Curt asked for Vos, and I will post Marcus Griffin as well.
Vos comes to Burning Fist Combat with one of the best pedigrees and most truly unique combat styles seen the IWL. Vos is a three times Universal Olympics Judo Champion. He has shown a dominance in the sport of Judo that is rarely seen, especially by a human. As he got a little older, and his success began to decline, he retired from serious competition and looked for another avenue to show his athletic prowess. Burning Fist Combat was a natural fit for Vos, as all of the members have deep experience fighting prior to wrestling. Vos was very resistant to change his ways, and eventually Master Erutuoc decided to work with Vos in acclimating his skills to the ring. Vos has become good friends with Aethan and Marcus, often training together and showing one another new techniques and holds. For example, while Vos taught Marcus o soto gari, Vos learned the best way to stay mounted upon a downed opponent while raining down hard punches.
Now, almost four years after he started and under Master Eturuoc, Vos was more accustomed to the in- ring environment, and was able to truly focus on working his Judo effectively into his fighting skills. Vos employs many throws he used during active competition like foot sweeps, leg sweeps, hip throws, and shoulder throws. His most effective throws, the sweeping hip throw (harai goshi) and big outside leg reap (o soto gari) won him many medals and fear from opponents.
