Does Jack Hood still compete in the POW? If so, does he have a new card or does he use the same card from the Genesis book.
Back in 2119, I had Hood attack Bloodline and put him out for a few cards and never used him again. Seeing as how Bloodline never got his revenge, in 2120, I had it announced that Jack Hood had been found murdered. Bloodline, the most popular hero in 2120 was soon the number-one suspect. He didn't commit the crime, I just thought it would be wild to have the main face considered a possible murderer. I lost interest in the storyline and it didn't go anywhere for me. Just thought you'd like to know.

Hood is primarily a commissioner, but on his commissioner card, if someone requests a title match, sometimes Hood will say the contender has to beat Hood to get the title shot. That's the way I plan to use him, but of course, if anyone wants to use him more, they're more than welcome to.

Between President Prodigy and CEO Grael, I have Jack Hood as a fighter- sort of like Randy Couture- a legend and a big draw

I've been using Jack Hood probably more than I'd normally use a guy in his role -- 1) because he's a new character to me and I find him fascinating and 2) as the new commissioner, I'm having him sort of making himself the measuring stick for certain big names, like Euritar, Mensar, etc.
The fact that he's loved in one area (albeit the wheelhouse area of the POW) and not so loved everywhere else makes him compelling too.

Jack Hood's character is one where he loves to fight, and I find it difficult for him to voluntarily step back into a supporting role.. even though there are other superstars that currently dominate the main event scene. I've got my own way of playing Hood's character.
On my first MMA match that I played with him, he lost by technical count out, and I played it as if the referee controversially stopped the fight prematurely. President Prodigy is trying his best to keep him out of the ring and in the front office, but Jack Hood naturally wants to continue fighting -- after all, he was able to run POW and compete as its champion at the same time back in the 2070s. Basically, I have it where Hood gives himself preferential treatment, while Prodigy nixes it every chance that he has.
