Masked Superstar vs. Claudio CastagnoliNote : This was a descent showdown and in the end the Masked Superstar delivers a SPINNING NECKBREAKER and your winner is Masked Superstar! "Playboy" Buddy Rose vs. Antonino Rocca w/FyneNote : Both these two wrestlers battle back and forth then when the match spilled outside the ring Rose lost his cool and grabbed a chair from ringside and cracked Rocca with it and Rose was DISQUALIFIED and your winner is Antonino Rocca! Savage-T w/Hill ; Boogie Woogie Man vs. Brutus Beefcake w/Martel ; ValentineNote : This was a back and forth showdown, in the end Beefcake delivers a FLYING KNEE SMASH and your winner is Brutus Beefcake! After this match the Dream Team attacked Savage-T again which caused yet another injury to Savage-T, the Boogie Woogie man was able to chase off the Dream Team before anything else happened... * MAIN EVENT - Iron Sheik vs. Nick BockwinkelNote : These two went toe-to-toe and in the end the Iron Sheik delivers his CAMEL CLUTCH and your winner is the Iron Sheik! TRW Mid-South / TOP ROPE TOUR ( AUGUST - CARD 158 ) The show kicks off with clips of wrestling action and then the Top Rope Wrestling Mid-South Top Rope Tour logo appears and then we go LIVE to the Sherks Arena in Jackson, Mississippi... Hello this is John Korr and viewers tonight we have reached a milestone for the tag team of Cowboy Bob Orton and Frank Gotch, at this very arena one hundred events ago and on this very date they won the Mid-South Tag Team Wrestling Championships for the second time and a ONE YEAR reign. So in our main event those two men will defend the champion that they've held for one year against the hot new tag team of Danny Hodge and Antonino Rocca, so lets kick this show off... Necro Butcher walks out, then the lights go out and the DOVe appears in the ring... ( TRW Mid-South MAYhem # 1 Contenders Match ) ( MAYhem Match ) DOVe vs. Necro Butcher {inj}Note : This was a good match that went in and out of the ring, but in the end Butcher had the DOVe's number and he delivers a TIGER DRIVER and your winner is Necro Butcher! After the match the DOVe attempts to get to his feet but Necro Butcher attacks him, in this attack you can see that the DOVe's arm bends the wrong way and you know he is injured from the looks on the faces of the fans at ringside. Several referee's help the DOVe to the back while still in the ring Necro Butcher turns around and standing there is Sabu with another referee... ( TRW Mid-South MAYhem Title Match ) ( MAYhem Match ) Necro Butcher {inj} vs. Sabu (C)Note : This match was a highlight reel of action in and out of the ring, these two tried to use a car as a weapon during the battle. In the end Necro Butcher delivers the TIGER DRIVER and your winner and new champion is Necro Butcher! Brent Albright vs. Ted DiBiase w/VirgilNote : This was a descent match that saw DiBiase lose his cool and was DISQUALIFIED when he used a boot from Virgil and your winner is Brent Albright! John Korr : Folks we are now ready for our main event, this is a milestone and could we see the longest running title reign continue or will it stop here tonight, lets head to the ring... * MAIN EVENT - ( Mid-South Tag Team Title Match ) H-n-R Block w/Fyne vs. Orton ; Gotch (C) w/HeenanNote : This was a classic tag team showdown that went the distance, these two teams battled back and forth and it looked that H-n-R Block were on the verge of victory, but Cowboy Bob Orton turned the match around and in the end he delivers a SUPERPLEX on Danny Hodge and your winners and still Mid-South Tag Team Champions are Cowboy Bob Orton and Frank Gotch! After the match the crowd was shocked when Orton, Gotch and Heenan said it was an honor to have retained these belts in front of the TRW fans and then the crowd was brought back to reallity when Heenan said that all the morons here and out there will have to live with the fact that the three men they see are better then them, the crowd jeered the trio and the show ends... |

