ANIVAR suspended indefinitely !!!
* After failing his random drug test on Tuesday 07/10/22 Anivar was suspended for one month until another drug could be administrated. With probable cause the GWF officials and Massif searched his bags and locker and found enough steroids to put Umagapotamus in a coma. The suspension was immediately upgraded to indefinitely and he might be facing criminal charges.
UPDATE - All charges have been dropped when it was discovered that the drugs Anivar was tested positive for ( and suspended for ) were Doctor prescribed. Also, proper authorities say the drugs ( anabolic steroids ) found in Mr. Anivar's locker and gym bag was very suspicious circumstances almost as if planted there. When asked why they felt this way they replied " No comment , it's still pending an investigation but all we can say is the findings were very suspicious. Massif GWF & Justice GWFZ released this statement, " In light of this new evidence Anivar is reinstated and can return to full time action immediately". Anivar is considering suing the GWF for slander and for attempting to frame him, which he claims came from the highest levels in the GWF, Massif and Justice.

RAGE PARALYZED !!!!!!!!
* Rage suffered a broken neck on Monday's ( 07/09/22 ) Deimos Perennial, after being dropped on his head by Thraxx. Doctors say he has regained feeling and movement in his hands and arms but the parallelization from the chest down might be permanent.
UPDATE - Rage has regained partial feeling in his legs and has already started a self rehabilitation program against Doctors orders, working out five hours a day in the hospital rehabilitation gym. Using the parallel bars Rage has taken forty-five steps and Doctors are astonished.
Rage " I'll be back and when I come back Thraxx your @'$$ belongs to me bub."

Monolith suspended
Monolith was suspending indefinitely for attacking other wrestlers. Monolith and The Dark Menace have sued the GWF to be let out of his contract so he can wrestle else where. Massif and the GWF on shaky legs as is with the Anivar case are considering reinstating Monolith immediately. Will this appease the behemoth Ani-Man or will he peruse his lawsuit?

* Savage - T was the aggressor early and almost scored a quick upset after a Super kick. A botched Back Body Drop after throwing Heg into the ropes, where he put his head down too early and was caught and Piledriven into the canvas. Hegemony then locked on Hegemonic Borders and Savage - T was forced to tap out. *3/4

DKII /w/ Death Knight pinned SCIMITAR***
* This was was over quick as DKII dominated the knife wielding circus performer. After taking three consecutive Loaded Gauntlets to the head and face Scimitar was pinned after a Death Ride. *1/4

VARSITY**** /w/ Sabre beat LEVIATHAN**** /w/ Nightmare Nikki by DQ
* After a very evenly matched encounter with lots of back and forth action, in which Leviathan was disqualified for outside interference. Varsity had taken control and locked Leviathan in the Halo in the center of the ring, just when it looked as if Leviathan was going to tap. Nightmare Nikki jumped in the ring with a chair and smashed Varsity in the back of the head, prompting the ref to call for the bell. Sabre tried to help her man but was knocked out by Nikki and a wicked chair shot to the face. **3/4

THE LEGACY** beat SURGEON**** by sub
* The Surgeon, just returning from his injuries suffered against Tristan and their Stretcher Match at Galacticon, didn't receive a warm welcome as he was pretzelized by the Dorado monk. The Legacy survived two Lethal Injections and finally locked on Inner Peace and Surgeon passed out. **1/2
** After the match The Legacy asked for a mic and very uncharacteristically spoke.
The Legacy In a very calm voice... " I wish to bring peace and serenity to the GWFZ and too help everyone find their Inner Peace. Doctor Payne, I can feel your pain and I wish to help you put your demons to rest. Overtime, your anger will eventually consume you. Allow me the to help you both." He puts his hands in prayer position to his chin, bows and leaves the ring.

GWFZ TAG-TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP - NON TITLE MATCH
TITAN HONOR : TRISTAN* & RECKLESS ( C )
beat by DQ
SAVAGE BEAT-DOWN : PLETHADOR & DARK STAR CREATURE**
* The ref lost control of this one early as DSC went berserk and started stomping Reckless head into the mat with Primal Rage. Plethador pulled out brass knuckles and knocked Tristan out keeping him from helping his partner. The ref called for the bell and gave the champs the disqualification victory, but this didn't stop the carnage. Plethador pulled a table from under the ring, set it up and placed Reckless on it on the outside. Then he ordered DSC to climb to the top turnbuckle and deliver a HUGE splash on Reckless putting the young Titan member through the table and left lying in a broken heap of rubble on the arena floor. Plethador then grabbed the tag titles and the two started up the ramp. Plethador gave one to DSC and held the other one over his head as in victory, while DSC was trying to eat his belt.


