Let's she her thinking. 1) Those gas stations, many of which are simply owned by small business owners trying to make a living, have NOTHING to do with gas prices

2) Think if a tank exploded, how many innocent people would have died

She should be charged with attempted murder and terroistic threats.

Not that I would agree, but you could at least see her point if the dumb cunt would have tried it at the head of OPEC's home.

Terroristic threats, yes. They are unable to charge her with attempted murder though, as that is a specific intent crime, and since no one got hurt, they would have to prove that she intended to kill someone.
