They go to the back of the line and wait their turn to come up again. With so many good bootlegs now available from LOW Creations, it could be awhile. I know a good wrestler could hit a cold streak and drop off the roster, but that's the roll of the dice. Conversely, someone I'd never expect could get hot and earn a roster spot. It's all in the game.
