Little question...how do you guys handle Shylock's FALLOUT finisher in regards to the OFC's no "out of the ring" rules?

I have him do a punch combo,with a midline- crossing elbow to finish.
The severity of the finisher (+5, +4 etc.) equals the number of blows executed.

I'm guessing you do that without them perched on the top rope and falling to the floor, as written, which could complicate an OFC match?

Yes. It is done in the corner- just a heavy barrage- with no perching or falling.