This federation that I've been running now for some time has a life of it's own and now that I'm in my second game year wise, I have reached a milestone in a title reign. I had Cowboy Bob Orton and Frank Gotch feud in the beginning with Gotch as a commissioner, so when Gotch returned to the ring he and Orton has a short feud that turned into the greatest tag team for me todate. Bobby Heenan had a hand in this when the two men lost the belts to the Heartbreak Express, they were going to relive that short feud but Heenan kept it together and now a year long reign ended with them retaining. 14 title defenses ( 12 via PIN, COUNT OUT or DQ 2 of the title defenses were via them losing by DQ to make the total of 14 )I was close to ending this fed when I was out of control with all my side feds and so I retracted and brought it back to where I once was and I'm glad I did, below is the full title history of the Mid-South Tag Team Championship... PWA Prescott Wrestling Alliance - FIGHT NIGHT ( AUGUST - CARD 3 ) The Breakwater Arena in Charleston, South Carolina Hello this is Greg Donavan and joining me are George Hackenschmidt and Johnny Fairplay for this evenings broadcast and so lets head to the ring for our first match of the night... Ivan Koloff vs. Dewey RobertsonNote : This was a descent match and in the end Roberston looked the better wrestler and he delivers a FLYING CROSSBODY and your winner is Dewey Roberston! After the match Fairplay and Hackenschmidt mock Roberston and his fro, Greg Donavan tells the two of them they're lucky that they can't wrestle because once Roberston hears the wise cracks he'll teach you a lesson, Fairplay says " Oooooooooooo we're scared! " "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan vs. Larry SweeneyNote : This was a good match that went back and forth, in the end Duggan delivers a TOUGH GUY CLOTHESLINE and your winner is "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan! During commentary Hackenschmidt and Fairplay talk about how Duggan needs to be fired, Donavan askes the two why would he be fired are you ticked you were pretty much fired from your former employer, Fairplay just laughed... ( Southern Atlantic Road to the Gold Showdown ) ( Semi-Final ) Harley Race vs. Johnny ValentineNote : These two went toe-to-toe in a very good battle, but in the end Valentine delivers a ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER and your winner is Johnny Valentine! * MAIN EVENT - ( Southern Atlantic Road to the Gold Showdown ) ( Semi-Final ) Larry Hennig vs. Yukon EricNote : This was another pillar-to-post showdown and when the match spilled outside the ring the referee was counting both men out, then sneaking to ringside is Larry Sweeney who grabs the leg of Hennig who was COUNTED OUT and your winner is Yukon Eric! After the match Hennig grabs the referee and tells him that Sweeney had his leg, Eric who was still in the ring tried to get Hennig off the referee and thats when Hennig slugs Eric! Larry Sweeney walking up the entrance ramp just smile while Eric and Hennig brawl! Greg Donavan made the comment on how Hennig was robbed in this match, Fairplay and Hackenschmidt said what happened we didn't see anything wrong, Donavan laughs and then thanks the fans for tuning in and the show ends... |

The Vachons vs. Night City Express w/CornetteNote : These two teams went toe-to-toe, but the Vachons frustrated Jim Cornette enough where he got up on the apron and cracked Mad Dog with his tennis racket and the referee DISQUALIFIES the Night City Express and your winners are the Vachons! We are backstage where we see the Cash Only Club, Ted DiBiase tells Dick Hutton and Claudio Castagnoli that they are fired and DiBiase and Virgil walkout to the ring for DiBiase's match... Ted DiBiase w/Virgil vs. Nick BockwinkelNote : This match was a wrestling clinic in favor of Nick Bockwinkel, Bockwinkel just schooled DiBiase and in the end he delivers a BOCKWINKEL SLEEPER and your winner is Nick Bockwinkel! Brent Albright vs. Iron SheikNote : Albright had some good offensive attacks in the match, but the Iron Sheik took control and delivered a VERTICAL SUPLEX and your winner is the Iron Sheik! After the match Necro Butcher storms down and attacks the DOVe, the DOVe escapes when the lights go out in the arena and when they cameback on Sabu attacks Necro Butcher and the show ends... |

CHAMPIONSHIP RUNDOWN *Smooch, Smooch, Smooch* This is Johnny Fairplay along with George Hackenschmidt, Hack we are here to look at the Championship Rundown of the Prescott Wrestling Alliance... George Hackenschmidt Johnny that low life Bobo Brazil captured the title from that cheater and stealer Jim Duggan and the man with what you call it "Fro" Dewey Roberston, those three couldn't even lace my boots... Johnny Fairplay Hahahah Hack your are correct, but Bobo is the first ever champion and that you can't steal from him unlike the stealing that Duggan does... now a true hero of wrestling in Johnny Valentine just won the championship at the end of August and I could see him with a long run as the Southern Atlantic Heavyweight Champion.
