I ordered the CPC stuff on Tuesday night. I haven't gotten any emails or anything, anyone know how long it should take?

Depends on how often they're checking the orders at Fed HQ. I'd imagine it won't take long now for them to authorize it.

I think it's standard procedure to make the only e-mail contact the one that authorizes your download, so don't sweat it.

Maybe a little sweating...looks like no orders have come into Fed HQ since Tuesday during the day. So if you placed an order Tuesday night, you may have gotten a confirmation email, but we didn't get an order. Orders 3865 and higher were never received.
Give a call to Tom and Leslie at 888-275-8178, to let them know. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we're working on fixing this.
