I can't for the life of me remember what the FLYING SPEAR looks like. Is it like the spears of today or different? I grew up watching Duggan but all I can remember is him losing all the time so he never got the move. I actually thought the 3 Pt Stance into a clothesline was his finish until I got his LOW card.
Thanks for the help!

That's what the 3pt. stance into the clothesline was called, the FLYING SPEAR.

Then is the Tough Guy Clothesline just a regular clothesline?

Yes. Duggan would do both. He'd use the Tough Guy clothesline usually a few times in a match (at least some of the matches I remember watching when we made his card). Then he'd get down in the three-point stance for the FLYING SPEAR finisher clothesline.
