Happy holiday's to all the GWF Promoters and forum fans....
Card #2119.06.06 – GWF @ Prantares United Centre, Rosette Nebula – GWF Warzone Injuries: Switchblade 3 card injury
Commissioner Massif comes to the ring with the Galaxian Tag Team Titles in hand. The Tag Team Title has been held up after Redemption’s ladder match between Stars and Stripes and the Fighting Titans. Massif tells us Stars & Stripes will face Fighting Titans tonight in a best of three falls match to determine the undisputed champions (Huge Pop).
Genesis v. Society of Death Great heat for the Society of Death. Torin Caelum calls for the bell. Anivar overpowers The Betrayer including a chop to the chest that sets up a high impact full nelson suplex for ½ count. Tauran works over Betrayer with a full nelson suplex of his own followed by a tackle in the corner and dropkick. A gutbuster body drop rocks Betrayer but Betrayer is able to avoid a thrust kick several moves later and tag out. Tanck is in with power moves including Show of Power but Tauran uses the ring post as an equalizer whipping Tanck shoulder first in the post. A gutbuster drop stuns Tanck and both men make tags. Betrayer catches Anviar charging into the corner with a elbow to the face and then uses TOTAL BETRAYAL on Anviar. A second TOTAL BETRAYAL sends Anviar to the floor where Betrayer runs Anviar into the steel rails by the fans busting Anivar open. Caelum calls for the bell disqualifying Betrayer. The fans hate the decision but are thrilled when the action continues after the bell with both teams brawling to the back.
Shann-Ra v. Thrash w/Havoc Ra is greeted by the fans with a mixed reaction and Havoc actually draws some cheers with his posing and antics at ringside. Baruum Forus is the official. Ra comes after the Gladiator from the bell. Thrash manages to reverse a whip into the corner and charges in but Ra catches the Gladiator with an elbow to the face. Ra forces Thrash to the floor with a spinning neckbreaker and then leaps to the top of the buckles and crushes Thrash and Havoc with a falling body block to the floor (GWF! GWF!). A Swinging Huracanrana sends Thrash to the floor again and the Gladiator returns to the ring and is nailed with a MACHETE for a ½ count. Another Swinging Huracanrana sends Thrash to the floor and Ra slides out the ring starting a wild brawl at ringside. Ra grabs a steel chair and cracks Thrash and Havoc (great pop!) and Forus calls for the disqualification.
Vin Strutter comes to the ring and grabs the mic for his introduction. “Ladies and Gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages, The Greatest Show in the Galaxy is proud to present a man that not be contained by any hold, box or device. I bring you The Amazing Mann!” Mann is brought to the ring in shackles. The lights dim and when they come back on, Mann is free (heat from the crowd).
Swarm w/She Devil v. The Amazing Mann w/Vin Strutter Swarm and Devil are greeted with a warm reaction from the crowd. Baruum Forus is the referee in charge of the action. It is all Swarm from the bell with open hand chops, back rakes, spinning boot scrapes and Bee Keeper Backbreakers. Swarm Attack gives Swarm a ½ count. Mann blocks a backdrop with a kick to the head and wears down Swarm with an amazing octopus hold before trapping Swarm in CONTORTION. Swarm escapes and battles back hard with a Bee Keeper Backbreaker and two reverse neck snaps. Swarm Attack takes its toll on Mann but he manages to block a back rake trapping Swarm in an amazing octopus hold. Swarm escapes a corbra clutch by rolling to the floor. Mann follows and a wild brawl starts. Swarm cracks Mann with a steel chair for the second time and is disqualified.
Disaster w/Paralyze v. Valour Paralyze & Disaster draw great heat threatening the fans at ringside. Baruum Forus has the unfortunate job of trying to officiate this match. Both men come to center ring at the bell and exchange a flurry of punches (the crowd is electric). Disaster comes out ahead and after a few moves downs Valour with an Atomic Spike for a 2 count. Valour makes a brief comeback but telegraphs a backdrop allowing Disaster to counter with a piledriver. Disaster takes Valour to the floor and then takes flight with a falling body block outside the ring from the top of the turnbuckles (GWF! GWF!). Valour is quickly a bloody mess but manages to kick out after a RAMPAGE. Disaster immediately follows with a second RAMPAGE for the win (great heat).
