in. He motions for George to get in and George gets to the ropes before deciding better of it and goes back to the set.

George: "Not right now boy. But soon."

Gorgeous George leaves. Destroyer eventually leaves the ring

Russell: "Those 2 are going to be seeing a lot of each other in the coming months I'm sure. When we come back is one of the two tourny tag matches this evening."

NWA Tag Team Title Tourny:
The Vachons vs. The Midnight Express (Dennis Condrey & Bobby Eaton): Condrey was getting worked over by Mad Dog the first part of the match. Mad Dog tagged in Butcher and he continued the assault. Butcher whipped Dennis in the ropes and bent over for a back body drop but Condrey came off with a nasty boot to the head. He tagged in Eaton and they hit a "Double Goozle". Cornette jumped on the apron and added a little interference while Condrey choked Butcher. Condrey then hit a "Gut Wrench Suplex" for the pin. 5:58 The Midnight Express go on to the semi finals to face The Fabulous Kangaroos.

Russell: "The Midnight Express continue on in the NWA Tag Team Tourny and headed over here are Jim Cornette, Stan Lane, Bobby Eaton and Dennis Condrey. Gentlemen; your one step closer to gold."

Cornette: "Your darn right we're one step closer. Nobody can stop The Express now that we are on a roll. So the Captain Kangaroos in the semis and then whomever after that. It don't matter. We are taking the titles; and there ain't jack you can do about it."

The Express walks off.

Russell: "Jim Cornette seems to have his guys on the right track. When we return, The fore mentioned Kangaroos will be in action against The New Impact Players."

The Fabulous Kangaroos vs. The New Impact Players (Candido & Credible): The Kangaroos were out to prove that it was no fluke. They tore into Credible early and often. Heffernan went to the top turnbuckle 6 straight times to weaken him. Heffernan and Costello hit the "BOOMERANG" on Credible but he kicked out. Credible was able to make a tag and Candido came in but the same happened to Candido. Red Berry jumped on the apron and distracted the ref. Costello and Heffernan double teamed Candido. In the mean time Diamond Dallas Page came out and grabbed Credible and hit him with the "DIAMOND CUTTER" on the outside. The Kangaroos then hit the "BOOMERANG" on Candido and made the pin. Sunny tried to interfere but Page grabbed her and pulled her down. She went to smack him but Page blocked the swing, bent her over his knee and began to spank her. Meanwhile the ref counted to 3. 8:25

DDP makes his way over to Russell

DDP: "Hows the Cutter feel Credible? Next time you want to jump someone; you better get the job done boys. Hey Credible....you and me; next week one on one b***h.

As DDP was leaving, The Fabulous Kangaroos came over.

Red Berry: "We heard the comments that Cornette made. Hey! I hope you were watching the monitor. Thats all I need to say."

The Kangaroos left.

Russell: "Pretty intense sequence right there fans. Lets go to the ring for another match."

Johnny Valentine vs. The Destroyer: Valentine had Destroyer on the ropes early. Hit him with a "forearm bludgeon" and followed that up with a whip to the ropes. Valentine ducked down but was met with a "Fameasser" like move. Destroyer hit a "sensational suplex" for the 3 count. 3:56

Russell: "Big victory for The Destroyer this evening. Although surprising that Valentine went down so quickly. At any case; when we return we will have 2 more rematches from last week. Stay tuned."

Frank Gotch vs. Killer Kowalski: Last week Gotch got the victory in just over 2 minutes. Kowalski asked for and got the rematch. Gotch went for an early "waistlock takeover" but Kowalski was too strong. Kowalski then went on a sustained offenseive series trying to wear Gotch down. Everything Killer could throw at Gotch he did. Went up top and hit a huge "bombs away kneedrop". Several "Giant Swings". An "Overhead Bodyslam". But Gotch waited for the mistake and it came in the form of a "Standing armbar" that Gotch reversed into a "crossface arm bar". A few minutes later Gotch won with a "guillotine choke". 15:36

Gotch (heavily breathing) walks over to Russell: "Now Mr. Kowalski. I hope you have your answer. Last week was no fluke, but I have to admit that you gave me a heck of a fight. Let it be known; I will be the first East Coast Champion. And noone can stand in my way because none of you are in my league."

Russell: "Frank Gotch everyone. Very impressive win for Mr. Gotch this evening. But lets head back to the ring."

Texas Death match
Harley Race vs. Steve Corino: Harley Race started off in control and remained that way pretty much the whole time. Race threw Corino out of the ring and opened up on him. Steel chairs to the grill. Whipping Corino into the steel rails. Whipping into the posts. Sticking a fork in his head. Anything that Race could do he did. Corino bled buckets but did not stop fighting. Harley Race gave him the "PILEDRIVER" but Corino kicked out. After more pounding, Race gave another "PILEDRIVER" but again Corino kicked out. Steve was able to get a few moves in but Race brushed them off and gave the third and final "PILEDRIVER". 21:42

Russell: "That match was certainly not for the squimish. Fans we have to take a break but our main event is next."

NWA Tag Team Tourny
Iron Sheik & Volkoff vs The Killer Bees: B. Brian Blair and Volkoff started off. Blair gained the advantage early and he and Brunzell were able to connect with a "BEE STING" but Volkoff got a foot on the ropes before the 3 count. Nikolai was able to tag out to the Iron Sheik. Sheik immediately used his loaded boot on Brunzell. He tagged out to Nikolai. Nikolai threw Brunzell outside the ring and then nailed him with a huge "powerslam" on to the ringsteps. Brunzell was in so much pain he could not continue and was counted out. 4:00 Iron Sheik and Volkoff go up against The Road Warriors in the semi finals.

