Belgian Brawler

I am about to order the Belgian Brawler and I want to know what title I should have him wrestling for. So, can somebody tell me how much he weighs? What is his pin rating and how many down -3's he has? I'm not looking for this info for any other reason then it helps me decide what title to have him go for. If people don't feel comfortable answering these questions I will understand.