Ani-Men Invasion w/She Devil v. Troubleshooters w/Phantasy The Ani-Men asked for this rematch from Redemption after the controversial finish to their last encounter with the Troubleshooter. Phantasy leads the Troubleshooters in posing at ringside drawing great heat. Baruum Forus is the referee. Muss overpowers Antak but the Ani-Man blocks a kick to back of leg with a Pincer Bite for a ½ count. Antak runs Muss into the steel ring pole and then hits FORMCID for a ½ count. Anivar comes off the ropes for a running knee lift but Beast counters with a perfect Andromeda Drop for the three count (Great Finish!). Beast quickly leaves ringside as he is announced as the winner.
Bloodline v. Sly Drury Monster pop for Bloodline as he is introduced. He seems to be more comfortable with his popularity then earlier this year. Phillip Haas is our referee. Bloodline counters a crossface with a Bloodline Vertibreaker for a 2 ¾ count in the first moves of the match! COSMIC BIG BANG (2) gets a ½ count only. Weighing 310 pounds form Pavo, he is the greatest conqueror in the history of the galaxy, a decorated military hero revered by many and feared by many more. There is only one Epoch!”

Encubus w/Thantos v. Switchblade (2) w/Lorelei The heat for Thantos and his son is off the chart. Switchblade is easily one of the most popular competitors in the GWF today. This has the makings of a classic. Phillip Haas is calling his third match of the night. The match goes back and forth at a lightening quick pace. Both men counter well and cannot gain an advantage until Encubus blocks a backdrop with a solid piledriver and then plants Switchblade with a GAMESMASTER DDT for 2 ¾ count. A deathjump smash to the leg sets up a MAFFEI MASTERLOCK but Switchblade grabs the ropes to escape. SECOND COMING gives Encubus a 1 ½ count. Switchblade is tossed to the floor and Thantos tries to attack again but Switchblade counters. Encubus comes out to assist his father and Switchblade executes a perfect noggin knocker (huge pop). Encubus blocks Switchblade’s charge into the corner and nearly takes Switchblade’s head off with a deathjump clothesline. GAMESMASTER DDT gets a 2 count but another one ends the match. Sly Drury comes charging to the ring and joins Encubus for a beat down on Switchblade while Thantos holds back Lorelei. Encubus and Drury come off the buckles with deathjumps onto Switchblade. Bloodline and Fighting Titans arrive to break up the attack but the damage is done. Switchblade is injured for 2 cards.
Titan Death Match – Valour & Reckless v. Havoc & Paralyze The Gladiators draw huge heat during their introduction. Torin Caelum is the referee. Reckless confuses Paralyze with his agility but the Guardians miss a double team attack and Paralyze makes Valour pay with High Tension. Gladiators hit Valour with a double team double neckbreaker and Havoc brings a steel chair into the ring and smashes Valour in the head busting Valour open. Havoc continues the assault smashing Valour with a floating Vid Monitor. Both men brawl into the ringside crowd before the action returns to the ring where Valour grabs the chair and decks Havoc. Paralyze is in now and tries to end the match with a PARALYZER on Valour but Valour blocks the move with a low blow. Reckless tags in and goes for a FLYING HAZARD but Paralyze simply tosses him off and halfway across the ring. Paralyze goes to the floor for chair but Reckless connects with a drop kick to the chair which smashes the Gladiator in the face. Lorelei tosses Phantasy to the floor and comes off the buckles with a double hammer but Phantasy blocks the move with a punch to the gut. Phantasy hits a Phantasy Fallaway Slam, cradle suplex, springboard moonsault and finally a frog splash off buckle to end the match.
Vin Strutter comes to the ring with the Galaxian Title over his shoulder and grabs the mic for his introduction. “Ladies and Gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages, please keep you hands well back of the ring aisle. The Greatest Show in the Galaxy is proud to present a monster so violent he must be kept in a cage at all times. Latasha v. She Devil Both women receive a solid ovation. The fans have come around and are now supporting Devil. Phillip Haas seems pleased to be our referee. It is all Devil in the early going. Latasha crawls back into the ring and Devil connects with a Shinning Wizard to end the match. An impressive victory for She Devil.

Swarm w/She Devil Beast draws great heat with his mic work declaring he is not an Ani-Man which starts the crowd chanting “Ani-Man, Ani-Man.” Torin Caelum is the official in charge of the action. Both men go for a clothesline and collide in the ring. Swarm recovers first and tosses Beast to the floor and then dives over the ropes onto Beast (GWF! GWF!). A HORNET’S STING gives Swarm a ½ count. Weighing 310 pounds from Pavo, he is the greatest conqueror in the history of the galaxy, a legend in his own time! He is a man for the ages! There is only one Epoch!”