Russell: "Thats another addition of East Coast Wrestling in the books. I'm Lance Russell reminding you to tune in every Friday to ESPN Quatro for great wrestling action. See you next week."

Lance Russell: "Hello everyone, I'm Lance Russell. Unless you've been under a rock, you know about the major announcement we are set to have on the East Coast Wrestling Championship."

**The old ECW music begins**

Russell: "And we go to the ring for the eventual arrival of Paul Heyman."

**Heyman gets into the ring.**

Heyman: "This will probably be the only time you ever see me come out here because I prefer to conduct my business in the back. But this announcement is too big not to do it myself in front of the greatest fans in the NWA. Sure East Coast Wrestling is a part of the NWA family. But I would rather be the smart a** kid that thinks he is better than the rest of the family. So when you watch an ECW show, you are getting the very best. And to be the very best, you have to be innovative. So without too much more bulls*** coming from my mouth. In one months time, right here on ESPN Quatro will be a match to determine ECW's first Champion. How do we intend on doing that? A double elimination gauntlet match!! This is a gauntlet match but you have to be beaten twice to be knocked out. For instance, wrestler 1 beats wrestler 2, 1 goes on to face 3 with the winner facing 4. So on and so forth. After the eighth and final wrestler goes, that winner will face the loser from the very first match. So it is conceivable that this match could go 3 rounds. The wrestlers have not been determined yet. So they have about 3 weeks to impress me. Good luck."

Russell: "A double elimination gauntlet match? That will promise to be one for the ages. And believe me when I say; to impress Paul Heyman is no easy feat! We will return for our first match featuring Gorgeous George."

Gorgeous George W/Cherie Dupre vs Cousin Luke: Luke was in the rin when George and Cherire walked out. Before George would get into the ring, he demanded that Cherie get in first and "cleanze" the ring. George spent the first couple minutes refusing to lock up with Luke. You could read his lips in describing to the ref that he "refused to lock up with that vile oaf". Finally the two locked up and George went to work. Eventually winning with a "small package with tights" 3:07

After the match, Gorgeous George and Cherie walk over to Lance Russell.

George: "Mr. Russell; keep your questions to yourself. I'm here simply to say that next month I will become the ECW Champion."

Russell: "Well George keeps it short. No mention of the way he called out The Destroyer last week and then walked away. Anyway; lets go to the ring for the next match."

Jim Londos vs. Terrible Turk: A back and forth affair. Turk finally won after a "falling body slam" 12:04

Russell: "Big win for Terrible Turk. DDP takes on Justin Credible after the break; and don't forget fans that later on is a return match from last week between Johnny Valentine and The Destroyer."

A recap of the issues between the New Impact Players (Credible and Candido) and DDP resulting in this match.

DDP vs. Justin Credible: DDP had control. He delivered 2 consecetive "Diamond Dreams" before snapping the "DIAMOND CUTTER" During the Cutter, Credibles foot accidently hit the ref in the jaw, knocking him down momentarily. It was just long enough for Candido to come out, climb to the top turnbuckle and come down on Page with a "diving headbutt". Credible got up and hit a "SINGAPORE CANE" but DDP got his foot on the rope. Credible hit another "SINGAPORE CANE" for the victory. 4:09

Credible and Candido left the ring together with wild smiles and laughs.

Page finally came to enough to stagger over to Lance Russell.

DDP: "Those.....guys.....want to play.......like that. (Shakes his head) Next week; you two jabronis face me and a mystery partner. If you two got the stones. Bring 'em with you next week."

Russell: "Diamond Dallas Page is certainly not happy one bit about the New Impact Players and I for one can't blame him. Let's go to the ring as the NWA Tag Team Champions make their first appearence since winning those titles."

The Fabulous Kangaroos (NWA Tag Team Champions) W/Red Berry vs. Ray Stevens and Ox Baker: The Tag Champs may have been a bit over confident coming into this one. They toyed with Baker and Stevens throughout the match. But Baker snapped and started pummelling Costello. He gnawed on his forehead; gave him a bearhug and clothesline after clothesline. Baker wailed on Costello until Costello moved out of the way of a clothesline and Baker smashed into the turnbuckle. Costello went for a quick pin but Baker kicked out. Costello and Heffernan then hit the "BOOMERANG" for the victory. 23:23

Russell: "Excuse the expression but the Kangaroos were almost skinned. Impressive showing by Ox Baker in that match. Fans we have to take a break. When we return will be a rematch from last week between Johnny Valentine and The Destroyer. And our main event is right around the corner as Frank Gotch goes against Harley Race.

Johnny Valentine vs. The Destroyer: The Destroyer went for a splash into the turnbuckle but Valentine moved out of the way. It appeared as if Destroyer hit his head on the ringpost. Valentine went for a quick pin but was denied. He then hit an "ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER" for the win. 8:36

Dan Severn vs Mike DiBiase: Mike BiBiase did just enough to keep from losing right away but eventually fell to the "WAKIGATME" 8:51

Russell: "Impressive win for "The Beast" here this evening. Our main event is next. Don't go away!"

