Improving character in Legends of Wrestlemania

Recently got a PS 3 so I bought Legends of Wrestlemania used. NO MANUAL! Not a big deal, most of it you can find online. EXCEPT that I can't find or figure out how to improve the attributes of my created wrestler with the experience points I'm earning in the Legend Killer modes. Anyone help me out with that?
