Where did you get this information from? Ty, on the other board. I had posted which wrestlers in Legends had wrestled in your home territory. Chad posted who had wrestled in the AWA and mentioned the 12th man... Well, according to Wikipedia, here's the remaining list of AWA stars that could be # 12: The Russian Brute (never heard of him) Eric Bischoff (LOW GM?) Adrian Adonis (please, not the fat gay persona!) Pat Tanaka Paul Diamond Blackjack Lanza Jerry Blackwell Col. Debeers Mike Enos Wayne bloom Bobby Duncum Sr. Greg Gagne Verne Gagne Jim Garvin Superstar Billy Graham Stan Hansen Hulk Hogan (I'd rather have Runt Dudley) Adnan Al-Kaissie Randy Rose (?) Marty Janetty Wahoo McDaniel John Nord (The Berserker!) Pat Patterson (an early prediction) Dusty Rhodes (Is he still with WWE?) Dick Murdoch Brad Rheinghans (would be a great signing...for some of us) Billy Robinson Doug Somers Mr. Saito Jesse Ventura Big Van Vader Tom Zenk Boris Zukhov Buck Zumhofe Candi Devine Medusa Miceli (would be a great addition to the women's ranks) Wendi Richter (feuded with Sherri) Paul Heyman Gene Okerlund Names I don't see as likely: Nasty Boys (only one slot left) Shawn Michaels (still under WWE contract) Steve Regal (WWE) Baron Von Raschke (told Tom no) Dick The Bruiser (family told Tom no) Ken Patera (told Tom no) Jerry Lawler (WWE) My top 4 predictions are: Vader, Patterson, Medusa, Richter I'd be very happy with Patterson or Rheingans. Hope this helps or further fuels the predictions. Take care, Jay

I'd freak out if it was Scott Hall. He's always been one of my faves and would fit in perfectly with Hennig and Rude in my fed. I don't think it's likely but it'd be awesome.

Alex Wright? British bulldog or Dynamite Kid? Roddy Piper even? It could even be someone like Dino Bravo or even Andre the Giant!

I'll say this. If it's Roddy Piper, you'll hear me yelling from California!! That would be awesome! Harley Race would have an ultimate foil instantly!

The real question is...who didn't wrestle in the AWA?

This is true. Everyone and their grandmother wrestled in the AWA at some point or another. I'm gonna cross my fingers for a Scott Hall but I won't be holding my breath.

Above are the one's that I would like to be the 12th man...
Col.DeBeers would be killer! he and Snuka having their feud reborn in LoW would be a great choice!

Just wanted to clear a few things up: The Russian Brute (never heard of him) You've never heard of the legendary Russian Brute?! Yeah, you're not alone. Wrestled in the last couple years of the AWA. I think Ox Baker managed him at one point. The Steve Regal that wrestled in the AWA is not William Regal. This Regal was "Mr. Electricity" and held the AWA Tag Team titles with Jimmy Garvin, after defeating The Road Warriors. I think Regal was also Light Heavyweight champ as well. Dusty Rhodes (Is he still with WWE?) Yes, he's part of their creative team. I think Dusty primarily works with ECW. But I could be wrong. He teamed with Dennis Condrey originally in the early '80s, then reunited with him in the AWA as the Original Midnight Express. They then went to the NWA and feuded with the Eaton-Lane version of the M.E. Unless I missed him, the 12th man isn't even on the list Jay found on Wikipedia of AWA guys. The mystery continues!

No, #12 wasn't on the giant Wikipedia list.
The Russian Brute, yecch! I remember seeing him live with Ox Baker creeping around ringside. Baker was an intimidating presence, even in 1990!
Steve Regal was the AWA Lt. Heavyweight Champion, feuded with Buck Zumhofe over the belts. He wrestled in Brusier's WWA prior to the AWA.

I'm almost 100% sure that Angelo Mosca wrestled in the AWA and even held the British Empire title.
If I were a betting man, I'd go with Mosca.
Though Jumbo held the AWA title at one point, if Jumbo is the twelfth wrestler, I'll......I'll give the Legends Teams some man-lovin'.

Steve Regal was the AWA Lt. Heavyweight Champion, feuded with Buck Zumhofe over the belts. He wrestled in Brusier's WWA prior to the AWA. Regal and Spike Huber, as many may know, formed a pretty solid team for the WWA and, on occassion, Jarrett's promotion. They would be an interesting team to get that could round out the bottom of the card. If not, there are always bootlegs!

I know it isn't him, but I did send Todd a contact who knew Tommy Rich. I seriously doubt it is him, but he did wrestle in the AWA, wasn't on the wikipedia list and would be a headliner.
Some may remember him as a washed up guy, but for a time in the early 80s he was the main man in wrestling.