Frank Gotch vs. Harley Race: Incredible match to start. Race tried to punch Gotch, who countered to a "headlock takedown". Race countered that with a "headbutt" but that was countered by a "double leg takedown". Race was even able to counter that with a "falling knee drop". After the series of counters, Race went to work. Working on the head with such moves as the "headbutt" and "falling knee drops". Race went for a pin following a "swinging neckbreaker" but only got 2. Race then locked in an "Indian Deathlock" for the tapout victory. 7:36

Russell: "Harley Race with a very impressive win this evening. With Heymans announcement this evening about the title match set for a month from now and all of our competitors going after that. Not to mention the brewing feud between DDP and The New Impact Players; it's a great time to be a wrestling fan. Come back next week for more exciting East Coast Wrestling action."

Friday, card #4
"The Ballroom", Philadelphia, PA

Lance Russell: "This is Lance Russell and you are watching East Coast Wrestling on ESPN Quatro. We are just 3 weeks away from the huge gauntlet match that was announced to crown an ECW Champion. Our main event this evening is a battle of the undefeated as Johnny Valentine takes on Harley Race. For now, however, lets head to the ring."

Killer B's vs The Vachons: The Killer B's took a pounding much of the match but were able to pull off the victory. Brunzell pinned Butcher Vachon after a "flying headscissors". 19:46

**After the match, The Road Warriors directed by Paul Ellering come to the ring and destroy the teams of the Killer B's and Vachons. Hawk hit B. Brian Blair so hard with a clothesline that Blair did a 720 before landing.**

Ellering: "Last week these gentlemen were having a match with The Ortons when The Kangaroos interfered in our match. But the confusing thing is....you didn't attack us. You attacked them. Now perhaps you have a beef with The Ortons but I doubt it. You don't want these guys to get any momentum. Because when these machines get going youu know you can't stop them. You won the first encounter between us, but the war isn't over gentlemen. The Warriors have just begun."

They leave the set but not before Hawk does his trademark stick out tongue thing.

Russell: "The Warriors are fired up. We have word that the Kangaroos are here so hopefully we will get a response from them. Wait a minute.....DDP is coming out here....Diamond Dallas Page, you have a match coming up with a mystery partner to face Justin Credible and Chris Candido. You should be preparing."

Page: "I would be preparing but my partner isnt here yet. He just called me and said he was running late. But seeing as how my match is next.......LET'S GO TO THE RING!"

Page slides into the ring.

DDP and Mystery Partner vs. The New Impact Players (Credible and Candido): DDP was on fire against Candido. He went for the pin following the "discus clothesline" but Credible made the save. Page threw Candido out of the ring and followed after him. Candido grabbed Page and whipped him into the ring post. He threw Page back into the ring and tagged to Credible who immediately hit "THAT'S INCREDIBLE" for the victory. 4:03

After the match, Credible grabs his cane and he and Candido corner Page but before any damage could be done, Steve Corino ran out from the back. Credible and Candido left the ring as Corino slid in. Corino stared at The Impact Players before checking on Page. Page gets to his feet and he and Corino shake hands.

Credible and Candido leave the area and Page and Corino head over to Lance Russell.

Page: "Yeah it figures. Two on two and they leave like cowards. But I'm out here by myself and they are like vultures. Hey Impact Players, next week you guys against me and Corino. They'll probably say no since the odds aren't in their favor."

Page and Corino leave.

Russell: Fans we are going to a break but Killer Kowalski vs. Dan Severn is next."

Killer Kowalski vs Dan Severn: Kowalski went for a pin after a "shoulder breaker" but Severn kicked out. Severn then took advantage of a mistake and had Kowalski locked in the "bow and arrow". Kowalski fought out of it but was then pinned following a "firemans carry slam". 4:09

Russell: "As these competitors continue to position themselves for a spot in the 7 man gauntlet match for the ECW Championship, Dan Severn with a huge win against Killer Kowalski. An upset perhaps. And as you can see, Kowalski is not very happy with the outcome. Now wait just a minute. Gorgeous George; what are you doing out here?"

George: "I came out here to watch The Destroyer in his next match dearest Lancelot."

Russell: "Please don't call me that."

The Destroyer vs. Ox Baker: Both men countered each other numerous times. But Destroyer made the fatal mistake in the match. And Baker finished him off with the "HEART PUNCH" 10:37

After the match, George jumped into the ring and directed Baker to inflict more pain. Baker started to choke Destroyer. George could be seen showing Baker a fist motion. So Baker stood Destroyer up and hit another "HEART PUNCH" that dropped Destroyer hard. George then grabbed Bakers hand and raised it high in the air.

Russell: "Came to watch the match my butt. That was a hired gun you came to watch. We need a break."

Frank Gotch vs Buff Bagwell: Buff Bagwell dominated this match! Went for a pin after a "dropkick" but Gotch kicked out. Pin after a "swinging neckbreaker" and Gotch kicked out. Another "swinging neckbreaker" pin but Gotch got the foot on the ropes. Bagwell then hit the "BUFF BLOCKBUSTER" but Gotch again kicked out!. Buff got mad and threw Gotch out of the ring and repeatedly rammed his head into the ring post. The ref called for the bell and disqualified Bagwell. 7:12

Russell: "Our main event is next fans as the unbeaten Johnny Valentine takes on the unbeaten Harley Race."