UNITED STARS CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE MATCH
PRIDE***** ( C ) pinned MORBID ******
* Awesome match involving two great athletes with similar submission styles but conflicting personalities. The proud honorable consummate athlete Pride and the enigmatic hardcore straight edge loner Morbid put on one hell of a match. Both escaped the others submission finishers twice each but a Patriot Missile out of nowhere was enough for Pride to score the three count and retain his title. ****

* In a squash Overtime wasted little time in hitting the Clincher and getting the 1.2..3 to retain his title. DUD
** After the match a reinstated Anivar charged the ring and attacked a celebrating O.T. After blindsiding the champ and several minutes of beat down, Anivar locked Overtime in The Enforcer Speaks allying incredible pressure. After what seemed like an eternity of agonizing pain O.T. passed out and Anivar released the hold and called for a mic.
Anivar " I was screwed out of my title at Galaciton, never being pinned or forced to submit! I was screwed out of my rematch because of the phony drugs charges and suspension! Well NO MORE ! Justice ! MASSIF! You say you wanna make things right!? Then next week I want my rematch for MY GWFZ Hwt. title! No if ands or buts, MAKE IT HAPPEN! And Justice I think it was you who set me up, so on the next show no matter where or when it is I want you in match! A STEEL CAGE MATCH! If these demands are not met I'm gonna sue your @'$$!
*** All this time Doctor Payne was backing up the ramp making sure not to be jumped by the angry Anivar. When he is caught from behind by The Legacy and locked in Inner Peace. As he struggled to get free The Legacy kept whispering in his ear " Let me help you, let go of your pain, let me help you."

* Anivar dominated the match but Justice showed his heart of old and would not stay down. The GWFZ Commissioner came close to scoring the upset a couple times but in the end fell short as he was pinned after a Airplane Spin Drop. **1/2
** Anivar is the new Commissioner of the GWFZ for the next thirty days and will get his rematch for the GWFZ title on the next Zone.

* No escaping the cage, best two out of three falls *
PAYBACK********* beat HAVOC**** ( C ) 2-0
* Havoc gave Payback one of the worst beatings he ever received in a GWF ring but couldn't pin his shoulders to the mat for the three count. Havoc went high risk and tried a death jump from the top of the cage and MISSED! The battered and bloody Payback then managed enough offense to score a pin after a Pump Handle Slam and go up 1-0. Not long after that Payback hit a +6 Exvenge for the second and final fall in what was an UNBELIEVABLE comeback. ***1/4

After the match Payback, tired and a bloody mess, climbed to the top of the cage with his newly won title and held it high above his head to the deafening roar of the sold out crowd.

* This match was not near as close as it appears as Endgame dominated Guy but Phantasy kept her man in it way longer than he should have been. In the end though it was an Ultima Leap that put A.G. down for the count. **
Endgame asked for a mic after the match.
ENDGAME " I will find out who attacked me last week and when I do, you will feel my wrath! I know you were behind it Massif, in some shape or form I know you were pulling the strings. For the life of me though I can't understand why you'd want that low life Drury champion. The truth will come out as it always does and I will not rest until the GWF is cleaned up. I..."
The Commissioner's music hits and Massif walks out on stage.
Massif " You're accusing me? I'm not one of the bad guys, nor have I ever been. Willing that is. I'm with you on this, maybe not as passionately as you but none the less. I suspended Monolith last week but politics and bureaucracy have allowed him to return. To show there's no hard feelings, even with your accusations. I'm granting you your rematch for the Galaxian title at THE GREAT GALACTIC BASH.


INTERPLANETARY HWT. CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE MATCH
SWARM* ( C ) /w/ She-Devil was pinned by TRICKS** /w/ Vin Strutter & Rotunda
* In very quick fashion Tricks knocked Swarm out after a Loaded Boot and pinned him easily. Rotunda kept She-Devil from making the save. *



WOLF** & DISASTER******** lost to MONOLITH****** & HAVOC****
* Wolf and Disaster seemed in a tense discussion before the match as Disaster was very unhappy that Wolf eliminated him from the battle royal last card. Non the less they still worked great together, taking the fight straight to Monolith and had the Behemoth reeling. In the end though it was Havoc pinning Disaster after a Whiplash Clothesline, as Wolf made no attempt at a pin save. ***1/2

* Sly withstood the early barrage from the massive Aethran to come back quick and score a stunning pin after a Crime Lord and a grab of the trunks. *1/4



The cameras in the back show Endgame walking through the hall headed for the exit, when....WHAM! He's layed out by a wicked chair shot from behind that knocks him out cold. The camera quickly widens to reveal NOTHING! No one is standing there, the camera scans the area back and forth only to see nothing or no one. After a few minutes Massif walks up and yells for a medic. As he's kneeling over Endgame he hears something and turns but there's nothing there. All of a sudden the backstage door opens behind him and closes. Massif quickly makes his way to the exit and runs outside and looks all around but there's no one.
