Here's what I did for weigh-ins, as a man's weight will change from each apperance he has on my MMA cards. I used a 12-sided die for this.
1 – Lose 5 lbs. 2 – Lose 4 lbs. 3 – Lose 3 lbs. 4 – Lose 2 lbs. 5 – Lose 1 lbs. 6 – No Change 7 – No Change 8 – Gains 1 lb. 9 – Gains 2 lbs. 10 – Gains 3 lbs. 11 – Gains 4 lbs. 12 – Gains 5 lbs.
So each person has their start off weight, then I put in parenthesis how much their current weight is from where they begin.
Example: Shylock weighs in at 248 normally, he rolls a 12 and now he is 253(+5). That way next time he fights I can start him at 253 and he can go up or down from there.

Having fights the day after Thanksgiving, I would expect everyone to roll a 12.
Too much pie...

Just imagine if someone gains 5 lbs before every fight. They'd make Super Heavyweight in no time.

And they'd probably get a bootleg card drawn. :-)