Johnny Valentine vs Harley Race: These two men match up extremely well. Harley Race was too much. Valentine was able to kick out of two "PILEDRIVER"s but submitted to the "Indian Deathlock" 19:48

Russell: "Harley Race remains undefeated fans. He makes his way over to us. Mr. Race, a very impresive win against Johnny Valentine here this evening."

Race.: "In a few weeks an ECW Champ will come out of the gauntlet match. Quite simply without a whole lot of talk on the matter..........you're looking at the next champ."

Russell: "Fans we are out of time but we urge you to tune in every Friday night to catch East Coast Wrestling here on ESPN Quatro. Good night everyone."

Lance Russell: "Hello fans, welcome to another edition of East Coast Wrestling on ESPN Quatro. Next week is the double elimination gauntlet match to crown the first ECW Champ so this is the last week to impress Mr. Heyman. Ox Baker W/Gorgeous George vs. Sabu: Sabu was DQ'd for using the "Arabian Facebuster". Gorgeous George jumped in the ring to confront Sabu. Meanwhile Baker recovered and turned Sabu around and hit him with the "HEART PUNCH". Gorgeous George raises the hand of Ox Baker before they leave.

Russell: "Ox gets the DQ win and makes Sabu pay in the process. Now Ox and George are on there way over here. Gentlemen, can you explain what happened last week?

Gorgeous George: "You saw it just like everyone else. My man Ox Baker here did exactly what I paid him to do. Take out the Destroyer. And when he comes back; he'll do it again."

Baker: "Destroyer. Your lucky you weren't put out for longer. But George wants you to pay a while. Hurry back so you can feel your heart explode. (Holds up his taped fist)

Russell: "Thank you gentlemen. Gorgeous George faces "Iron" Mike DiBiase here later this evening. Lets go to the ring for the next bout fans."

Frank Gotch vs. Buff Bagwell: Last week, Bagwell took it to Gotch before becoming frustrated and getting disqualified. This week? Bagwell dominated but could only get one pin attempt on Gotch which led to a two count. At the 33:17 mark, Gotch was DQ'd when both men were brawling outside and Gotch refused to quit and get back in the ring. 2 weeks in a row that Bagwell has looked good in the ring.

Russell: "My oh my. Marcus "Buff" Bagwell has been very impressive in his 2 bouts against Frank Gotch. Impressive enough to be in the gauntlet match next week? We'll see. A continuation of a feud when we come back."

Russell: "Over the last month we have seen a feud begin between The New Impact Players and Diamond Dallas Page. For a couple weeks it has been a 2 on one affair as DDP searched for a partner. And now he has one in Steve Corino. That tag match is right now. Lets go to the ring."

DDP and Steve Corino vs The New Impact Players (Candido and Credible) W/Tammy Sytch: DDP and Corino were in charge from the beginning. Using crisp tags and staying fresh. DDP hit the "Russian Leg Sweep" and tagged in Corino. Corino came in, took 2 steps forward and dropped DDP with the "superkick"! Credible, on the outside at the time, jumped in the ring and celebrated by dropping an elbow on the downed Page. Candido got up and picked up DDP and hit the "BLONDE BOMB" on Page. As the fans boo'd, the three men and Tammy raised their arms in victory in the center ring. They each kicked a down Page as they left. They walked over to Lance Russell.

Lance Russell: "That was one of the sickest things I have witnessed gentlemen. Steve Corino, how can you be proud of what you did?"

Corino: "How can I be proud? I put one over on a mangy, good for nothing bi**h. Look at the three of us here. Take a good look. Cause soon, three become four. And the four become............THE EXTREME HORSEMEN!! Lets get out of here. That mangy douchebag is stinking up the place."

Russell: "That was dispicable. Fans we will be right back."

NWA Tag Team Champs The Fabulous Kangaroos W/ Red Berry vs. Jim Londos and Cousin Luke: A match most assumed the Kangaroos would win quickly and easily. Londos and Luke had other ideas. Matter of fact, if not for timely pin saves and a manager interference late, Londos and Luke pull the upset. BUT, The Kangaroos finally put Cousin Luke out when Al Costello locks on the "MARBLE LEG LOCK" 21:24

**Suddenly "Iron Man" rings out in the arena and the fans come unglued. But noone comes out. On the video screen it simply says: Clash Of The Champions: The Fabulous Kangaroos vs. The Road Warriors; NWA Tag Team Titles at stake.....

Russell: "The long awaited rematch between the Kangaroos and Warriors. I can not wait for that fans. Lets head back to the ring."

Gorgeous George W/ Cherie Dupre vs "Iron" Mike DiBiase: Ms. Dupre slapped DiBiase to start. Gorgeous George then threw Mike out of the ring and came out after him. "Iron" Mike grabbed George and whipped him into the steel barrier. He then continued his assault dispite the referees warning. Finally Mike was disqualified. 1:28

Mike DiBiase then went after Cherie Dupre who ran around the ring to get away. As they came back around, Gorgeous George was waiting and when DiBiase made the turn, George sprayed the perfume in his eyes bringing Mike to a hault. Cherrie and George fled up the exit.

Russell: "That cowardly Gorgeous George. And Cherie should stop interfering in matches before she gets hurt. Our main event is next fans as Killer Kowalski takes on Dan Severn."

