Watching RAW and thinking to myself it would be too easy to have Ric Flair being the new owner of RAW, so yeah it was a suprise it was Trump but Mr.McMahon vs. Mr.Trump continues and well it's a very poor storyline, maybe just maybe Ric Flair will be the GM but I'm not sure if he wants that spot. So this is a wait and see angle, but RAW is still on poor streak...

This angle only works if he brings in somebody as GM and then goes away. If we have to see Trump's awful acting attempts on weekly basis, then it will be a miserable failure.

I'm not even sure how RAW having a separate "owner" is supposed to work. It's still part of the WWE machine, still sharing PPV time with the other two brands, still sharing its Unified Tag Team Champions with the entire company, and still going to be recapped ad nauseum on the other shows, right?
I think that Trump is supposed to just be the new "general manager" and they changed the title of the position to better fit his personality, but I dunno.
What I do know is that completely pre-taped Trump versus live Vince makes for horrible television.

As anyone who followed my DEW Fed on the LP Board will tell you --
VINCE STOLE MY IDEA!
Oh well, I guess I will have to settle out of court then, hehehhee!

yeah, we all know you put Vince up to it WTIC! I think this might work out ok for them. After all, it's in the writers hands anyways and we all know Vince will still be behind it all pulling the strings. Bad acting or not, we should be used to that in the WWE!

Well...
On the one hand, it's over already.
On the other hand... maybe the cure is worse than the disease. Or is it the cure FOR the cure in this case? I dunno.
What I do know is this: 130 minutes of commercial-free RAW last night; maybe 60 minutes of in-ring action, including a fucking NON-FINISH to a boring 20-minute Last Man Standing match. It took them almost a full half hour before I so much as heard an opening bell, and five minutes later that match was over.
I knew they wouldn't be able to fill that time effectively -- hell, they have problems filling that time WITH commercials. But DAMN.
