I like Raze's story-line a lot...but that was more of a 'character back-ground" type of thing...
I would probably have to vote for the way Sabatour almost ended Shylock's career. There was great lead-up and it paid-off temporarily at least...

I've been mildly disappointed with what's happened to him in recent years. I like the fact that he hooked up with Talisman (even though I want to root for him). I was just disappointed with his "upgrade" which to me was actually a downgrade. As for Saboteur, I also agree that he's Mark's best "payoff", although I've been disappointed that it's taking him so long to bring him back. He's a great character and has the potential to be the CPC's greatest heel, or even face, based on WHY he did what he did.

The Conspirator angle. Good and unexpected swerve with Darkos showing up and Saboteur turning and it lead to the reforming of the Masked Assassins.

I really liked the introduction of Splatter and the OFC. I think that storyline really came together.

I really like how Mark revitalized the careers of several GWF castoffs. He made us care about Talisman ( A guy who makes his opponenets "Repent" as he tries to snap their ankle? Hilarious! ) Raven, Jack of Diamonds, Blizzard, Death Head and Erebus to name a few. Heck he even made Terak and the Savage Kingdom cool ( well, maybe not Terak, but...)
My favorite was Talisman. I like the whole zealous nut job storyline. Talisman was a heavyweight and multiple tag champ with his first CPC card.

WOW. Some good stuff. How could you not mark out though when Splatter put on that mask at ringside when he was Ergon Effs.

Conspirator most definitely. All the pieces were there yet no one saw it coming.

Barnabas was probably my second favorite storyline and one of my favorite CPC characters without a doubt.

I kind of liked the story and direction given to Jack of Diamonds. He entered the CPC as a midcard talent, and through the years has matured and evolved into the concious of the CPC. As his career winds down, it would not surprise me to see him follow in the footsteps of Omega, Lord Nexus and Commander Sam. He has been shown to have a good heart and is trying to do right for the company. He would make the ideal lead manager for the hero teams.
