We are in Captown City home of the super-hero Blue Hour, Jerome W. Kenwood a former ex-Airforce pilot is out on this warm city night when he hears over the police band that Atomic Weapon Z has attacked the near by Four Mile Island Atomic Plant. Blue Hour kicks in the speed on his flight toward Four Mile Island and when he arrives he see's Atomic Weapon Z absorbing the atomic energy from one of the cilos, this is when Blue Hour attacks...

Atomic Weapon Z saw the light glow coming off of Blue Hour and got in the first blows, both men battled on the island and then Blue Hour knew that he had to get his enemy off of the island to even have a chance in taking him down, so Blue Hour was able to lure Atomic Weapon Z away from Four Mile Island. The battle went back and forth, Atomic Weapon Z seemed to get sluggish and he attempted to flee the scene but Blue Hour was able to defeat the atomic villain with the all powerful BLUE HOUR and the battle ended.

Blue Hour helped the Captown City Power Police secure Atomic Weapon Z into depower cuffs and off to the Captown City High Powered Prison and so this ends this chapter, but Fan Boys look for issue two coming to you very soon...