Tauran v. Epoch w/Slave Beast Phillip Haas is the referee for this one. Tauran is well received by the fans. Epoch is the aggressor early in the match with an attack consisting of shoulder tackles, forward leg sweeps, a Pavo Powerbomb and Epoch Slam. A full nelson suplex rocks Tauran for a ½ count. Epoch is conservative in his attack refusing to send Tauran into the ropes or into the buckle resulting in plenty of level one offence. The crowd is restless and wants things to get going after 20 plus moves of low offense. Tauran gives them what they want countering a kneebreaker with a Eqquleus Spinebuster for a ½ count. Tauran quickly applies a TAURAN SHAPRSHOOTER but Beast flattens Tauran with a thrust kick. Haas allows the match to continue. Epoch returns to his slow offense again but picks things up with back rake and Epoch Slam for a 2 ½ count. The action goes back and forth and Epoch blocks a reverse bulldog and hits a Pavo Powerbomb for a ½ count. Epoch with a backbreaker rack and then he finally decides to send Tauran into the corner and the results are disastrous with Tauran avoiding Epoch’s charge to the corner and rolling him up for a 2 count. Outside the ring, Epoch slams Tauran’s head into the ringside table and then crushes him with a cradle neckbreaker when the action returns to the ring. Tauran maneuvers out of a full nelson suplex and hits an Eqquleus Spinebuster for a 1 ½ count. Tauran tosses Epoch to the floor and when Epoch crawls back into the ring Tauran nails a LEG HOOK PILEDRIVER for a ½ count. Tauran cannot lift Epoch into a full nelson suplex but Tauran does manage to punch his way out of a grinding bear hug. Epoch plants Tauran with back to back Pavo Powerbombs and the action spills to the floor where both men exchange punches. Epoch gets the better of Tauran and punishes him with a cradle neckbreaker. Once again the momentum swings back and forth. Twice Epoch powers out of full nelson. At one point, Tauran counters a knee breaker with an Eqquleus Spinebuster. Epoch rams Tauran’s face into the steel rails by the fans busting Tauran open. A bloody Tauran chases Epoch to the floor and decks both Epoch and Beast with chair shots busting Epoch open. Tauran punishes Epoch with a gutbuster body drop, full nelson suplex and dropkicks. Epoch comes back with a Pavo Powerbomb and Epoch Slam combination for a 2 count. THE DARK AGE finishes the lengthy contest. (Tauran 10 tokens, Epoch 9)
Vin Strutter comes to the ring with and grabs the mic for his introduction. “Ladies and Gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages, please keep you hands well back of the ring aisle. Strutter orders Freak to tag in Mann but instead Freak tosses Antak to the floor and chokes the Ani-Man with a chair. Freak refuses to stop and is disqualified. Both teams brawl after the match and security is needed to restore order.
Hyrda Lumberjack Match – Sly Drury w/Encubus, Society of Death & Slave Beast v. Bloodline w/Fighting Titans, Stars & Stripes Great reaction from the fans for Bloodline when he leads his lumberjacks to the ring. Torin Caelum will try and keep order in this one. Before the bell, The Troubleshooters arrive and attack Stars & Stripes. All four men brawl up the aisle to the back and Bloodline is down two lumberjacks. Drury blocks a spinebuster slam with a hanging DDT and then downs Bloodline with a knife edge attack. Bloodline bails to the floor and Drury chases running straight into Payback’s clothesline. Drury battles back including three knife edge attacks. Bloodline blocks a reverse bulldog and takes control of the action once again with a Shining Star and Nebula Knee Breaker. Bloodline tosses Drury to the floor starting a wild brawl at ringside. Bloodline leaps over the ropes onto the sea of bodies at ringside (GWF! GWF!) and Caelum has lost control of this one and calls for the ball ruling the match a no contest. Security is called out to restore order.
Guardians v. Gladiators of Aethra w/Thrash Paralyze threatens the fans at ringside drawing great heat. The pop for the Guardians is off the charts. Baruum Forus calls for the bell with Disaster stepping in against Reckless. Disaster overpowers Reckless hammering him with a pair of Decapitators and two Gladiator Piledrivers. Paralyze tags in and continues the assault with a body slam toss and Gladiator Piledriver covering Reckless for the pin but Valour makes the save. Paralyze tosses Reckless out to the floor and then climbs the buckles for a falling body block at ringside (GWF! GWF!). Reckless somehow recovers and Paralyze crushes Reckless in the centre of the ring with Brutal Infliction. Havoc is in and works over Reckless with a rolling knee bar and a pair of running insiguri that light up the fans. Havoc covers Reckless for the pin while Paralyze and Disaster prevent Endgame and Valour from keeping the match alive. Vin Strutter comes to the ring to huge heat and begins his introduction. “Ladies and Gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages, The Greatest Show in the Galaxy is proud to present the premier hunter in the galaxy and the Interplanetary Champion Kill Prey.

