ok, I know this is probably in the handbooks, but I don't have them handy, so I'll ask here....
What are the rules for matches in an OFC match? No DQ? Submission only? No Count Outs?

Since I'm the guy with the handbook still on his hard drive, here you go:
Here’s how matches between two OFC members will work: 1) No disqualifications or countouts. 2) No non-OFC members can compete in OFC-style matches or for OFC titles, although OFC and non-OFC wrestlers can compete in regular matches at CPC shows and battle for any belts. 3) Ignore the (lv) option, as any fighter who leaves the ring voluntarily during a match will lose by forfeit. 4) When rolling “out of the ring,” roll two dice. If the roll either contains one die that is a 6 or is any combination of 6 (1 and 5, 2 and 4, or 3 and 3), the wrestler on defense counters the move by the wrestler on offense (use your imagination for the details!) and rolls on Level 3 Offense. On all other rolls, substitute an appropriate Level 3 move for that wrestler (for instance, Shylock might use “heart punch-3”, Pendekar “uranage-3,” Serpentine “vicious face claw-3,” and so on. Again, it’s up to you! 5) If a move on a wrestler’s card involves leaving the ring (e.g., “ram into ringpost-3”), substitute a move of the same potency (Level 1, 2, or 3) as in Rule #4 that doesn’t involve leaving the ring. 6) Only roll for PINs as described in Rule #7. 7) The match ends in one of two ways. A) If, when rolling for a PIN, the roll is either 2 or 12, the wrestler on defense has been knocked out or otherwise incapacitated and loses. For all other rolls, just add one token, even if the roll is at or lower than the current PIN level (e.g., you roll a 6 when the wrestler is at 7 in fatigue tokens). B) If the wrestler reaches 10 tokens, he is unable to continue the match and is declared the loser.

I have amended the rules thusly: 1) Use CAGE ratings instead of PIN ratings (matches usually last longer), 2) Matches go until a fighter's PIN is 13 (pass out and cannot continue/ pass out in choke/ arm pops in armlock/ TKO), 3) If on a PIN/KO attempt, the result is doubles that is not a 2 or a 12 (such as "4" and "4"), assume the fighter on offense has made aquick transition to another move (attempting a sub and finds an opening for strikes). Opponent rolls PIN again. There may be only one transition per PIN attempt

I also use the King of the Ring Rule, where you add the number of tokens for the the finisher rating (i.e. add 3 tokens for Cypher's +3 finisher). THat way guys will multiple finishers (i.e. Pendekar) aren't so dominant.

Now that, I don't approve of. But you play it how you wanna. The rules as they are, most definitely, are imperfect, as I'll be the first to admit as their creator.