Killer Kowalski vs. Dan Severn: The match went outside several times with the ref showing constraint. But it went out one too many times as the ref chose to DQ Kowalski for taking it to far. The fans started to boo but before they could get to loud........

Heyman: "NO NO NO! You restart the match right now. Lets see a finish!"

The match was restarted and within minutes it was over. Killer Kowalski put the "CLAW HOLD" on "The Beast" and got the pin. 9:20

Russell: "An impressive victory by Killer Kowalski fans. And it wasn't an easy one as Dan Severn has been very impressive here in East Coast Wrestling. Thats all for this week fans. Tune in next week for the gauntlet match to determine the East Coast Champion. See you then."

The 8 competitors have been chosen but the position they have drawn is a mystery. The wrestlers themselves dont know where they sit. We have word that we are ready to go. Fans..........lets go to the ring!!"

(1)Buff Bagwell vs. (2)Harley Race: Harley Race went for a pin following a "swinging neckbreaker" but only got a two count. Race went up top but was caught and thrown to the mat. Bagwell jumped on to the turnbuckle and nailed the "BUFF BLOCKBUSTER". 1-2-3!! Bagwell scored the upset on Race. 6:38

(1)Bagwell vs. (3)Johnny Valentine: Valentine had the momentum and went for a pin after an "ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER" but Bagwell kicked out. Valentine made a mistake and Bagwell capitalized. Bagwell hit everything he could to soften Valentine up. He eventually hit him with the "BUFF BLOCKBUSTER" but Valentine kicked out. Bagwell whipped Valentine into the ropes but was met with a "cross body block" for a long two. Valentine hit an "ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER" for the victory. 7:41

(3)Valentine vs.(4)Ox Baker: Baker dominated. He hit Valentine with the "HEART PUNCH" but Valentine got his foot on the ropes. Baker hit another "HEART PUNCH" for the victory. 2:35

Russell: "So far fans, there has not been a repeat winner. Although Bagwell was the closest."

(4)Ox Baker vs. (5)Dan Severn: Baker again dominated. He went for a pin after the "shoulder breaker" but Severn kicked out. Baker then nailed Severn with "HEART PUNCH" for the victory. 1:35

(6)Sabu vs. (7)Killer Kowalski: Again Sabu tried using his speed advantage. He hit Kowalski with the "TRIPLE JUMP MOONSAULT" for a long two. But Sabu tried another "TRIPLE JUMP MOONSAULT" but Kowalski moved. Kowalski then went to work. Kowalski locked on the "CLAW HOLD" for a 2 count. He locked in the "CLAW HOLD" again for a 2 count. After a few minutes he locked on the "stomach claw" for the victory. 9:40

(7)Killer Kowalski vs. (1)Buff Bagwell: Bagwell, facing elimination, was pounded early by Kowalski. But Kowalski went to the top turnbuckle and Bagwell met him and threw him off the turnbuckle. Bagwell then went to the top and waited and then hit the "BUFF BLOCKBUSTER" for the victory. 2:06

(1)Buff Bagwell vs (3)Johnny Valentine: Valentine was in charge for the most part. But when he made a mistake, Bagwell was quick to capitalize. He nailed Valentine with the "BUFF BLOCKBUSTER" but Valentine kicked out. Valentine regained control and won following a "forearm hammer" 14:01 Bagwell is eliminated

Tonight though fans, DDP will take on the man who jumped him last Wednesday Night, Sabu. And much more."

Corino vs. Ray Stevens: Ray Stevens dominated early and often but he made a mistake a paid the price. Stevens went for a body splash but was met with a boot to the face. Corino got up and immediately hit "OLD SCHOOL EXPULSION" for the victory 8:19

Grisham: "I'm in the ring now with Steve Corino. Steve, why do you and the other Extreme Horsemen continue your feud against DDP?"

Corino: "Why are we continuing our feud with Page? Because guys like Page need to realize that their time has passed. The Xtreme Horsemen are the premier in this business. Fossils like him need to die. Page......it ends tonight."

**Ox Baker is walking around near the bathrooms when suddenly The Destroyer (injured at the hands of Baker some time ago) busted through the doors and attcked Baker. The two of them flail at each other until help arrives. The Destroyer shouts "TONIGHT MAN"! In which Ox Baker replies, "YOU GOT IT"!

Frank Gotch vs. Bagwell: Bagwell has given Gotch fits in recent weeks. This match was no different. Bagwell had control and nailed a "BUFF BLOCKBUSTER" for a long 2 count. But Gotch came back and locked on the "GOTCH TOEHOLD" for the win 5:58 Gotch goes over to the announce area after his victory.

Russell: A great victory for you Frank this evening."

Gotch: "Thanks Lance. Johnny Valentine; I'm coming after that East Coast Championship but first just one more obstical. Harley Race. You and I have similar records. Harley Race vs. Dan "The Beast" Severn: Severn used a "shoulder slam" on Race and a very loud POP was heard. Race was writhing in pain and Severn took advantage by pinning him. 4:03

Valentine: "You could here that from here Lance. Thats why they call him "The Beast"!

Russell: "One can only hope that Race will be o.k. That was his first loss this year."

Severn comes over to the announce desk.

Severn: "Well Frank. Maybe I deserve to be named in place of Race. Because after that victory, I have the same record as he does.

Russell: "Well I'm getting word from the back that we will wait until next week to see the condition of Harley Race before there is a ruling on the #1 contenders match.