Prey rebounds Encubus into the ropes allowing Encubus to stun the champion with a flying cross body block for the three count. The fans are as stunned at Kill Prey as Thantos embraces his son at ringside. Forus presents the father and son duo with the Interplanetary Title as the fans fill the ring with trash.
Galaxian Tag Team Title Cosmic Cage Match – Stars & Stripes w/Latasha v. Fighting Titans These two teams have battled over the Tag Team Titles since card 2119.02.02 and are going to settle things once and for all tonight. Both teams receive a solid ovation from the fans. Torin Caelum joins the competitors in the cage. Tristan’s leg is heavily taped. Payback opens the match with a Wildman spear on American Guy. Payback busts open Guy tossing him into the cage wall and then hits Payback Time. Payback connects with a neck snap on the ropes and Wildman spear for the pin. Male jumps into the ring but Payback executes a perfect noggin knocker and covers Guy for the win.
The Booker’s View
It appears the Titans have finally gotten the best of Stars & Stripes. This is somewhat disappointing. I was hoping that Stars and Stripes would go over in this one as this would lead naturally into programs between Stars & Stripes and The Troubleshooter for the Titles and a singles/tag team program between the Titans and Society of Death. My booking has fell victim to the dice!
Oh well. I have decided to completely shake things up by giving the next Tag Team Title shot to Havoc & Paralyze. Massif may catch some heat for this one I am betting on the Gladiators lifting the straps from the Titans which will allow my two programs to proceed as planned.
The Gladiators will get their shot at the Great Galaxian Bash. Also signed is Bloodline facing Sly Drury inside a Cosmic Cage!

Anivar v. Slave Beast The crowd is electric tonight with both Omega and Star Warrior seated at ringside. The fans are all over Beast with an “Ani-Man” chant that prompts Beast to grab the mic and scream “I am not an Ani-Man” which only causes the crowd to chant louder. (Great Stuff). Phillip Haas is our official. Beast uses his agility to counter wrestle and then uses a swinging neckbreaker to set up an Andromeda Drop for a 2 ¾ count. An animal dive sends Anivar reeling to the floor where Beast rams his head into the steel rails busting open Anivar (huge heat!). Beast manages to move aside and Anivar’s momentum carries him over the ropes to the floor. Beast comes outside acting cocky but Anivar shuts him up whipping him shoulder first into the steel pole. Vin Strutter comes to the ring to huge heat and begins his introduction. “Ladies and Gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages, The Greatest Show in the Galaxy is proud to present the premier hunter in the galaxy and the man who will single handedly hunt down all of the Ani-Men. I give you Kill Prey!
Swarm w/She Devil v. Kill Prey w/Vin Strutter Swarm is looking for revenge for Prey’s attack on card 2119.01.01. Phillip Haas is the referee so this should be another wild affair. Reckless ducks a big boot to open the match and sends the Gladiator into the ropes. Disaster shows some skills catching Reckless with a flying cross body block for a ½ count. Disaster crackles with delight when he comes off the buckles with a deathjump smash and then tosses Reckless to the floor three times asking the fans “where’s Endgame?” after each one. Thrash distracts Reckless long enough for Disaster to come off the top of the buckles with a falling body block onto Reckless at ringside (monster heat!). Disaster toys with Reckless but the Guardian catches Disaster with a knee to the chest in the corner and connects with a missile dropkick followed by a springboard moonsault. They move quickly and Paralyze crushes Reckless with THE PARALYZER. Endgame and Valour arrive and battle Havoc and Paralyze while Disaster recovers and punishes Reckless with RAMAGE. Thrash adds further insult with a single arm DDT. “Don’t you ever put your hands on me again!” she spits as Valour is able to break free of Paralyze with the assistance of a steel chair and break up the attack. Reckless is removed from the ring on a stretcher (2 card injury).
Commissioner Massif comes out and announces he has suspended the Gladiators for three cards each. As a result, Havoc & Paralyze have been taken out of the Tag Team Title Match at The Great Galaxian Bash and that the title shot will be awarded to the winner of the next match!
No. 1 Contenders Match – Troubleshooters w/Phantasy v. Stars & Stripes w/Latasha The tension between these teams was already at a fever pitch without a shot at the Galaxian Tag Team Titles on the line. Phillip Haas draws the referee assignment for the 4th straight contest. Stars & Stripes are greeted with a solid ovation. The Bomb opens the contest with a right hook on American Guy and immediately follows with a Bombs Away DDT for a ½ count. TROUBLE TIMES TWO on Guy for the pin as Bomb blocks US Male and Phantasy ties us Latasha. The match lasts only 3 moves! The fans crap all over this one.
