OTW ( Old Time Wrestling)

Has anyone here heard of the OTW? It stands for Old Time Wrestling and it's tag line is Wrestling the Way it was Meant to Be. I've never seen a show from them or anything, but they sound interesting. The OTW is run by Larry Sharpe and the commissioner is Jim Molyneaux, the former ECW senior official. I was wondering if anyone has seen them before and could tell me if they live up to their name.
