Since I am sure there are going to be questions about the POW mixed martial arts move names and whatnot, I am starting a thread so they can all be asked and answered here.
So, fire away!

or this! Here, Blue executes a great uchi mata (inner thigh throw), defending White's attempt at a tani otoshi (in English 'valley drop'- or 'double sliding leg trip' as I put on some of the MMA cards)

I mainly used the Japanese throw names for Pendakar and Saboteur only,. but each character has, to some extent, some judo throws. The thing is, it depends who is executing the move: a longtime wrestler can execute the move in my signatire below, and it will be called a 'hip throw', whereas a guy with a sambo or judo background will call it 'harai goshi', (or according to Rogan, a 'judo takedown').

Here is an awesome uranage by Yellow. Brown moves in for a hip throw, is too high up and gets taken down hard. A little more than pride got hurt in this one.

the loco plata is a move executed from the guard by the fighter on the bottom. The fighter on bottom put his leg under the chin and on the neck, and the use an arm across the back of the neck to lock it in. He may also use his other leg across the back of the neck to secure it. This site has a pic and a short video . Actually it look like it has descriptions for most of the submissions
