The Series is over. The Red Sox beat down the Rockies tonight, and now they will grab them by the hair and pull them off the mat to beat on them some more.
How many runs will they put up?

I wouldn't call it over YET... the Rockies could bounce back...
If the Sox win tonight though, I can't see any sort of comeback... good as they are, the Rockies have no playoff experience.

I'm holding off on pronouncing the Rockies dead. Tonight will tell a great deal about the rest of the series.
I harbor no ill will towards the Red Sox, but I'm praying the Rocks come back. I'm horribly sick of the East Coast-centric coverage of baseball as it is, especially from those slapa$$es at ESPN.....I'd love to see a small-payroll underdog pull it off.

I'm rooting for the Rockies mainly because I can't stand the Red Sox (yes I'm a fan of the evil Yankees)

shh... don't tell Butcher about this poll... LOL You only scored two tonight but you still won. we'll see how you do in real baseball where pitchers bat. Also the Rockies are a young team and built from within and the farm system. We're gonna be good for awhile. This is you last Howrah for your high paid bunch.

Beckett, Dice-K, Lester, Bucholz, Ellsbury, Pedroia, Papelbon, Okajima, and Youkilis are hardly old. But I agree that the Rockies will be around for a while. For the record, I did not vote in this poll. The Rockies are still a damn fine ballclub, although if the Sox do sweep... averaging 20 runs per game over the next two games to put them over 50 runs is not out of the question either.
