Hybrid never came to the ring and Nicodemus had to go it alone. He did quite well for himself , hitting Nuclear Winter on Flatliner but Avarice made the save and from then on it was down hill for the Ravenger Ancient. The two on one odds were too much and Nic took a beating before being pinned by Avarice with 7th Sin.
After the match General Rankor came out and ordered Flatliner to give Nicodemus a Shock & Awe, which he did. General Rankor : " AGAIN !!!"...... Another Shock and Awe was given. General Rankor : " AGAIN !!!!! "...... and another was given and Flatliner passed out due to the surges backlash. Ravenger soldiers and medics rushed the ring. The medics quickly carried Nicodemus to the back, one could be heard saying " I got no pulse here !" The soldiers started to take General Rankor into custody. General Rankor : " Stop ! I am in charge now, until the other Elders elect a leader you will obey me. Line of succession ! I will lead The Ravenger Army back to greatness."
Uh Oh, General Rankor leading the entire Ravenger Army ! This can only lead to tragedy.

Right before Exodus passed out Aegis**** hit Godsend from behind with a running forearm smash knocking the demon out of the ring. Exodus fell to the mat unconsciouses, Aegis just stood there looking at him for several seconds. Then Aegis covered Exodus ! 1.2.. WHAM ! The pin count is broken by a vicious kick to Aegis's head by Murdock*****. Murdock then picks up Aegis and sends him over the top rope and to the arena floor with a Power Of The Plague. He then locked on a Centra TakeOver on an out cold Exodus. Rott & Ruined who had came down to ringside earlier kept Godsend and Aegis from making the save and The ref called for the bell giving Murdock the submission victory. ****1/4

Murdock sits alone on his throne of flesh and bone clutching his glowing Essence title , its glow dimly lights the room. No queen at his side or demon at his beckon call and three quarters of his troops gone, The Harvester for the first time in a long time feels totally alone. Suddenly a white figure enters the room looking almost ghost like from the glowing light of the Essence title.
Murdock : With his head hanging down looking at his one prize he has left. " What do you want assassin?" The Harvester asked in a low deep, hollow tone.
Gheist " The mighty Murdock , THE HARVESTER OF THE PLAGUE ! Conquerer of........"
Murdock stands up and grabs the ghostly assassin by the throat and pulls Gheist nose to nose with him.
Murdock : " DO NOT patronize me assassin ! I have neither the time nor patience for this right now." He Snarls....
Murdock loosened his grip and Gheist jerked away freeing himself.
Gheist : " All is not lost my lord , you still have the prize and soon Noxious and Rotwurm will have the tag-team Essence and I will crushed Aegis for you and bring to Murdock the Battle Field title........ Think of it , all four Essence in the Tomb and no distractions."
Murdock starts to smirk as if very pleased.
Gheist : " Yes, it will happen and along the way you start rebuilding your army of the undead and soon Murdock's Tomb will be a force that none can stand in front of for fear of being crushed under your might."
Murdock : YES ! It shall be done."
Murdock walks out into the hallway where the only light is his glowing Essence title to find his top warriors and tag-team. He finds Noxious and Rotwurm squatting together eating a rotting corps, both ripping and tearing at the putrid body and shoving handfuls of flesh and blood into their mouths. Murdock walks up and the two zombies jump up , almost as if to attention .
Murdock : I want the tag-team Essence brought home , no exceptions. Is that understood ?" Both zombies grunt and moan but nod their heads. " AT any cost . You have pleased me very much by winning the number one contendership but all will be for nothing if you don't win the titles. Failure is not an option and if you fail me you will surely wish you hadn't."
Gheist walks up.
Gheist : " Sir, we to talk about my payment."
Murdock looks disgusted at the ghostly assassin and walks off.
Gheist is left staring at the grotesque duo in front of him , he pulls out a pistol and shoots Noxious right in the chest. The zombie once known as Meteor stumbles backward but doesn't fall , he just snarls and comes at Gheist. Gheist then puts the gun to the charging zombies forehead which stops him dead in his tracks.
Gheist : " I wouldn't do that if I was you or you might end up like your buddy Cremator."
The assassin turns to leave but spins back around and shoots Noxious again in the chest.
Gheist : "HAhahhahh I love doing that."

