That's too bad. He lingered for so long in the undercard and just when he was getting some real exposure as Jericho's lackey - BOOM - all gone!
As a related note, I'm so sick of HBK walking around with the most "fake" serious face ever. RAW so sucks lately with it revolving around him.
Oh, and then Punk needs help from someone else to get another win! Who in the front office did he piss off so bad to continually get buried like this?
RAW really sucks as of late.

I agree. I really got back into Raw and watching Punk as champ, but they prefer to push Michaels and Jericho beyond the point of annoying.
Smackdown has Koslov, even with his stupid headbutt finisher. But he won't get far unless Trips get injured again.

Oh, and then Punk needs help from someone else to get another win! Who in the front office did he piss off so bad to continually get buried like this? I disagree with the common sentiment that Punk is being buried. Punk is doing a lot more these days than he was three months ago. That's hardly being buried, the amount that he has been on television. Has he reached the upper echelon where the common fan could realistically see him getting a clean win over Cena, Batista, or Shawn Michaels? Hardly. Which is why he doesn't get those clean wins yet. Bret Hart and Kurt Angle were hardly stars overnight, even after they won their first world championships. Hell, Bret Hart wasn't a believable main eventer until about a year and a half after his first title win, and it's not like he had a crowded main event picture like Angle did, or Punk does now. But on topic, I always wished the best for Lance Cade, but he just never stepped up to expectations. I'm betting it was coke or heroin that got him fired, the way Jim Ross ambiguously worded it.
