The entire AFC East minus the Patriots aren't doing so well this year. I think the Dolphins will have their chances.
Is anybody saying right now that they should have drafted Brady Quinn after all?

It's a possibility,but I doubt it. Every team wins at least one. However if they didn't, they would also be the only team that won every game ('72) and lost every game of the season.