After the match S&M ran out and attacked the champs , the scene turned into an all out brawl. While the fighting was going on in the ring Mr. Bloat was slowing and methodically making his way to the ring. Once the fat disgusting bastard got in the ring , the tide quickly shifted into House Of Pain's favor. Scorch was beaten and thrown from the ring and then the dastardly trio turned it's attention to a downed Hustler. Painmaster & Sycophant held the street knight by either arm while Mr. Bloat pulled out his Razor Fork.
Painmaster : " We've never gotten our rematch for our tag titles because you've been ducking us. So now it's time to feel some real pain."
As Bloat inched closer and closer the crowd erupted because out staggered a clearly intoxicated Esperanto who still managed to hit the ring with two broken elixir bottles and cleared the ring saving Hustler from possible death.

Esperanto raises the bottle into the air with one hand and wipes his face with the other but before he can deliver the killing blow he is grabbed from behind by Hustler and Scorch who had entered the cage pretty much without notice.
Hustler : " He ain't worth it bro . Just keep beating and humiliating him in the ring , that's a fate worse than death to the fat slimy slug."
Scorch : Chewing on his cigar. " He's right , as much as I'd love to stomp his brains out right now . Hustler's right ."

The trio leaves the cage , leaving a bleeding but laughing Mr. Bloat.

Mr. Bloat : Lying on his back in the ring. "HAhahhahahahaha , I'll see you all real soon. HAhahhahahaha , tell your families hi for me or I just might do that myself. Hahahahahahaha"

* After the match Murdock came out with collar shackles and placed them on Noxious and Rotwurm and led them to the back. First row fans heard Murdock saying, " Come your punishment is not for mortal eyes and you will truly regret failing me."


MR. BLOAT pinned SCORCH while using Forehead Carving at 2:75 in a quick but brutal match. 2*
*After the match was over Bloat continued his attack and quickly had Scorch a bloody mess.

Scorch struggled but to no avail because of the sheer mass on top of him.

The crowd roared as Esperanto and Hustler ran out and hit the ring, but Bloat never moved let alone tried to escape. Esperanto attacked Bloat like a rabid dog , which sent both men tumbling out of the ring. Hustler checked on his downed partner while the two mortal enemy fought on the outside. Ravenger security rushed out and broke up the fight before someone got hurt bad or maybe worse.



THE OTHERS : OMNI & ODYSSEY got their first win by upsetting NUBORN DESTRUCTION : WARFARE & TEKARO when Omni pinned Tekaro with ChronoFlow at 6:30. 1/2*


EXODUS pinned NIGHTMARE after an Angel Eye at 20:59 in a great match. 3 1/4*
* After the match Darkseed appeared as if from nowhere and attacked Exodus , beating the angel down with sheer power. Then Godsend appeared, again as if from nowhere , holding a pair of hedge clippers. Nightmare had recovered and he and Darkseed held Exodus while Godsend prepared to , for lack of a better term , clip his wing. Without a word Godsend started cutting at the angels wings , laughing the whole time. Blood was spewing from the beautiful white wing turning them red.
Gabriel and Shepard rushed from the back , Gabriel flew for the ring while Shepard stopped on the ramp, drew his gun and took aim. BLAM ! The shot was true , hitting Godsend in the chest but just barely missing his black heart. Nightmare began to mist in an instant and soon it filled the ring. By the time Gabriel landed in the ring the Dominion was gone.

Flatliner pinned Jakyll at 25:30 with Electric Shot and then Rankor pinned Krypt at 29:34 with Uppercut Headbutt and things really looked bleak for the Heathen Chief , but he would not be denied on this day , on his home planet. The beast from Primus fought like a warrior possessed and pinned Holocaust at 46:01 with Pagan Void and then crushed Flatliner on the outside with the ring steps getting him counted out. Then the furious monster turned his attention to General Rankor and fear came to the treacherous one for the first time. Rankor was bounced from pillar to post before being pinned after a Lava Drop. 4 1/4*

Paganax is in the middle of the ring with both arms raised roaring.......................Impressive sight to behold.
