- UPDATE -
Hustler has suffered some nerve damage after being hit with the Shock & Awe followed by Shockwave. He is regaining feeling in his extremities more and more each day and will begin rehabilitation therapy tomorrow. Doctors have advised him never to wrestle again but the street Knight says he'll be back soon. Best case scenario 6-8 weeks.
Scorch has two broke ribs , a broken jaw , 67 stitches and a minor concussion and will miss 4-6 weeks. Though the tough as nails Regulator say he'll be ready to go next card. Don't bet on it .
Aegis has been medically cleared with a clean bill of health and will return to action next card.
Esperanto suffered a serious concussion in his casket match with Bloat and only worsened his condition by competing the very next card. He goes tomorrow for his doctors clearance , but all accounts say he's 100% and will be ready to go next card.
-Shocking News-
Gheist used his stealthy/ghostly assassins ways to infiltrate the R.O.C. compound and enter the hospital where Trisis is being kept . Aegis sits alone beside his wife's bed , with the only lights in the room being from the medical equipment hooked to a strapped down Trisis.
From the shadows on the other side of the room a ghostly white figure steps forth.
Gheist " Aegis , I must speak with you."
Startled , Aegis leaps to his feet knocking his chair over.
Aegis " What the hell are you doing here ?! Tell your spineless leader he can't have her back !" picks up his gun lying on the floor. " You make one move and I'll kill you where you stand !"
Gheist " I'm not here to fight..........I'm here only to give you this." He takes a small vile from his coat pocket and extends his hand toward Aegis. " Take it ."
Aegis " What is it ?! If this is some kind of trick I'll........"
Gheist " It's no trick......... It's a gift from Murdok . It's only enough for one person , mix it with a small piece of the ESSENCE now held by At-Las and you can have your wife back."
Aegis " Why ?............. Why now?........... After everything?"
Gheist " My master tires of this war and wishes a truce for now so he can battle Nicodemus and the Tabula Rasa. Who threatens to destroy everything in this dimension , EVERYTHING ."
Aegis " We will never fight at the side of your murderous leader."
Gheist " He's not asking you to , just don't fight against us until this crisis is past."
Aegis " I'm not making any promises."
Gheist " Understood , but some times you gotta ask yourself which is the lessor of two evils and make a choice."
Gheist tosses the vile and Aegis dives to catch it and in that matter of seconds Gheist is gone. Aegis is left lying on the floor in the dark holding his wife's life in his hands and thinking what good is it if everything will be gone if Nicodemus wins.

Wednesday 06-27-21 , four days before the next BATTLE FIELD card # 105 and the first ever event at the Centrapolis Prison better known as the HOUSE OF PAIN.
The plate on the door reads Commissioner and inside sits the aCe ESSENCE Champion & Battle Field Champion Lance At-Las behind his new desk pondering the upcoming event. When suddenly his door burst open and in walks the House Of Pain. Mr. Bloat leads the way followed closely by Painmaster leading Sycophant on a leash. The fat disgusting psycho Bloat speaks first.
Mr. Bloat " I want a shot at that title next card on my home turf." He grunted and spat
Painmaster " And we want our return match for our tag titles that we never got. We're not asking , we're telling you how it's gonna be."
At-Las " Really ?"
Bloat " REALLLLLLLLY !" as he leans his girth over At-Las's desk and gets face to face with him.
Lance pushes a button under his desk and immediately three heavily armed R.O.C. security troopers enter the room from the door behind the commissioner.
At-Las " Now we can talk like civilized beings. First off Bloat you are the # 3 contender and are in line for a shot but not next card because I just got off the phone right before you so graciously entered my office and booked you in a match with the caller."
Mr. Bloat slobbering all over At-Las's desk and sweating like a gross Gundar. " And who might that be ?"
At-Las " It's gonna be the first ever Centrapolis Street Fight and it's gonna be you versus..........Esperanto!"
Bloat " Fine......... But when I finally kill him, the blood's gonna be on your hands."
At-Las Looking at Painmaster and his freakish pet. " And........You two. I'm gonna grant your title match with hopes Holocaust or Flatliner fries you both like you all should in the electric chair. NOW GET OUT OF MY OFFICE !"
Bloat As he's walking out the door " You can't duck me forever champ , I'll get my title match and when I do I'm gonna carve you up , make you suffer and beg for mercy. HAhahaha"
Moments later there's a knock on the door.
At-Las " Who is it ?"
The door opens and in walks Murdok.
Lance jumps to his feet ready to fight.
Murdok " I'm not here to fight you At-Las . I'm not even here to ask for my rematch for MY title, YET........What I want is simple . I want an Ultimate Escape Match between The Tomb and Tabula Rasa and the losing team must banish a member of their team."
At-Las " Done."
Murdok "Then we are done here." Turns to leave
At-Las " Aegis told me what you did for Trisis."
Murdok stops but doesn't turn around.
At-Las " Through all the fighting , bloodshed and death sometimes there is a small glimmer of light , hope....... For whatever your reasons I just wanted to say..... thank you."
Murdok " Tell Aegis..............never mind" the Harvester walks out.
Northstar walks in through the back door.
Northstar " So who you gonna face next card ?"
At-Las " I'm thinking Rankor. Even though I beat him last card it wasn't for the belt and he is the # 1 contender and deserves a shot."
Northstar " What about me ? You gonna give Godsend his rematch ?"
At-Las " You want him again ? He's upset because he doesn't think you should beat him. I don't want to feed his ego , so I say no."
Northstar " C'mon chief , don't brand me a coward. I beat him once I can do it again."
At-Las " Ok , and you'll be defending the Battle Field title for R.O.C. in a Falls Count Anywhere Match."

Sycophant seemed to enjoy the beating he was getting. *1/4AEGIS beat GHEIST * Aegis dismantled the ghostly Gheist with a Spinning Elbow Smash followed by a Battle gear Body press and finally a (+5) Ramparts Revenge.
