I'm hoping if someone can help me with this. What is Youssuf Ishmaelo's finisher, the Stranglehold, also known as? In the Legends Fever booklet, it says that the Stranglehold, "was reportedly a combination of a Nelson and a choke hold." The only move I can think of that matches this description is the Tazzmission/Kata-Ha-Jime. Thanks for the help.

I have read a few articles about him and every one describes it just at it is in the fever booklet. sorry I couldnt help more. I have trouble visualizing what that would look like too.

Sounds very similar to Ted DiBiase's Million Dollar Dream version of the sleeper hold.

I imagine it very much like the Million Dollar Sleeper except maybe using the forearm more to be more of a choke instead of a sleeper type move.

I never gave it too much thought, I just assumed it "was what it was" and the fans watching the match would know but if I had to visualize it, I would imagine it was a half nelson with Turk's other arm across the opponent's throat similar to a cross face but as a choke
Imagine Bob Backlund's Crossfrace Chicken Wing but instead of the opponent's arm behind their back in a hammerlock it's in a half nelson and the crossface is across the throat choking them