DDP vs. Sabu: A back and forth match. At 11:58, Sabu was disqualified for using the "Arabian facebuster". Sabu went for another "Arabian facebuster" but DDP hit a "DIAMOND CUTTER" out of nowhere. Corino, Credible and Candido came out but DDP bailed. DDP then grabbed a mic.

DDP: "You boys want to keep messing with fire. It's always 2 against one or three against one with you idiots. But next week I got surprises for you. You want a war? You got one."

The Destroyer vs. Ox Baker: A few weeks ago, Ox Baker put Destroyer out with a "HEART PUNCH". Baker was hired by Gorgeous George. Epic match between these two, even though it didn't last long. Back and forth affair that saw many reversals. The Destroyer whipped Baker into the turnbuckle but when Destroyer charged in, Baker raised a boot and Destroyer went down hard. Baker than hit the "HEART PUNCH" for the victory. 8:35

Russell: "Another edition of East Coast Wrestling is in the books. Join us next week when hopefully some things get straightened out. DDP has laid out a challenge for the Horsemen that he would have surprises for all of them here tonight. And the Horsemen accepted. What does DDP have in store? Find out tonight fans. US Title tournament first round match
#7 Destroyer vs. #10 Bob Orton Jr.: Both men made a couple mistakes, the last one by Orton Jr the worst of them as Destroyer gets the submission victory with a "single leg Boston Crab" 5:38 Destroyer advances to the next round.

Russell: "Destroyer must have shaken off the effects from last weeks match against Ox Baker. We will take a break and come back with more action here on ESPN Quatro."

Well during that match Severn used a shoulder breaker type manuver that caused a loud pop in Harleys shoulder. Severn eventually won because Harley couldn't go anymore. Harley Race is not at 100%, however, his match in the US Title tournament is still on tonight against Killer Kowalski. So the #1 contenders match that was talked about last week will take place next week as Frank Gotch will take on Harley Race. But Dan Severn has been given a sweet deal as well........next week Dan Severn goes one on one against ECW Champ Johnny Valentine in a non title match. Lets head back to the ring."

"Iron" Mike DiBiase vs. "Terrible" Turk: Back and forth action but DiBiase came out on top after a "TOP ROPE KNEE DROP" 11:22

US Title tournament first round match:
#4 George Hackenscmidt vs #13 Rick Rude: Incredible match between these two. Rude had offense at the beginning but Hack took over. Hack put on the "RUSSIAN BEARHUG" but Rude found away out. Action spilled to the outside and Hack was the better. Spilled outside again with similar results. Hack locked on the "RUSSIAN BEARHUG" again but Rude escaped. Action spilled outside again and they fought all the way to the 9 count before getting back in. Hack locked on a "twisting heel hook" that was enough for the win. Hack advances to the second round of the US Title tournament @ 8:06

Russell: "Incredible match there fans. After the break, the DDP challenge. Stay tuned"

**It's me it's me it's DDP rings through the sound system. The fans go wild as DDP makes his way to the ring.

DDP: "For weeks I have been jumped repeatedly by the xTreme Horsemen. For weeks I have had to defend myself from one of their attacks. But tonight, they have agreed to play my game. So first I would like to call Sabu out here for the first match."

**Sabu comes out with chair in hand. Corino is with him with a mic.**

Corino: "Lets get on with this Dallas. We were actually going to take a break from embarrassing you but just couldn't help coming to this "challenge".

DDP: "I'm glad. Sabu's opponent and one of my friends.........DA CRUSHER!!"

Corino: "Are you serious? This guy has a worse record the Mulkey Brothers!!"

Sabu vs Crusher: Crusher dominated. Sure Sabu got a little bit of offense but not enough to amount to anything. Sabu was bloodied. "CRUSHER BOLO" @ 13:15

DDP: "Crusher looked pretty damn good didn't he Steve?"

Corino just sulks.

DDP: "Next up; COME ON DOWN Credible and Candido. Round of applause for The New Impact Players; AKA NIP. Your opponents, two more friends of mine; Larry "The Ax" Hennig and tag team partner "Dr. Death" Steve Williams."

Williams and Hennig vs. N. I. P.: Any write up would not do this match justice. So many counters and reversals and kick outs. All 4 bled. In the end, Justin Credible used the "SINGAPORE CANE" on Larry Hennig to gain the victory @ 33:02

DDP: "Even though my friends lost, that was an incredible match. But now Corino and you and me. Get your ass in here!"

DDP vs. Steve Corino: Corino was dominant early. He hit a "superkick" for a quick 2. He slid out to ringside and grabbed the time keepers little hammer and whacked DDP over the head for a 2. DDP was cut on the forehead. A "Victory Plex" couldn't keep Page down. Page fought back. He hit a "series of punches" and then WHAM!! "DIAMOND CUTTER" but Corino was too close to the ropes. Page locked in the "Diamond Dream" but Corino again made the ropes. The ref got the break but "DIAMOND CUTTER" finished the job @ 9:17

**DDP's music hit and he gave the diamond sign over a downed Corino.**

We have the final 2 quarterfinal matches in the US Title tournament as Killer Kowalski takes on Rikidozan and Gorgeous George goes against George Hackinscmidt. In addition we have the long awaited #1 contenders match between Harley Race and Frank Gotch. I spoke with Harley before we aired and he is still not 100% following his match with Dan Severn 2 weeks ago but he isn't going to quit. And our main event this evening features a special challenge match as ECW Champion Johnny Valentine is up against Dan Severn in a non title match. Lets go to the ring for the first of our US Title tourny matches this evening."