Shann-Ra v. Latasha (substituting for the suspended Thrash) This bout was originally advertised as a Titan Death Match between Ra and Thrash but the earlier suspension of the entire Gladiator team resulted in the switch being made by Commissioner Massif. Torin Caelum is the official for this contest. Latasha is fired up and takes the contest to Ra from the bell with a tackle in the corner, press slam and Latasha Lance that flips Ra to the floor. Latasha scales the buckles and leaps to ringside onto Ra bringing the fans to their feet. Ra is able to counter a double hand chop with an airplane spin toss followed by a Bounty Skullcrusher. Caelum finally recovers and allows the action to continue with Ra in control. Ra hits a perfect waistlock suplex for a ½ count. Ra tosses Latasha to the floor and when Latasha crawls back into the ring hits a MACHETE for the win.
Fighting Titans (2), Bloodline & Switchblade (1) w/Lorelei v. Society of Death, Encubus & Sly Drury w/Thantos The reaction for the Federation Defense Fighters is off the charts. Bloodline hugs his father and grandfather (or so we think) at ringside reducing some of the fans to tears. Tristan and Switchblade are still showing the affects of their injuries. Thantos and his team draw monster heat as they jar with the ringside fans. Torin Caelum is the referee and will have his hands full. After only three moves, Switchblade bails to the floor after Encubus hits a stretch power bomb. Encubus comes out after him but Switchblade reverses an Irish whip into the steel ring post (monster pop). Switchblade comes of the buckles with a deathjump forearm smash that tangles the Interplanetary Champion in the ropes. Switchblade moves in and starts hammering on Encubus. Caelum steps in but Switchblade tosses the referee to the mat (Ohhhh!) and is disqualified. All eight men jump into the ring and brawl with the FDF cleaning house. Thantos and his team leave ringside with the disqualification victory. The fans boo Caelum as he leaves the ring.

Devil controls with dirty tactics, knife hand chops and a leg trip. Phantasy counters a backdrop with a piledriver and then comes off the ropes with a flying shoulder tackle that takes out Haas as well (15 moves). SWEET SUICIDE by the Champion but Haas is down and out. Phantasy is frustrated and rams Devil’s face into the steel rails at ringside. Phantasy destroys Devil over the next 20 rolls with mid level offensive including three consecutive cradle suplexes at one point. A springboard moonsault gives Phantasy a 1 ½ count. Phantasy traps Devil in SWEET SUICIDE to retain her title. Vin Strutter comes to the ring and grabs the mic for his introduction. “Ladies and Gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages, please keep you hands well back of the ring aisle. The Greatest Show in the Galaxy is proud to present a monster so violent he must be kept in a cage at all times. I bring you Steele Freak!” Freak is wheeled to the ring in a cage and will only come out when he is shocked by Strutter’s stun rod.
Galaxian Title Match – Endgame (ch) v. Steele Freak w/Vin Strutter Huge ovation for Endgame when is introduced. Baruum Forus holds up the Galaxian Title for the crowd and calls for the bell. Strutter has Freak whipped into a frenzy in an effort to recapture the Galaxian Title. Freak dominates the action with throat catapults on ropes, maniac clotheslines and bootlace eye rakes. A maniac clothesline scores a ½ count. Freak destroys Endgame with liberal uses of a steel chair during four consecutive attacks outside the ring. The fans are all over Forus for not doing anything as Strutter laughs at ringside. Freak catches a bloody Endgame with a deathjump smash and ends the match with FRENZIED HEAD SLAMS. Strutter snatches the Title Belt at ringside, actually hopping with excitement (sick).
Steele Freak continues to impress picking up his second Galaxian Title in a total squash over Endgame.
Just when I was pushing the Gladiators to the title, they go and get themselves suspended. Now it will be Troubleshooters going against Tag Team Champions Fighting Titans at the Great Galaxian Bash.
The Troubleshooters squash win over Stars & Stripes has killed the heat going into their feud so it might be just as well that program does get a push as this point.
The Great Galaxian Bash is next. Here is the line up
New Galaxian Champion Steele Freak defends against Endgame in a Cosmic Cage Match
Troubleshooters go for the Galaxian Tag Team Titles against Champions Fighting Titans
Interplanetary Champion Encubus gives Kill Prey his return match
Women’s Champion Phantasy defends against Shann-Ra
