Hi all,
This isn't my first card, but the storylines came together so well, I decided to post it. The ending was the best because I didn't plan it at all. I love when the dice come up with some great action!
Take care and have a safe and Happy Holiday!

SAGA
11-21
Ox Baker was shown walking into GM Shon Maxx’s office.
Shon: “Hey, Ox, what’s up?”
Ox: “Hi, Shon. I want a title shot.”
Shon: “Really...? Let me guess, you want to face Baba...”
Ox: “No, I want the Hardcore belt. Crusher’s had it too easy. I’ll give him a real
challenge!”
Shon: “Fighting The Sheik and Kowalski is too easy? Well you’re not ranked so
normally I’d just give you a non-title match, but Crusher has an open contract so
you got your shot.”
Ox: “Good, I’ll see him next-”
Shon: “Hold on a minute, big guy. ‘I’ say where and when. You want the shot,
you get it Tonight!”
Ox: “What? But I’m not ready.”
Shon: “Neither is he, now get out of here!”
Clips were shown of the draft lottery last week when The Terrible Turk, Yukon
Eric, and King Kong Bundy got drafted to FIST and Diamond Dallas Page,
George Hackenschmidt, and Hulk Hogan got drafted to SAGA. Hogan had not
arrived at the arena yet.
1. Richard Hutton defeated JJ Smooth by submission to the Abdominal Stretch.
After the match, Hutton challenge Don Leo Jonathan to a match for the Regional
Title.
Clips were shown from Fright Night in which Bryan Danielson won the
Cruiserweight Title.
2. Bryan Danielson and CM Punk defeated Grant Rouse and Thret Van Darn
when Punk pinned Van Darn. Danielson refused to tag Punk for most of the
match and only did so after hitting Punk with a sucker punch. Danielson then
abandoned Punk at ringside.
3. Ted Dibiase and Steve Williams defeated Ashton Turner and Bart Black when
Williams pinned Black. After the match, Dibiase and Williams called out Red
Bastein and Billy “Red” Lyons and demanded a title shot. Bastein and Lyons’
manager, Red Berry, walked out and fined Williams and Dibiase $100 each for
inappropriate language on public television, but they chased him up the ramp.
4. Diamond Dallas Page defeated The Missing Link by disqualification when Link
used a chair. Curt Hennig and Ric Rude ran out to attack page, but Larry Hennig
and Ray Stevens came to Page’s aid.
A limosine was shown pulling up in the back of the building. Hulk Hogan got out
of the limo...and nobody cared.
5. SD Jones defeated Danny Hodge by count out when the referee gave Hodge
a fast 10-count on the floor. The fans booed the referee, believing he was bribed
by Jones’ manager, Red Berry, but Berry fined several fans at ringside for subtle
slander.
Hogan was walking in the back when he heard fans cheering. Figuring they
were for him, he straightened himself up and turned the corner...to find fans
lining up for George Hackenschmidt’s autograph. Hack thanked the fans and
walked through the curtain for his match.
6. George Hackenschmidt defeated Mike Hoag with the Russian Bearhug. After
the match, Hack called Frank Gotch out. Gotch walked out, got into the ring, and
stood toe to toe with Hack.
Hack: “Frank, for years, I’ve accused you of cheating in our matches, even
going so far as to pay for someone to injure me. I really thought you were a dirty
player in this sport. Now, learning that you were framed by that Demon Muir
fellow, I’m here to appologize. I was wrong. You’re an honorable opponent, and
I’m glad to have fought you.”
Gotch: (accepting his hand) “And I appologize as well for calling you a cry-baby
yellow fairy.”
Hack: “You never called me a fairy.”
Gotch: “Well, not to your face, anyway.”
They were interrupted by clapping, and out walked Demon Muir.
Demon: “Awwww...how sweet. Go ahead...kiss and make up so I can upchuck
and get it over with. You’re both pitiful, and I should have had both of you
injured. Well, this time, I’ll take a personal role in it.”
Suddenly, Richard Hutton snuck up behind Hack and nailed him with a knee clip.
Demon slipped into the ring and hit Gotch with a low blow. They tried to
double-team Hack, but Hack threw them off and leveled Hutton with a double
axe handle. Gotch tried to surprise Demon with an armbar takedown, but
Demon escaped to the floor.
Hack: “So tell me, gentlemen, who is crying now?”
Hogan saw cameras and tried to step up, but they asked him to move so they
could get pictures of The Crusher and Dan Severn. Shon Maxx then intercepted
Hogan.
Shon: “You’re late.”
Hogan: “I have to make an entrance. I’m Hulk Hogan!”
Shon: “Then you can make an exit. You’re fired.”
Shon turned and walked away as Hogan stood there in shock.
Clips were shown of Killer Kowalski winning the Psychopath to become the #1
contender for the Heavyweight Title.
7. Killer Kowalski, with Ed “Strangler” Lewis in his corner, defeated Cousin Luke
with the Kowalski Claw. After the match, Kowalski grabbed a microphone.
Kowalski: “Giant Baba, I now have what I sought for months, the opportunity to
face you at a time of my choosing. I chalenge to face you at the December
event. In literature, they call winter, ‘The Season of Death,’ and it shall be yours,
Giant Baba, when we-”
Suddenly, Rikidozan flew into the ring and sent Lewis flying. He then unleashed
chop after chop on Kowalski, and security had to separate the two. Rikidozan
shouted that this was revenge for Kowalski injuring him months before.
Shon Maxx watch this unfold whil in his office, kicking back in his chair.
Shon: “’Season of Death’...I like that!”
8. Ox Baker defeated The Crusher with the Heart Punch to win the Hardcore
Title. This match went back and forth, in and out of the ring, with both men
surviving each other’s finishers earlier.
After the match, Bruiser Brody ran out and joined Ox to celebrate his win while
Dan Severn ran out to help Crusher, who seemed seriously injured by the Heart
Punch. EMT’s loaded Crusher onto a stretcher and carried him out. Severn, in a
rage, slid into the ring and smashed Brody’s head into the turnbuckle with
enough force to send him to the floor. He then speared Ox and locked him in the
Wakigatame, refusing to let go. Brody finally got back into the ring and began
stomping Severn, but Severn rolled to the side and tackled Brody. Shon Maxx
sent security to separate the two while Ox, who was favoring his arm, was
helped to the back by EMT’s.
Happy Thanksgiving!