US Title tournament quarterfinal match;
Killer Kowlaski vs. Rikidozan: An early mistake by Kowalski led to Rikidozan locking in the "HIPLOCK" twice for the victory. Rikidozan will face the winner of the Gorgeous George/ Hackinschmidt match. 3:00

Kowalski was visibly upset after this match.

Russell: "Kowalski is visibly upset about his loss to Rikidozan here tonight fans.

Jim Londos vs Ray Stevens: Londos and Stevens nailed each other with a clothesline. Londos got up first and hit the "AIRPLANE SPIN" for the victory. 3:09

Russell: "Nice victory by Londos this evening. When we come back fans, more ECW action. Stay tuned."

US Title Tournament quarterfinal match:
Gorgeous George W/Cherie vs George Hackinscmidt: A back and forth affair. Hack was bleedling slightly due to the use of the Georgie pins. But Hack was able to fight off the effects and lock in a pair of "RUSSIAN BEAR HUG"s for the win 9:32 Hackinscmidt takes on Rikidozan in the semis.

After the match, Hackinschmidt comes over to the announc area with Lance Russell.

Hack: "Lance. I'm one step closer to becoming the first United States Champion and I couldn't be happier."

After having said that, Rikidozan comes out. He doesn't speak. He just gives the belt motion around his own waist and then throat slashes towards Hack before leaving.

Sabu vs Crusher: A rematch from last week. This is a continuation from the DDP and friends feud with the Xtreme Horsemen. Sabu missed an early "TRIPLE JUMP MOONSAULT". Back and forth match. Sabu fled the ring and Crusher chased him. They brawled heavily with Sabu getting the better of it. Sabu later threw Crusher out of the ring and nailed a top rope moonsault to push Crusher to a countout but he was able to make it back in at 9. Crusher finally put Sabu out with the "Crusher Nelson". Incredible match as the power style of Crusher and agile style of Sabu mesh well together. 10:28

#1 contenders Match:[/i]
Harley Race vs. Frank Gotch: Winner gets title shot next week against Johnny Valentine. An epic match between these two. Both men pulled out all the stops. Frank Gotch even went the way of using a "plancha" and "springboard moonsault". The final "springboard moonsault" caused Race to hit his head hard on the floor. Gotch won via countout. Gotch faces Valentine next week. 19:46

Russell: "An incredible match folks. These two will face again I hope. After the break is our main event, Valentine vs Severn."

ECW Champ Johnny Valentine vs Dan Severn (Non title match): Back and forth match. Severn threw Valentine out of the ring but Valentine hit a massive powerbomb on the outside, slid Severn back int he ring and hit the "ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER" for the victory. 11:31

Russell: "An incredible match there folks. Johnny Valentine showing why he is the champ but he will face a very stiff test in Frank Gotch next week. Gotch: "Thank you Lance but look. I want to address Mr. Valentine. You know Johnny, I'm the most complete wrestler in this sport today. And I proved last week against Mr. Race that I will do anything to win the title that you currently hold. I respect you tremendously Johnny.....but your reign.....IS OVER!"

Russell: "That was Frank Gotch everyone and he is as focused as I've ever seen."

Dan Severn vs Cousin Luke: More competitive than most would have thought. Dan Severn obviously didn't take Luke seriously. But finally after two "WAKIGATAME"s, Severn won 10:00

**Harley Race comes out and gets right into Severns face.

Race: "You did something I didn't think anyone could do.....you took out one of my body parts. But I'm 100% now and am challenging you to a rematch on this show next week."

Severn: "Your on. But know this; shoulders never heal that quickly."

Severn just snickers and walks away.

**Backstage Gorgeous George is with Cherie Dupre and his "muscle" Ox Baker.

George: "Poor Destroyer. You haven't been the same since my Ox took you out. You look almost lost in fact. But tonight, you get the chance to redeem yourself. Ox Baker enjoys beating you up. So if you will, please accept this challenge."

N.A.O. vs. S&S Express(George South and Larry Sharpe): The Outlaws were fired up from the start. Gunn and James immediately nailed the "double team hot shot" and then James hit two straight "DDT"s for the win. 3:28

Russell: "The New Age Outlaws are a team to be reckoned with here in ECW."

**Video package airs of the continuing disturbance invloving DDP and the Extreme Horsemen.

DDP, Steve Williams and Larry Hennig vs Steve Corino, Justin Credible and Chris Candido: After 25 minutes and some blood, a lot of sweat and a few Tammy Sytch tears; the match ends in a no contest as Sabu comes out to interfere but is met by DA Crusher and all hell breaks loose.

Russell: "This feud may never end fans. We'll be back."

Buff Bagwell vs Mike DiBiase: Very competitive match. Back and forth. But Buff comes out ahead following two "BUFF BLOCKBUSTER"s 14:49

Russell: "Buff Bagwell comtinues to impress."

Destroyer vs. Ox Baker: Back and forth affair. Went outside several times. At one point, Destroyer had the "FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK" locked in but Ox Baker broke the hold. Ox Baker, conversly, nailed Destroyer with the "HEART PUNCH" but Destroyer kicked out. Destroyer was able to make Baker tap to the "single leg Boston Crab" 12:16

Russell: "Good match between those two. And my gut tells me that they will meet again."

