Comment: Once again no singing at the beginning, not sure if that's a bad thing.
2) The New Blackjacks Promo

Comment: Weren't reallly given more then 2 seconds to do a decent promo, but it still could have been better.
3) Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Elimination Match: The Godwinns VS. Doug Furnas & Phil Lafon VS. The New Blackjacks VS. The Headbangers
Score: 3/5
Comment: The Headbangers did enough here to earn a 3, I actually liked them.
4) WWF Intercontinental Championship Match: Rocky Maivia VS. The Sultan W/ Bob Backlund & The Iron Sheik

Comment: Never really got a good flow going, liked the Rocky Johnson appearance afterwards.
5) Ken Shamrock Interview/Hunter Hearst Helmsley W/ Chyna Promo

Comment: My guess is Shamrock would have failed a steroid test back then, just like he did in recent times.

Comment: Hunter's last Wrestlemania before becoming, the much cooler, Triple H.

Comment: All the promos at this Mania seemed rushed.

Comment: WWE really dropped the ball with Vader, they should have worked off of what WCW made him...a MONSTER!!!
