I wouldlove to see thfollowing,some may happen!
The British Bulldogs, Exotic Adrian Street Billy Robinson Bret and Owen Hart (Not sure if Jim Neidhart is Canadian)
Also I thought that Tom could create cards for any Japanese Wrestler as there are no trade mark issues?
Would love to see;

I think Jim Neidhart is American. I haven't heard that name in years. Yeah, Jim Neidhart was born in the United States and he was even introduced before his matches as being from Reno, NV (but I read he was born in Florida). However I believe Jim Neidhart is now also a Candian citizen. The Hart Foundation, probably my personal second all time favorite tag team behind the Road Warriors, would be another great addition to LOW.

Tom has said in the past that he could get most Japanese wrestlers for the game but not all
He said he would look into Liger. Hopefully he got the ok for him

If Bret Hart got a card in Legends, I'd probably break down and buy all the sets. Then I'd just have to find a way to juggle GWF, GWFZ, aCe AND that.

pikemojo - the matches I have of Norton in New Japan have him using the powerslam as a finisher. I also didn't have the powerbomb as his finisher (though it and the shoulder breaker are on his card)

Well, I am not going to call you a liar or anything but I have seen tons of Norton matches. Sure he has used plenty of other moves to win matches but the shoulder breaker is definitely his main finisher and he has used the powerbomb plenty to finish a match. Like I said though, I could definitely buy it if the powerbomb was only on his level 3 offense. I am kinda wondering if your Norton NJPW matches are a little older. That would definitely explain him not using his other 2 moves as finishers. By older I mean prior to '97 or so. Or then again I have seen him use quite a few different moves to actually finish the match. I have seen him finish a match or 2 with Goldberg's Jackhammer. I am just saying I know alot about Norton. And of course, this is all not knowing if he is even signed, much less in this set.
Not that this is even close to concrete evidence but here is a link to a Smackdown Vs. Raw created wrestler moveset where the creator only has powerbombs for his finisher. Norton's shoulderbreaker on SVR is very weak so they may have chosen to not use it as a finisher for that reason. Also on the WCW Revenge game for the N64 he uses the shoulder breaker as a finisher and the powerbomb is a very strong move of his as well.

Yeah dude, '93 OK, that makes sense. I hope it didn't seem like I was being a jerk though. That isn't what I meant at all. I am just a huge fan of his is all.

Croatia huh... Now I have to go do some searching. The one Croatian wrestler I know about we have already....Nikolai Volkoff...but perhaps that means we're getting the Mongols in the main set.

Paul Diamond of Bad Company fame with Pat Tanaka and managed by DDP, real name is Tom Boric is from Croatia thru Canada and played for the Tampa Bay Rowdies of the old North American Soccer League from 1982 to 1984, could be the Croatian and he has ties to DDP already in the LOW Promotion.

I had seen that as well while looking for any other Croatian wrestlers. I think he was billed as being from Canada though.
Do you think Parts Unknown would be considerred International?