ECW Championship:
Johnny Valentine(C) vs Frank Gotch: Valentine made an early mistake by whipping Gotch into the turnbuckle and charging, only to have Gotch move and then roll Valentine up for a 2 count. But it was a later Gotch mistake that made the difference. Valentine was whipped into the turnbuckle and came off with an elbow to the chin. Valentine then hit the "ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER" for a long 2. So he hit another "ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER" for the win. Valentine retains again. 5:00

Valentine grabs the belt and starts to celebrate. Gotch is behind him and it looks like he may attack Johnny but when Valentine turns around, Frank extends his hands and they shake to end the show.

"I'm Lance Russell and thanks for tuning in to East Coast Wrestling. We have quite a show for you tonight. Steve Williams takes on Justin Credible in the continuation of that feud. Destroyer vs Ox Baker in an anything goes match. And the main event is set. Last week Harley Race challenged Dan Severn to a match and it has been signed. It was Dan Severn who ended Harley Races mission to become the US Champ, when Severn injured the shoulder of Race. Lets head to the ring for our first match."

Killer Kowalski vs Terrible Turk: Very good match to start things off with. Back and forth action with Kowalski finally getting the victory following a "bombs away kneedrop" 10:51

Russell: "A great match between those two. Here comes Kowalski. Wladek, if I may can I have a word with you? A great victory tonight. Can you tell us how good it feels to gain a victory during this very difficult time in your career?"

Kowalski: "Well Lance. It's no secret that I have struggled with victories so far. But I won't cry about anything. I'll keep working hard like I always do and let the chips fall where they may. I've still got my eye on gold and I know that by working hard; I will achieve it."

Russell: "That was Killer Kowalski everyone. Lets head to the ring."

Sabu vs Cousin Luke: Sabu ws out first and then out came Cousin Luke. After Luke hit the ring, DA Crusher made his way out and he and Sabu locked eyes. Sabu was obviously distracted as Cousin Luke got the relatively easy victory following a "mule kick". 1:48

After Sabu got beat, Da Crusher smiled and walked to the back.

Russell: "Crusher just cost Sabu a victory and that will not make the Extreme Horsemen happy at all. We will head to commercial and come back with more action next."

"Dr. Death" Steve Williams vs Justin Credible: A continuation of the feud between DDP and his friends vs The Extreme Horsemen. Great match. Lots of action and back and forth. Steve Williams finally won after a "lariat" 26:31

Russell: "An incredible match. These fans are giving both gentlemen a standing ovation for their efforts here tonight."

New Age Outlaws vs. The Armstrongs: Jesse James is the brother of Brad and son to Bob. Both teams shake hands before their encounter. Billy Gunn threw Bob out of the ring and then nailed him with a flying clothesline from the ring apron. "Bullet" Bob hit his head hard on the pavement and ended up being counted out. 6:53 The New Age Outlaws win but Billy, Jesse and Brad are all concerned for Bob. After a few minutes, Bob gets up and all four men hug to a nice applause.

Russell: "New Age Outlaws win but a scary situation for Bob. We all hope that it isn't too serious."

The video screen is showing The Destroyer getting ready for his match against Ox Baker.

Destroyer: "Gorgeous George. You keep ducking me and having me to face Ox. After I drop him, you won't be able to duck me anymore. Ox, anything goes tonight baby. Lets dance."

Destroyer vs Ox Baker: Pretty disappointing as anything goes matches goes. Destroyer won with an "intelligent sleeper hold". 5:51

Destroyer looks at the camera after his victory and says, "Gorgeous George; I'm coming for ya."

DDP vs Buff Bagwell: DDP was focused. "Discus clothesline" followed by the "DIAMOND CUTTER" for the win. Bagwell didn't have a chance. 1:39

After the match, Corino and Candido charged out after DDP but Page got out of the ring. Page pointed to his head as if to say he is too smart. Then Larry Hennig came out and he and DDP jumped back in the ring and cleared house. Security came out to seperate the two teams.

Russell: "This feud keeps getting more and more intense fans. We will be back with our main event. Dan Severn vs Harley Race is next."

Antonio Roccas music hits and out comes the NWA Champion.

Russell: "The NWA Champion is coming out here. Mr Rocca; it's good to see you."

Rocca: "Its good to be here Lance. I'm out here to scout both of these gentlemen but I've been impressed by everyone here tonight."

Russell: "You had a pretty intense feud going against the Iron Sheik and his goon squad. What are you going to do about that?"

Rocca: "Well right now I'm concentrating on defending this title but everything will take care of itself Lance."

Dan Severn vs Harley Race: Incredible match. During the US Title Tournament, Severn hurt Harley Races shoulder. Race wanted redemption but Severn locked in the "WAKIGATAME" on the bad shoulder and Race was forced to tap. 12:09

Rocca: "Harley Race is an incredible wrestler but Severn has his number."

Russell: "Well, a big thank you to the NWA Champ Antonio Rocca for..........wait a minute; Dan Severn what are you doing come down here?"

Severn: "You see what I did to him? You see it? That's (pointing to NWA Title) mine."

Rocca stands up

Russell: "No need for an altercation here gentlemen."

Rocca and Severn get eye to eye.
